In the past this has been a great place for quick blood draws that I need to get every 4 months. However lately they have gone downhill. They open late and close early from their posted hours, never answer their phones, and take a long time to see anyone.

My daughter struggles really badly with needle anxiety and I can’t say enough positive things about the technician who drew her blood. Her temperament and approach really helped my kiddo-she was wonderful with her. She was also handling the front desk and blood draws on her own-that’s a Shero right there!My husband has also been to this location and has had a very positive experience. Wanting to add that Daria was amazing with my daughter at a second appt. She was more scared, but Daria was patient and wonderful. Thank you.

I have been going to this location for years now. The staff is friendly and very quick & efficient. I’m usually in & out within 15-20 minutes. The Kiosk also makes it easy. It’s my go-to location for bloodwork.

First time at eldersburg labcorp, no hello, no good morning, just thought a congenial greeting would have been in order. How is it permissable at a healthcate facility to allow 1+ nails, receptionist also drew my blood. No instruction, luckily knew the routine, brusing at draw site, very abrut with procedure. Will strongly advise my healthcare provider to not send me there again.

Went in without an appointment for fasting blood work at 8:05 and was out by 8:30. Kristen is a one woman show and is amazing. When I arrived there were already 3 people ahead of me and Kristen had everyone checked in, paid and blood drawn in record time. Will definitely go back.

Ive had quite a few labs done at this location and theyve always been done quickly and efficiently. I can be a tough stick, but none of the phlebotomists here has ever needed a second go. Very personable staff, too.

I usually go to Quest for my bloodwork, but for my physical, my doc sent me a bloodwork order for Labcorp. This was my first experience at this location.I wish I would have gotten the name of my phlebotomist (she also checked me in). She helped me feel at ease, and this is the first time Ive had my blood drawn without the area on my arm bruising.Check-in was easy, and the room I was in was very clean.Sidenote: this Labcorp has a separate entrance in the front of the building. Theres a small Labcorp office door connected to the main entrance.

Cant speak for the actual service because my appointment never happened....waited 30 minutes after my appointment time and was only given an explanation of the computer is acting up. The staff also made sure to mention they were closing at noon with a ton of people waiting at 11:30. My appointment was 10:45. Things happen, but an apology and a little effort to make things right goes a long way in the customer service world.
