Communication is poor. I called numerous time and left messages for a call back. Never happened!!! I eventually cancelled my car insurance policy and contacted them about the policy that I wished cancelled 6 days before my renewal on 8/10/21. They still never called and then also withdrew the premium from my checking account for six months. . I called them about the premium being withdrawn from 8/12/21 everyday till 8/19/21 and finally since I did not get a call back to resolve the issue I went to my banking institution to file a dispute of withdrawal by Allstate.I would not recommend them.

I have never been so frustrated with an agent more in my life…. I have been trying to contact for 2 weeks via phone and email and I haven’t gotten a single response!!!!!!!!!!! This is so unprofessional!!

Seth is a great agent/owner. He takes the time to go over your policies, and any other insurance questions you have. Very happy we went with him and, Allstate team.

We have had Allstate insurance for more than 5 years and this has always been our agent. Out of nowhere they have stopped returning calls and emails. We had to switch to another agent. Extremely frustrating.
