Audio Express was great in setting up my sound system and also great with the technical aspects of it as well. Chris did a fantastic job of researching my 2019 Colorado. Chris and I looked at what would actually work in my truck as it had a non workable head unit. His expertise lead me to choose precisely what kind of quality sound I was looking for. I was surprised at the limited stock in radios! They say that they charge $60.00 for the installation, but the radios are heavily marked up. I went to best buy and got a much better radio for the same price. I did the installation myself and saved over $100-$150 dollars! The installations are not so difficult. Theres a ton of help on YouTube!

Awesome and amazing place, they did the job prefect, twice!!! I highly recommend they will work with you if you have questions and will not try to sell themselves. Hope to do business with y’all again. Expect work to be 2-4 hrs depending on the work, it’s a first come basis.

This is an honest review if youre trying to come here to get a car alarm installed dont they messed up my a/c by cutting wires so it would only blow on the highest level then they blew a fuse in my drivers side switch board so I took it back them saying everything worked before I brought the car here and they pretty much said it was my problem unless I got a certified mechanic to prove they caused the problems one the employees assured me that no one touched anything that had to do with my a/c but when I took it to an actual professional he found both of problems in under 30 minutes minuets he showed me where they cut the wires for the a/c and showed me the fuse the blew on the drivers side switch board . This is the last time I do business with audio express because if wanted that kind work done I couldve just found someome off the street for half the price.

Went in on a whim to get a new radio installed for the hubs. Wasn’t sure if we’d be able to as we didn’t have an appointment. The gentlemen in there (I forgot his name) promptly served us and was able to install the deck within the hour! And he was super friendly and funny which was also nice. Overall we had a pretty wonderful first time experience here!

Its alright, for entry-level setups. Very clearly sponsored by certain brands. My own speakers which cost only 10% of what they do there sound better and are much louder.

Brought in my vehicle to have my subwoofer fixed because it wasnt working. After the diagnostic was performed, it was a simple wire fix that Rene and his staff performed free of charge.

I would have left 5 stars, but I waited there for about 8 hours before my vehicle was done. I was told the day before that if I get there at 9am, Id be out of there in about 3 hours. Things happen and I got there the next day at 0915, I waited about 8 hours. No big deal, their work was worth the wait, they even gave me a set of Kicker headphones for being patient. Id go there again, only because they are that good. I purchased a JL Audio W6V3 from them, and they made my BMW Z4 come to life. No hard feelings, thanks guys. Very professional, next time I will ensure %100 that Im not gonna be there waiting any longer than it should take.

They did a good job installing the remote start in my car but had me go to another Audio store to buy a dash kit to install my stereo properly in my truck. They said they had sold the dash kit to someone else after I had dropped off my truck and was on my way home. On a positive note, they are professional, good workmanship, they listened and addressed all the issues I was having with my stereo.

Im retired military currently working for NASA here in el Paso. Im very picking on who touching my vehicles. But when it comes to Rene the manager at Audio Express Ive left both my Hummers over night in his possession at different time and didnt worry one bit. The technical support I received from Audio Express was unmeasurable. I tried installing my Pioneer AVH-1300NEX by myself in my 2012 Tundra to only get half way there. Leaving original comment below for transparency. After I left the original comment, one of the managers for Audio Express reached out to me to try to make it right. Keep in mind this is something that happened 6 years ago. They had promised me free speakers if they found that the original speakers were still installed. When they inspected the vehicle, they saw were I was confused and sent me pictures as proof that the speakers I purchased where installed only with the original housing. Rene and his team didnt have to do this but they still did. If you are reading this and are shopping around for an aftermarket radio, these are the guys for you.------------------------------------------------------------------A few years ago I had paid about $1,000 for them to install some pioneer speakers in my vehicle. Recently, my window motor gave out and I had to remove my door panel, only to find out that they scammed me and never took out the factory Bose speakers.

I went In to look for a simple system that would give my car some extra bass without being too expensive and was suggested a JBL subwoofer with an in amp already installed. After deciding to go with it and hearing it afterwards I was amazed with the subwoofer that Chris and Rene recommended!

I had no issues with management and sound quality is second to none. Everything was put back in place perfectly and I have the system I always wanted.

They did a great job of installing and having everything work but I figured out some of my clips for the covers of my speakers were broken during the process. So they broke plastic pieces in the process of getting to the speakers.

I really really want to thank Rene for helping me out he was so helpful and made sure that my car sounded perfect !kept in touch with me to let me know exactly what was going on and helped me fixed the problem got my whole system re installed and now it sounds great . Today I visited Audio Express on Lee Trevino and WOW was I impressed, Rene greeted me and my boys and was very helpful and professional.
