Luis is truly a life saver! I mean he really saved my ring finger. My stainless steel ring would not come off and caused the finger to lose circulation. He took the time out of his day when other stores would not and because of him we were able to cut the ring. I can not thank this man enough and I will definitely be seeing him soon for another ring and all other jewelry here in the future. DONT COME HERE !!!! I took my watch to get repaired the owner said it was fixed. I noticed it was the same he charged me for fixing my watch and silver chain and when I took back my watch he said he needs more work on it. I came today and got a status on my watch and he said its broken. With out trying to fix anything or carrying about lossing a loyal customer. He says its 150 dollars to fix. Its not a problem would pay for that but then he gets defensive and returns my money for trying to fix my watch. He didnt even care about trying to help me.

Went for a band re size. Excellent work and only about $5 to get the service. However the owner treats you like youre he cause if his fathers death

Took my Moms wedding band to have it refashioned into a band for my daughter. When she picked it up, the three diamonds were missing. We went back, and the owner brought out a bag of diamonds and told us to choose the ones we wanted. No apology. Just take them and leave. We left; will NEVER be back.

I needed to have a ring sized down and it was done very quickly, I would say within 10 minutes. The owner was very nice and accommodating to me. Ill definitely be going back to them again.

ZERO STARS. The owner modified a ring upon my request, and kept some of the diamonds, refusing to give them back to me. NEVER went back again and dont plan on ever going back there. Too many good and honest jewelers in town to even consider this jeweler. Mr Hawley lost a frequent customer with me.

I got my ring resized and its perfect! It came back even more beautiful than what it was before and it was quick!! I highly recommend this place. It was worth the half hour drive.

I had never had any problems until recently..if I needed repairs..they would do it immediately.I have purchased 3 senior rings for 3 of my grandkids.. One of the rings i have had to bring back 3 times becuz the stones keep falling out.The gentleman here was very rude and claimed that my granddaughter was mistreating the ring and thats why the stones keep falling out..B.S..my granddaughter works in a call center and takes care of her things and has had my granddaughters ring for over a month and everytime I call to check if its ready he has an excuse.In the past he would have it repaired and returned in a week but this time he was bothered by a comment that I made about their poor workmanship and has not returned the ring to me..I am about to file a police report on him.I paid for that ring and I expect to get it back.SORRY BUT I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE AGAIN
