I used to get batteries here several years ago until Willie (owner) made a negative comment about my car.I now go to a different place down just east of Copia on Montana that sells batteries for $1.99 and up – I always buy the $2.99 battery with a one-year warranty. I’ve been going there for several years and never had a problem with them.

This place is AWESOME, small family owned business that started in North East El Paso in 1976, super friendly. Needed something repaired on short notice and the jeweller Casey did a flawless job in under 30 minutes as I waited. Why pay a big box store when you can get this type of service at a reasonable price with a smile and friendly conversation. Highly recommended and they have earned my future business.

His shop is a little hard to spot but im glad I called and didnt give up. He is inside the insurance door. Super nice guy. Got my watched sized down at a very reasonable price and he made sure it was the fit I wanted. Definitely reccomend!

Called ahead of time to advise owner I would be dropping off some jewelry for repair. Stood in line about 20 minutes only to be ignored as he had company and was talking about non work/business related topics. Cant rate the work but being ignored in a business isnt a smart move. Makes you wonder how genuine they can be when you arent even acknowledged or appreciated for your business. Very dissapointed in the customer service, I hope others have better luck. Time is money.

I brought my wedding ring here to be resized only to be completely devastated with the results. instead of the ring being round he left it oval shaped. I was left in tears after he completely ruined what would have been the perfect ring. You get what you pay for. Definitely not recommended.

I had them upgrade the diamonds on my wifes wedding ring and it came out great.

Brought my engagement ring here after the place we bought it (an irreputable chain store) insisted they couldnt resize it. Circle D got it done! They cleaned and resized it in just a couple of days and it looks brand new. And it was SUCH a great price. Definitely recommend this place and will return if needed. It can be easy to miss since it shares a space with an insurance company, so keep an eye out!
