Could not reach anyone!

Wow So I own a computer store and this company damaged a ladies Apple Computer. To be exact her hard drive failed. When we did the original Insurance quote we quoted data recovery because we could tell for sure if we could recover the customers personal files. So this moving company steped in and said they would pay us to do the job we did the job along the way we were able to save the customers peronal files baby photos etc. We modified our bill to show that still came in under the Full labor that we quoted. Because we modified the bill they said over 50 dollars tha they would not pay for us saving her files. So I am like you guys lost customers data and over 50 dollars you want me to delete her data. Long Story short Use this company at your own risk I do not run my business this way but maybe I am doing it wrong. ( of course we did not delete the customers cherrished pictures) Horrible customer service.
