This place is very unprofessional as other reviews say very rude and unprofessional staff they will waste your time and they have had the same lame and rude staff (Isabel) for so long they can never be straight foward with you. Their policy is a joke because they discriminate against you and wont give you a chance multiple people i know have been treated poorly if i can give this a zero rating i would. I go and fill out the applications and still no job. I waste my time knowing I have experience and need help with the job search. That’s what temp agencies are for right? Well this one would rather not call you back or actually help you in anyway! I went because I needed a job not to waste gas to fill out endless applications and have the same interview. Please get people who care who call you because your application fits a job not so you can keep feeling out the same one and to produce no results

This office is run by some really unprofessional women who are condescending and act like their time is more valuable than yours and like theyre better than everyone there. They are rude, catty and spiteful. They cannot interface with the public without their true colors appearing, in addition to their totally unprofessional attire. They lead you along and cannot not be upfront or honest with you throughout any of the application process. Yet, they are so desperate that they will let applicants test multiple times until they pass the assessments. Those are the ones that get hired. Speaks volumes. The irony in all of this is that theyre normally hiring for customer service positions but refuse to exhibit excellent or even mediocre customer service skills themselves. The bar is low here.

This was a real pleasant and refreshing experience , the minute you walk in the door the personnel greet you with a smile, in particular the lady in the front desk Cindy Solis all the way to the manager that happen to be standing nearby. Most other places wait to see if other co- workers are going to assist you so they dont have to bother. All this is a reflection of a organization that is professional, well trained and will work hard for you.

Dont look to apply here if you have even a decade old misdemeanor on you. I had applied and told them that I was indeed arrested back in 2005 misdemeanor (got in a fight with my roommate). They didnt bother to tell me anything until the day I was going to buy the required footwear that I was not eligible for work for them because of that. It wasnt because of the client, but the staffing agency itself. Ive worked for other staffing agencies and other companies and not once did something that happened over a decade ago prevent me from seeking employment for said companies.

They have the worst customer service.. They arent helpful. All they do is worry about themselves and they have failed to provide the help one needs .if I could give him them zero stars I would .

It is very unfortunate how they treat people, management of the office is very poor, the driver is very rude and disrespectful I do not know who I could complain about she told me in this way I am the boss and you work for us, not us for you and you can not do anything about it.
