Nice people but TERRIBLE when it comes to notarize. Drove all the way downtown from eastside to turn in papers that have a deadline just to have HR tell me I was missing 1 notary stamp and did not accept my papers. ☹ sorry but waste of time

I honestly had a great experience here. The lady and gentleman were cordial and nice to me. They were fast and efficient. Was in and out in 15 minutes.I really don’t understand how people left bad reviews. The sense of entitlement some people have is REAL.

Used to be my preferred postage service company, only stopped using them because I moved. Not necessarily the cheapest place, but the service isnt bad and if youre in the area, its way more convenient that going to the post office or UPS.

Worst service ever the Store Owner just sat on his behind and did not even get up to acknowledge me when i walked in the store.. i was looking for something in particular but since the service was so UNWELCOMING i decided to take my business elsewhere.... Just a heads up for the store owner if you want to keep your store up and going then i think you should do the same and get up and help out your customers when they walk in the store. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key to keeping a business going... isnt? family owned or not.

Lost $50 because the lady there gave me a wrong estimate. Shipping ended up being $50 more than the estimate she gave me the day before. Extremely unprofessional. And to the owners reply, yes Im positive it was your store by El Dorado. Of course u dont remember, youre not the one that lost $50

This is one of the friendliest place to go. I have been going there for over 3 years now. They go ABOVE and BEYOND EVERY TIME!! As to the fellow who shipped the cymbals, all I have to say is when you keep saying I do not care what it costs it has to go out today and can not be damaged then later post bad feedback about the price, well that makes YOU look uneducated as does your spelling and grammar in your post! As to the store not being tidy a few days before Christmas GET REAL Do you have any idea the rush a store like that gets that time of year? MY advice to you is stay home the last few weeks of the year because my friend even if you went to the post office the chance of them being short on supplies is great and their place being messy is very, very great! As for the Postage Depot they are very fine people who are ultra helpful and who go the mile for anyone! PS I simply do not believe your comments about the refusal to explain the costs because several times I have asked and they have ALWAYS explained it to me. Also before posting lies think about the other customers who was present when you was in the store!!!!

This place would be great if they got their act together. It is located about 5 minutes from my house, yet I have to drive to another business location to run my errands. Today, I called and inquired about their notary services. I asked if there was a specific time that I should be there and the cost. The lady who answered the phone said that theyll be there until closing time, which is 6 pm. I showed up at about 3:30 pm, and the same lady who answered the phone said that her husband had just left and that he was the one who notarizes documents. She did not offer a solution or any additional help. I stated to her that I had called and asked for this information and she had said that the services were provided all day. She had nothing else to say so we walked out and I drove to Postal Works located on Tierra Este and Zaragoza. I do not recommend Postal Depot, and I highly recommend Postal Works. For a clean and organized store with dependable people, go to Postal Works.Response to owners response: You might as well have not left a response. I don’t care if you are Christian or any other religion. I know many Christians who do not act Christian-like when it comes to business. So saying “we are Christians” doesn’t automatically make you good people. You all are rude people which is why you lost my business.

Worst customer service ever, was there two weeks ago & Cant pin point what it was, rudeness or racism, with the main guy there when he had a mexican lady working for him. Just didnt get it. Never again will i take my business there. As far as reasonable prices for notrized letters, best take your business at Lozano Mobile Notary.

Okay so I would like to start by saying that I appreciate small businesses and they have a large value in the community. With that being said, this is a very poorly run store. Upon walking in, its completely in disarray. Theres just random stuff all over the place.I sell stuff on eBay and recently I sold some cymbals. I didnt have the packing material so I thought it would be a good idea to bring it here. Oh boy was I wrong. There was a couple working there. The lady was super nice and super awesome. She was very helpful and packed some of my stuff for me. The man that walked in, a large man with a white beard, was not helpful AT ALL. So to begin with they dont have the box sizes that I need. So they help me by stacking 2 boxes together to fit the cymbals and wrap everything in bubble wrap and fill the boxes with peanuts. Fine and dandy until the ticket comes. $290 to ship 5 boxes all in the US!!! I assume its the sizes of the boxes but the man couldnt tell me why it was so expensive. He said he didnt know which highlights 2 problems, hes incompetent, or he was trying to rip me off. On top of that they didnt discuss how much they would charge me for boxes and peanuts. The peanuts alone were $14 plus $4 for each box. This is ridiculous. They shouldve been more helpful and inform me that the sizes of the boxes wouldve made it incredibly expensive. Again THE OWNER OF A PACKING AND SHIPPING STORE DID NOT KNOW THIS. Personally, I will absolutely never go here again. Theyre incompetent and charge way too much for basic stuff. Pack it yourself and send it from USPS, youll be much better off.As a response to the person who criticized me, I never said I do not care about the cost. Why the hell would I sell stuff if I didnt care about the cost? There were other customers that were in the store when I was there but they were in there only but for a few minutes at a time. I suspect the person that responded to me is probably the owner or a friend of the place. Also criticizing someones grammar on a review seems very juvenile especially when your post has grammatical errors. This is my honest opinion of this business. Theyre incompetent or try to rip you off. Take it as you will but this was my experience. Just go somewhere else where people work that actually know their job.

When theyre there, service is OK. Ive tried on multiple occasions to be there at 9am when they open and no one is there... Which has caused me to have to go out of my way to find an alternate postal service. I cant get my time back.

I have bad experience, do not recommend it, because they do not put the correct adresses provided by the customer, do not listen when you say its wrong things, packets are lost, do a bad job, and the end customer, bad gastanto his time claims no guarantee that it can recover, and doing double duty, plus the disgust that you take, really prefer to go somewhere else.
