I have only been with Night Eyes for 5 months, but really enjoy working for them. I have had the chance to work at different sites, and honestly say I have been able to learn something new every day. Recently been given the opportunity to move up and look forward to continue to move up the ladder of success. Upper management has been great and helpful, always making sure you are safe. Night Eyes Protective Services is a great company to hire and work for. When you hire this security company nothing but professional officers and Supervisors to make sure everything is going smooth and safe. I have not been with this company very long but this company gave me the opportunity to.prove to.myself and others I can do.my job I started as a regular officer then was promoted twice, I am now a captain with night eyes security and I have my own post with 8 other guards under me ,, management treats me right and I treat my guards right I would recommend this company to all that apply..

I was out for 2 weeks of COVID and still haven’t received my paycheck tried having an attention with them and no answer regarding the mailing date. I guess all that company is good for it to delay employees paychecks or trying not to paying them. I give an advise to people how are applying here there better security company’s.

If Nighteyes isnt the caring, patient company thats best to work for, then I dont know what is. Working for them has truly gained me the experience as well as confidence that not every boss is the deteriorating kind that will make you feel less of yourself. Working with Barbara, Carmen and Chief has been a blessing. Theyre very understanding and will respond to your call. They took and continue to take good care of their officers. I only worked there for a few months and had to relocate states, but they managed well with me and the single mother life. The pay period kind of mixed me up and in that aspect I wish they could invest in doing direct deposit. However, I wish the company and the owner very good luck and blessings to keep their company growing strong!

Upper management is completely unprofessional. Attempting to get anything accomplished is like trying to gather pieces of an exploded firework. They give people the run around on even the most basic of tasks and will certainly argue before searching to find a resolution. This company should not be in business. Poorest work ethic and most severe lack of professionalism I have ever seen.

Wouldnt recommend working here. Unprofessional, and poor management i use to work here last year, you have to pay for your own equipment and go on your own time to pick up the equipment. If you mess up at one of your sites they will send a supervisor to basically try to intimidate you but in reality little do the actual bosses know, one of the supervisors hits on the way younger females and trys to get their facebook. Hr i have no complaints about them. Just that you cant get direct deposit you have to go to the office to pick up a check. Like i said wouldnt recommend.

I been working for night eyes for 8 months and my experience with the company is amazing! Cheif Rodriguez cares for his employees and make sure we doing okay and always checking on me when the weather is bad. But this is the first company that actually do respect their employees. I love working for them pay is good and hours are good as well. I would definitely would recommend you to them! They honest and kind boss and very well respected owner.

The only thing that I have to say about this company is that they STEAL hours from my check, I worked 63 hours and they only paid me 52 hours...

Ever since my employment in 2016 with the El Paso Chihuahuas, Night Eyes has been our 24 hour security. Working with Carmen is painless. I send her the hours I need covered and get a schedule the very next day. Wouldnt want to work with any other group!

This is a great company to work for. Very professional and a very fair company. Anybody that puts bad comments about Night Eyes has been terminated or are disgruntled employees. This company has been around for a long time.

Seem they they never have enough guards available when needed to cover post or relieve other guards. Companies suffer because of the lack of coverage from N.E.P. After so many years you would have thought that maybe they would have improved and made changes to the way they run things. Good job Chief & Carmen! (Sarcasm)

Worst employment ever....payroll was robbing me from each check....when I kept asking about my money they made a excuse to fire me...there office said i left a job site and will take me to court to get there money back. That was the worst ever. I have 4 little girl and i just wanted what i was owed. Dont work here. You will never see your family that much anymore. As other comments under staff...There making money off everyone by scamming there checks...

Night eyes, guards are LAZY!! I was at the Chalk the Block event today do owntown. I saw 3 guards texting on their cell phones and 2 were sitting down, and other ones were socially with the MCAD , staff, who are in charge of the event. They are supposed to be looking for suspicious activity, and ppl. carrying guns.Look at Las Vegas what happens their can happen here too. I used to. Work at night eyes and I know how they are. The supervisors especially CARMEN, dont care!!! They let their guards slide!!! I work now for another agency connected with Sun Metro as Armed Security Officer. And my co- workers are honest, depenable; and very good at their jobs.
