I take my special edition $700 WW2 ps4 to get it fixed and I finally call to pick it up after a few months due to quarantine and he says they’ve recycled my PS4, they did not call me to notify me about this and there’s nothing that they are doing to help, no replacement no refund, nothing, I am frustrated and very disappointed with this shop and I would advise people not to go here.Update- He texted me on my mobile number asking about the bad review, he was very disrespectful and unprofessional, blaming me for everything, not stopping to listen to what I’m trying to tell him, and after he doesn’t get what he texted for (probably to get me to remove the review) he immediately tries to end the conversation, still not wanting to hear what I have to say.
