He is a very friendly guy. I have been having a very frustrating issue with my computer and couldnt figure it out. I took it to him and he tested everything and kept working on it until he found a solution. He also gives you quick updates to let you know where he is at in the process. Excellent experience. I am in the military and my laptops keyboard stopped working out of nowhere while I was training at Ft. Bliss. I brought it in and Jacob was nothing but exceptional with his communication and service. The part I needed ended up being difficult to get and so I ran into a pickle, I needed to leave the El Paso area but I also needed my laptop fixed. Jacob was more than willing to work with me and my unusual situation, he ordered the part, installed the keyboard, and then shipped the laptop via mail, all while keeping in constant contact with me so I knew every step of the process. If I lived in the El Paso area, this would now be my go-to business for any computer issue.
