Incredibly fantastic place! Great folks there, hyper fast turnaround and dynamite communication techniques.... This is the only place I would ever take a gaming console in for repair or recommend to my friends!

I have been using this company for my computer repair needs for years. I would not consider using anyone else in this city, not only because of their superior knowledge, but their OUTSTANDING customer service. I find their prices more than reasonable for the issues that they have solved. And I cant say how many times they have corrected minor issues and the only thing I paid was a smile and a firm handshake! This company is one of the best and I will not take my computer to anyone else!

The service was fast and done correctly. If you want something done right its worth the price my son was very pleased the estimated time frame was 3-5 business days and it was done very fast.

Amazing service.Professional, polite, precise work done in a timely manner is what you will get here, for less than what other sub-par businesses(pls see my other review) would charge you. They took my defunct laptop(thanks to the hacks at the other place) and fixed it up with a new hard drive and OS, even installed some additional drivers I needed. Brought my laptop in to get my hard drive replaced and it is working perfectly. Great customer service, they will explain in great detail on whatever the problem is and how they can fix it. Reasonable price, charged for labor and for a new SSD hard drive. They returned my laptop within a few business days and kept me updated on the process. This is an update on my complaint. The business manager contacted me and asked me to meet with him (Manny). We had a good discussion about the issues and I felt he was concerned about providing good customer service. The fact that he contacted me very quickly and we discussed the problem showed me that he cared and wanted to make things right. I was impressed that he is taking care of my system.

I highly recommend this business. Gustavo Guerrero took the time to explain the process of changing my battery in my Apple Watch. His customer service was exceptional. Good customer service and the guy was very patient answering my questions. But took my iPad into fits a crack in the corner they told me they had to order the screen protector and it would take 3 to 5 days to order and one day after that to put it on. Oh for a week and later never received a call saying it was ready for pick up went in to check on it and they told me that the protector barely came in and it would be ready for next day or day after but they would call me. Three days later went to go check on it it was finally ready never received a call from them saying it was ready and ready for pick up and it took over 2 weeks (17 days) to do it not a week.

They were able to fix the problem with my Xbox in one day and was very friendly and professional.

My iPad 4 suddenly had a problem with the screen. It had a column appearing on the screen that was out of contrast. I brought it to them on a Monday around noon and they had it perfectly fixed within Wednesday at noon. Plus, they did it at an affordable price. It looks and works great so far and I couldn’t be happier. Also comes with 90 day warranty! Can’t get better than that. I’m a returning customer for sure. Thank you! :)

I dropped off my IPhone 6s to get a battery swap and expected to pick it up in a few hours. I went back and unfortunately during the replacement process my phone no longer wanted to turn on with any battery connected to it. It was just bad luck because all technology eventually gives out sooner or later.The guys gave great customer service and replaced my phone and put a new screen shield and got me a nice case! What a great experience! I had spilled some coffee on my PC and it stopped working. I took it to them and they had it working within a day! Their customer service and professionalism is top notch! They saved the day!

I had an issue with my PS4 a few months back, it turns out my drive got corrupted and took it in for repair. These guys were pretty knowledgeable and helped out to repair it. Unfortunately I got a defective drive but when I called in to get it repaired again they let me know that I was still under warranty and they repaired it at no extra cost (I was expecting another charge). These guys are pretty awesome since my P4$ has been running great and I learned some simple things to not have this happen again. Really good experience overall. I have recommended 2 work acquaintances to them when they mentioned they have electronic issues.

I inquired ahead of time and got quoted $65.00, when I showed up they told me it would $88.00. The digitizer was not damage and only needed the screen and they said it didnt matter. An $88.00 repair on a $120.00 phone is outrageous. To top things off the person working the front desk was unpleasant and rude, I would not recommend getting your repairs done here. Very bad customer service.

I dropped off my iPad Air to be fixed on Monday, March 5th. All I needed was the screen to be replaced, which they verified when I dropped it off. After I received my preliminary receipt, I read that it would take 2-3 business days for my screen to be replaced. I had been told over the phone that it would be done the same day. Tomorrow it will mark a week that I dropped off my iPad and have yet to receive any kind of update on the status of a screen replacement. I am reading the reviews and i sincerely hope that whenever I finally get word to pick it up I don’t find any damage on my device that wasn’t there before.

Took my ps4 in for over heating repairs. They fixed it and everything seemed well for 6 months . I didn’t even use the ps4 often as I have other consoles but the ps4 is overheating again and I think that it is unacceptable for it to work for only 6 months .I’m out of warranty now and have to pay full price. I wouldn’t take it to them as you will get a temporary fix. I will be looking for another place to get it repaired . I will change my review if they do something to make things work !!

Great experience, they were profesional with me and i feel like i finally got a computer/network company in El Paso that knows what they are doing.

Two weeks ago my PS4 was repaired by these guys because of overheating, they said the fan did not need to be replaced. A few days after getting the PS4 back from them the fan became extremely loud and vibrated the system which it never had done. It began to overheat and shut off again, so we took the system back, on the 24th( late so i dont count that as a day). It is now the 27th and they have yet to even diagnose the system. The receipt we have says 1-2 business days for repair under the 90 day guarantee but it is now the 3rd and the issue has yet to be diagnosed. Please fix the issue, in a timely matter and i will change my review.First edit, so now they are saying that because the fan now needs to be replaced, (The very same issue we took it for the first time, and this time also) we have to repay the labor cost, an additional $54 to retrieve my PS4.Edit, spoke with a manager, manny, he was very helpful and saw the error. I will be paying for the replacement fan, but not the labor, which is very agreeable. He even applied ten percent discount. Hopefully the repair goes smooth this time, thank you for replying.

They say they specialize in ipad repair. They cant even do microsoldering on an Ipad 4. WHAT A JOKE!!! I would give it a zero if i could. I called yesterday around 2 and was told they couldnt solder the home button cable clip that goes on the motherboard.
