Originally traded In my iPhone SE-2020 model for an iPhone 10 or X , the phone they gave me had issues with the screen and they had to replace the phone , 2nd iPhone X they give me works find but ends up having speaker issues , so once again I must return , if it wasn’t for me having a warranty with them I wouldn’t do business with them at all. I just went to speak with the owner himself to have him look at my phone , he gives me phone back and when I get home my screen isn’t even put back together correctly basically hanging by a thread. Save yourself the headache and don’t buy from here all their work so far has been careless , they say they’re phone are grade A but I’ve had nothing but issues and their work ethic is horrible their actions alone on how they’ve treated me are enough for me to never do business here as soon as they fix my phone I’m never coming back

I took my Apple Watch in for replacement of screen due to me dropping it and it shattered.Victor was awesome and very professional, and the watch was completed at the date given. The price was good for me as well.

He could not give me a diagnosis of my iPhone, he could not fix it, and confused my phone with another customer and still he could not do anything he charged me $30 dollars.

Got my phone repaired 3 weeks ago and my screen freezes. Before the repair my screen was cracked but, it worked fast. Since the repair I have a hard time using my phone for work, since most of my job is done though the phone. Oh and the guy didn’t even mention that my FaceTime recognition was not going to work or even bothered to advise me before the job was done that it could get affected. if not I could have had a say if I wanted the job done or not! Irresponsible not worth your money or time! Do not recommend!

So glad I came across this place! I dropped my iPhone 7 and it wouldn’t turn back on, was sure I was going to have to replace it but stopped by to see if anything could be done. My day was saved when they were willing to take a look and it turned out to to be a wire came loose and they fixed it quickly and for a great price, my phone is working great again. Employee Victor : the name on my receipt was amazing! Turn around time was 30 minutes give or take when I came back it was ready. I loved the customer service here as it was professional and fast service. I called my usually place and then they didnt have the part. I called their other location and they were rude and so I called here after reading the reviews and it was totally worth it! They had the part ready to go so I made an early morning appointment and boom my phone is fixed. I love how I have an otter box and a screen protector now and a like new phone. Cant wait to go back to get my back glassed fix. I will recommend!

I usually don’t take the time to write this kind of reviews but this shop only cares about $$$, zero customer satisfaction.The first time I went to fix my iPhone 8 Plus screen they charged me $40 plus tax (pic attached) just for the labor. The second time for some reason they randomly decided to charge me $35 plus tax. Honestly, I don’t recommend this place; very bad customer service plus very bad maintained located inside another store.*Note: I found this very nice, new well maintained repair shop a couple minutes away named Tech Surgeons which charged me $30 including tax.

I took my laptop on Monday and they didn’t respond or look at it until Thursday when I went to go pick it up. They never gave me a price and held it till Thursday only for them to tell me that they couldn’t fix it. A complete waste of time. They took four days just for the employee to do it real quick right in front of me something that took 30 seconds wasn’t done in four days. The gentlemen said there was 2 other laptops so it wasn’t a workload thing, so im taking my business Elsewhere.

This was my second visit to this location because they are so awesome and conscientious. The customer service is right and every ounce of precaution was take to ensure safety and cleanliness. All employees wore a mask and gloves they also cleaned the phone infront of me when they finished. Five stars across the board. Local, affordable and friendly! 😊

DO NOT COME HERE! Victor, the owner is extremely unprofessional and hung up on me in the middle of my complaint explication. They made me sign a risk agreement, what they fail to explain to you is that on an LCD screen repair, if the issue doesnt turn out to be your LCD, they will give you back your phone completely, physically damaged! My phone was returned to me with a cracked screen and the edges completely peeled to the point where you can see the parts transparent through the phone. My damage was internal with NO physical damage. The owner didnt care that I lost value to my phone due to them returning it to me with physical damage. I am livid! If you want your phone returned in worst conditions than how you had it, come here!! If you want it done the RIGHT way, DONT come here! Victors work ethic, customer service, and word are worthless! Look how they left my phone.

I needed a broken IPhone screen repaired and ready for the next day. I called Computer Express they answered immediately said I can drop the off since it was almost 5 pm and they would have it ready for me first thing the next day. Computer Express did as they promised. They fixed the phone and had it ready by the next. Great place with great prices. Highly recommended.

Me and my husband started off by getting our iPhone 6 fixed there, now we take our iPhone XS, Apple watches, Samsung Tablets, even our family members go to him to get things fixed. He’s unlocked our cellphones and as well as my family’s devices. He’s never failed us, damaged our equipment nor has he fixed our devices with bad quality materials. All of our equipment continues to work great with no problems, and I recommend him to everyone who’s looking for good durable work to be done on their equipment.

We took our cracked iPhone X to this guy in good faith and based on reviews. He replaced the screen and charged us $110. We get a call immediately and the speaker isn’t working. We take it back in and he says he’s sorry and can order parts. We refused then he said he can fix it on the spot and took a piece from an iPod. It starting work then the FaceTime wouldn’t work. This is all the same day and time. He then said he’s sorry again. He’ll give us a screen protector for free and order the part. He doesn’t know what happened. It’s been 6 weeks and we still have no repair and he’s been avoiding/ignoring our calls. We now have to pay for a real technician to fix the problem he created on our phone. Save your money and time. We learned our lesson but, due to covid our options are very slim.

Took my iPhone 📱 to get screen replaced as it was not working anymore. Not only did they hook me up with an awesome price for parts and labor they also had it ready in less that 45 minutes with my phone working good as new! Highly Recommend

Worst experience ever, This business doesn’t even deserve one star. The man victor said he would access the phone by a deadline I never received one phone call in regards to the phone being ready or what exactly they did. They still couldn’t figure out what was wrong and only because they switched out the battery is when they got the phone to turn on but it still wasn’t charging. They never even called once to give an update and still charged $34 to basically look at it since I could’ve purchased a battery

Obviously if the option for zero stars existed, this place would definitely get nothing. No place has ever been so disgustingly disrespectful AND managed to treat every situation regarding a simple screen as extremely unprofessionally. I brought in my phone to have the screen fixed. They fixed it. Waste of time and money. I came back to have THAT fixed: absolute and blatant waste of time and money. If I were to go into detail about how disgusting and incompetent the owner and the girl working there were to me, it would take even longer than the amount of my time that theyve already wasted. Please, beware of the customer service, if you can even call it that. My advice is to never go there. If they at least wouldve been courteous enough to (again) not have wasted my time; if they wouldve formally apologized; and if they wouldve at the very least taken care of such a simple issue that was THEIR FAULT, I wouldnt have given this review. Now Im scared to go back and try and have it fixed FOR THE THIRD TIME due to not only how rude they were, but that theyll even be malicious and do something with any personal information I could have stored on my phone.

Have come many times before with my previous phone (iPhone 7+) and also with my fiancé to get her iPhone 8 fixed a couple of times as well. Would recommend. They offer warranty on the screen and etc if it’s at fault of the repair, so long as you kept receipt.

Im sitting outside Victors store right now with his employee Ray. We brought out phone in to get repairs and Ray told us that he would have it diagnosed within the hour. We waited in the vicinity and he had closed up shop and left no phone call or nothing. Call the business line and victor answered who called me back and told me ray would meet us there to get our phone for us. We waited for over an hour for Ray to finally show up when he did he didnt have the key to the door and now victor has conveniently turned off his phone! Im about ready to call the police because I believe this he stole our phone and its not really a legitimate business at all. If it was possible to give this zero stars I would!!!Update: We finally got our phone back a day later. Ray showed up at 0900a.m. Before the store opened and apologized when he gave us our phone for the inconvenience. I dont think Ray had anything to do with the hassle but his boss Victor is the problem. We hope to hear that Ray starts his own computer repair shop and puts Victor and his shady business ethics out of business.

Took a IPhone 5 days ago to get it unlocked . They first said it would take 1 hour for it to start working . Then I called then they said 24hiurs . Then I called again and they said 48 hours . I’ve called again they won’t answer , texted the owner and he said it will take more days without giving me an exact date . Now that I tried to reach him he won’t reply . I would t recommend this place at all .

Edit- at first I gave a bad review but I think it was just a miscommunication. They gladly refixed my phone free of charge, and were very fast. I will update again in a month or so just to make sure my digitizer doesn’t go out again, but so far so good, I’d recommend them. I think it was just bad luck that my digitizer messed up, the woman said that rarely happens.

I came in with my iPhone 6s Plus with the screen half way popped up, the battery had expanded leaving my screen damaged AND unresponsive to touch!!! I go in to fix my rose gold iPhone, the guy told me it was going to be about an hour and a half. Being that I live a little far, I decided to stay around the area. I come back and he has a BLACK SCREEN on my rose gold iPhone that requires a WHITE SCREEN. Mind you if I wanted a black screen I wouldve told him off the jump, but they took it upon themselves to put a black screen because they didnt have white screen lolI tell the dude I didnt want a black screen he said he would have to call his manager to bring a white one. I would have to either leave my phone there, pay for the screen, or put the broken one back. I left my phone because he said it would be ready the next day, I call the next day and this dude said they had to order a white one which would take 3-5 days lol. Wasted my time because they wanted to be lazy and lie to me! Dont waste your time lol Im clearly not the only one who will NEVER go back there.
