Its good, you get what you pay for, nothing more nothing less. The vacuuming with out time limit is very convenient. Recomend

I went to wash my car and something scratch it when I was drying my vehicle with a towel I found 2 pieces of glass or hard plastic , I talk to the manager and they said nothing was on the video I explained that it was at the end of the tunnel when is blowing air to dry the car but again he said that they can see anything but how fast the air blows for them to see those pieces. I explained that I didnt want to get advantage of the situation I just need a solution and I mentioned that I was going to cancel my membership and he said OK like he didnt care, I know nothing is going to affect them if they lose 1 customer. Just saying and I hope nobody else get on a situation like this when you giving them business and only wants to get their vehicle clean.

The first time they wash it was not clean enough so I went back to the wash line and was able to get my car washed a second time. They get 5 stars for the awesome customer service and because the second wash was better than the first.

I just had the regular car wash but did appreciate that the guys did a nice wipe down after the wash. Free vacuum. Nice place

The carwash is great and the guys that dry your car do a great job. Now the vacuum cleaners is another story, for months now, many of them have been broken or do not have any suction. I know the vacuums are for free but the carwash is not free. This needs attention ASAP, FIX YOUR VACUUM CLEANERS or DROP YOUR PRICES. Do not put the guys on the side of the road advertising free vacuum if your vacuum cleaners do not work. People go to a parking spot to vacuum but then have to move because it doesnt work. A huge inconvenience, Ive seen people leave because they move to another spot and that vacuum doesnt work either. GET THIS FIXED ASAP.

I strongly recommend Daddy-Os at Sunland Park. Customer service beginning with management down to customer support are top of the line outstanding 100% satisfied no doubt.

Like coming here in and out only problem i had today was the vaccums werent working well like other time that Ive been there before had to go over a couple of times to get really clean other that everything else was fine.

Prices are reasonable and they wash your car very good. The best part is they actually wipe down your car, unlike Mister Car Wash. Im so glad I switched over.

I paid for the $11 Big Daddy option (Express Exterior Wash, Wheel Brite, DaddyO’s Tire Shield, Clear Coat Protectant, Triple Shine)The wash seemed like they were trying to save water and soap because there was only a very then film of soap on my windows that was sprayed off with a thin mist of water. Other car washes seem to use soap with frothy suds and more water to rinse everything off at the end,and yield way better results than Daddy Os.The guys drying my truck allowed the soap to dry on my hood and windows before finally attending to my truck; leaving soap residue on my windows and paint after they ran through with their towels. My wheels looked terrible after the wash. Ive included photos, please notice the brush marks left on the center caps and edges. I didnt want to bring it up with management because I had already lost all faith in this places ability to properly wash vehicles. Please avoid at all cost.

Overall impressed. Hope to see a location in the Cielo Vista area in the near future.

They have a great staff as well as great prices! 14 dollars for obviously the wash and tire bright, as well as a 2 day free wash if it rains! Free air scent for your car and good vacuums.

Used to love having my car washed here but now they can’t even dry my car right or have it washed right....streaks everywhere! all they do is play around and miss a whole section and when you ask for them to dry it right they give you a look like it’s a inconvenience.

The best car wash around! I used to love Daddy Os in Las Cruces and was sad to see them go. Once I found out they were in El Paso I restarted my membership and head over to the Mesa location regularly! These guys know what quality service is about!!

Wait a min the carwash that I always get is $9 and just because their a little mud Im going to get charge extra $5 . Ill just take off the mud with a garden hose at the house then come back the next day

Better than Mister. They do a thorough wash like it suppose to. Two or three guys take their time to towel dry your car. Nice job 👍

Terrible service every time! I always pay for the most expensive wash and they never shine my tires. Used to have all 4 cars on a monthly pass but I’m not paying that much anymore to get bad washes and rude employees. Go somewhere else...

Convenient place to get your car clean. I like the fact they hand dry your car as it exits the drive-thru. Unlimited vacuum time is also a major plus!

Beware one of their employees copy my card information and bought 200 worth of cosmetics products she took a while to bring my card back to me I called to speak to a manager when I asked the girl asked why and I said I need to speak to a manager left my number and no call back yet I waiting for them to check their cameras so I can take legal action beware !!! Paid the $14 dollar wash, the wash was decent but only two of my 4 tires were shined, the other two were left dirty with no dressing.

Their detailing is the most reasonably priced! They separate interior detailing so you only pay for what you need, carpets, seats, dash vinyl and consoles, or all the above. theyll absolutely get my business regularly

I agree with the quality of the soap being watered down. It used to be Good thats why they lose a star. I will however give praise to the guys drying the vehicles, hands down the best and really take their time doing a great job, take some money to tip them for their effort!

Service is great although you will be waiting during normal hours because its a good drive through car wash. Compared to the other drive through car washes I would say this one is the best. And yes I agree that the soap seems too watery.

The team here works hard and have awesome results with the best experience any customer can have at a car wash. Standard Not.So.Basic wash is $7. They have an Express car wash. Free slel vacuuming. Daddy Os is really worth while.

I used to come here all the time because they would vacuum your car and clean it from the outside. Though they cleaned it beautifully from the outside Im rather disappointed that they no longer vacuum your car, its something that you have to do yourself. Its great that they have the unlimited vaccum but as a busy mom I dont have the time for that. I will be taking my service somewhere else.

Best car wash in west El Paso. Not so much that it is better than Mister Car Wash hit much better priced for really the same service. Always clean. Please tip the kids drying your car. Vacuum use unlimited after washing your car. Bring some car wash supplies like quick detailer and towels as they dont mind you doing some extra detail work in thier lot. Vacuums always with awesome suction. Employees are friendly. Very fast and always a good wash. If you dont have time for a hand wash at home take it to Daddy Os!

Been here twice first time I was stuck in tunnel for 20 minutes, they didnt even apologize. Second time my emblem came off my hood. Took them 30 minutes to find it. All they said sorry that never happens here. Wont be coming back. Mister car wash is better Ive never had a problem there.

Depends on who is working but most of the employees seem to care about how your car looks after the wash. Love the free vacuums!

I paid $10 dollars for a car wash and they did not even was my car. Not even the guys who dry the car said anything that it came out dirty from the tunnel. I asked for another wash and they did not want to, not even a refund.

So the first time I ever went there, I forgot my car mat, not even 2 hours later that I called the car wash for my mat, only to find out they threw it away. I thought I would go back, well the vacuums dont work for one, I literally moved my car 3 times, all of which the vacuums were either broken or not suctioning. Then they messed up my mirrors to where I couldnt see once I got on the freeway. Ive been to cheap car washes before and have gotten better service than what I got today. Will not be returning, stick to Mister Car Wash, they dont disappoint.

I pay a monthly fee and find it completely unfair that people just come up and vacuum the car without even buying something from the store putting gas or paying for a car wash and then sometimes I have to wait for those people that just want freebies!!! Manager doesn’t give a hoots and employees are frustrated!

The best free vacuums ever. At least they were the hoses nearest the street haven’t worked for weeks. I will not go back.

This carwash was great when they barely opened. I went last week and quality of wash went down. They dont put enough soap on vehicle, when you go in it feels like its just being washed with water, causing scratches and swirls all over the paint. Hopefully they fix this soon.

I dont have enough time to describe how rude, unaccommodating, and just down right disrespectful this car wash was. The manager asked me if I could read, and if so then the signs on the property were self explanatory. In El Paso reputation will put you out of business. Its a shame such a nice car wash has absolute jerks working for them. The $9.00 wash is exactly like the $6.00 one and still doesnt get the car completely clean. I will NEVER go back and would never recommend!!!

Just left the Horizon City location for the first time and was completely disappointed. The wash itself had very little to no soap at all. I now have scratches on the hood of my truck... but was told by the manager, that their equipment could not have done that. Very rude and unprofessional... I will never return or recommend

Its cheap, convinient, and easy. The vacuums are unlimited after the main wash so you can clean the hell out of the inside. Highky recommend

Not very happy with this carwash service. Only one available in town so it gets super packed and when it is packed the quality of the carwash is not good. I left with bird poop still on my black car. Had to wash it myself. Have been calling the number listed to cancel my membership and no one will answer.
