Absolute fraudsters! They responded to all my queries promptly prior to paying for the product. Once the payment had been made, no updates or response to any of my follow up mails. Its been more than a month now and Ive had no other option but to raise a claim via PayPal. Absolute joke this business and Id recommend to stay well away if youre not local to them or else they will surely take the piss!

I would like to warn you about this company.In April, I considered buying a rear diffuser for the E92. The seller responded promptly to my questions and we exchanged X e-mails (especially for completely nonsensical prices of postage to the Czech Republic, which started at 16,000 CZK).When I solved this (externally, via the Planet Express service, because even after the recalculation by the seller I didnt get a meaningful amount), I ordered the goods and through the PayPal service paid about 16,000 CZK.According to their website, the custom production of a diffuser takes 1-2 weeks. After 3 weeks of waiting, I asked the seller when I could expect the goods to be shipped. Without an answer. Next week again. Without an answer. I tried new e-mails, filling out the contact form and following up on previous communication. Without a single reaction.After about a month, I decided to ask PayPal for a refund, followed by a 3-week investigation, in which I had to provide reasons, evidence, and PayPal verified the information with the seller. Again, he did not intend to respond to this request either, which was, fortunately, also a reason for a decision in my favor and a full refund to my account.I WARN against these fraudsters !!!

These guys can do anything and they know what they are doing. If you want good work done the right way, hit them up. My go to from now on.

Id rather not post my situation on here, dont want to stir the drama but lets say their work is GARBAGE! Would not recommend anyone to go here.

I was involved in a major accident that caused severe damage to my BRZ. I had AAA tow my car to LTMW. When I phoned Brandon to inform him that my vehicle was on its way, Brandon answered the phone by greeting me by my name, and told me that he would immediately assess the damage and begin the process needed to repair my car.The customer service I receive every time Ive had worked done on my vehicle at LTMW has always been above and beyond my expectations. I will always recommend LTMW and will never take my car anywhere else, even when AAA tries to force me to take my car to one of THEIR repair shops. Stay away from this company unless if you want to make an expensive purchase and not receive updates, not your package entirely. Ordered a bumper over $1000 with a lead time of expected 2-3 weeks. Never received an email close to the final third week in on updates or shipment. Called multiple times, emailed and no answer. Its been over 1 month now, almost 2, and still no update. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and product purchase guarantee. I am initiating a refund through my bank.

If I could give a negative five stars I would!!!! Brought my E92 3335i there after a fender bender, they lied about repairs, took three times as long than promised and were rude. Everytime I would call to check in on the car I would never get a straight answer, when they finally said it was done all they wanted was for me to pay for their over priced work!! Then once I got the car there were parts I ordered for them to install that were not installed, had the interior trim and window trimmed wrap and it was HORRIBLE!!! All they care about is money and big project cars- AVOID THIS PLACE

Had a car built here, paint job cracked after 1 year. Missing alot of interior parts and when i asked for them they said they were lost. Promissed me to tune my car and ecu because installed a used motor but never properly worked, had all the lights on in the dash board and they were no help with this. Didnt even refer me at least to a Place that could fix that issue. Was so rude and have horrible communication skills. Over priced for a half assed job. I would have put zero stars if it were possible. This guy is a bad bussiness man only out to make a profit when he sees the opportunity. I would recomend for people to stay away as much as possible from this place. I seen other customers go and complain while i was there checking on the process of my car with simillar complaints and raising hell to Long and his crew and still them being disrespectful in the way they responded to the irrate customer. Custom exhaust was done horribly and was charged 650, they put a smaller than supposed to exhaust and staight piped it, it was way too loud and wass given a ticket for it. I had to go to mikes muffler to get it completely removed and install a proper setup. When ever i complained about the crapy craftsmanship and horrible service, rude comments, Long would only reply with a question to try and make me feel stupid or make me feel like im the one that is wrong for expecting more of him. Was so dissapointed with the whole experience and with the car never working properly. He could say what ever he wants in reguards to this and try to deffend his reputation but i took pictures of the hood when it flew clean off because he didnt even recomend hood pins for the carbon fiber hood, and i experienced first hand his discrimination and horrible work done on my car. Didnt even trim the front fenders properly so the tire wouldnt rub on them , only the drivers side was done right and they forgot about the passenger front side so it craked and chipped the fiber glass fender and cracked and peeled the thin layer of paint.

Where to start... When you see the name of this company backing big name car groups and social media people, you would think this would be the most reliable source to go get a car done at. Ferrari, Lambos, RWBs, Liberty Walk, and Rocket Bunny are just seen everywhere on their page with there names plastered all over it.Unfortunately my experience with is nothing more but a bitter and massive headache. Came in for what I thought to be a fairly easy air suspension install. (literally the most difficult thing was to mount the air tank to the top of trunk which they said they have a custom pre-built bracket for) Did not trust myself and simply dont have the time to install this myself.If you have something super simple when they are not busy or just rolling in money and alot of time this is the place to go. Its the dishonesty and poor quality workmanship that makes wonder how they work on such complicated builds and I am just asking for a simple air suspension install.Completely mind blown with all these 5 star reviews.

I havent been there in awhile but hope to go back soon. IMO 1.) Best Aftermarket installation of car products for all cars especially Luxury and Race edition cars. 2.)Also do regular work on regular cars which makes my mom and Dad happy.Seriously though. Quality all day. Always chill and nice. Open on Saturday mornings. They always have treated me with the upmost respect and dignity (other places like Ford Dealership in Glendale wouldnt even change my oil back in the day even if all you did was lower a explorer or double limo tint the windows and they would be extemely rude to all customers with customized cars).Also they have the lower prices, better quality merchandise, and they even have BBQs with free hot dogs, free DJ music, the stance rim chicks (muy Caliente!) and indoor seating area with couches, fish tank, and TV set with plenty of magazines.They get a 6/ possible 5 total which means they are kind of like the smarter people in high school ( AP Advanced Placement) . Which means it is possible for them to get a better and higher grade than whatever is possible.Hi. My name is Chris and I am a Chronic Master of Debators for the West Coast side of the eastern SGV. Absolute worst service Ive ever dealt with from an auto body shop. If youre not local, STAY AWAY.I purchased an M-Tech Rear Bumper from them in July, 2015.Issue #1, the bumper was backordered for 1 month and I received no email notifying me of the back order. I sent multiple emails asking where the bumper was and no reply. Finally they answered the phone and told me it had been backordered. I eventually received a bumper.Issue #2. They sent me the WRONG bumper. I clearly ordered a bumper with holes for PDC sensors. They sent me a bumper with no holes.Issue #3. I tried to return the bumper, but they replied I can supply the PDC holders and the drill so the shop can do it (exact quote from email).I sent them pictures of my bumper showing it was the wrong bumper and after requesting constantly for them to pay for return shipping, I never heard from them for the next 2 months.After 2 months, they finally responded, telling me that it is not their fault that a shop wont drill holes into the bumper and they wont pay for return shipping.I requested a refund including return shipping and LTMW refused. If anyone has shipped a rear bumper before, it costs more than $250 if you are an individual (non-business).I rate them 1 star for lack of communication regarding an order, sending me the wrong product, refusing to accommodate shipping for the wrong product, and lack of communication during the dispute.
