Worked with Angelica in sales and she was so courteous, kind, pleasant to work with and patient, patient, patient as I am a senior citizen (74) and technically challenged , she worked with me to get information over to her to make sure I got the car I wanted. She deserves 10 stars just putting up with my lack of computer knowledge but she hung in there. She is a great employee and made experience worthwhile. Found Longo Lexus a great company to do business with no hassling , great trade in , and very upfront in price and quote . I would recommend them to all my friends.

Bait and switch tactic, that’s what this dealership did! I was looking for a replacement to my RX350. After researching and visiting numerous dealership all over California, I settled on getting my car at Longo Lexus because of the price negotiated, $53,200. The car was still being shipped from overseas, but I was willing to wait and provided a deposit. After 4 weeks of waiting, it is finally here. I made arrangements to pick it up on Tuesday (7Sep) because I live in Northern California. Everything was good to go, until today, Sunday (5Sep), 2 days out from taking delivery of my car. Sales person sends a text message stating negotiated price is no longer valid and now charging MSRP plus $300 more. The sales person said they would take out $300 discount. I ended up looking around my area and was able to find a car with better package, all wheel drive, and $4K cheaper. I will definitely make sure everyone knows what a horrible, disappointing, and extremely disgusting experience this was. Too bad no such thing as negative stars…definitely don’t deserve a 1 star

Ive have been a customer since 2015 after purchasing my IS 250 F sport. Today I have reason to leave an outstanding review on customer service. An ongoing issue with my car was resolved today and two more issues identified. My car has 44k miles on it. The service manager and my advisor Bo resolved my issues with considerable care and left me feeling satisfied and a smile on my face. Thank you Service Dept..Longo.

Highly recommend making an appointment for any service your Lexus needs. I used the online website, and was able to pick the date and time that fit my schedule best. On arrival at the service center, i waited 15 minutes for an attendant to check my car in. Then, I was seen by the first available specialist within 5 to 10 minutes. They kept me informed of the expected maintenance, and even called me hours later for a summarized assessment. I picked up my car within a 15 minute wait during their peak busy hours, and was back on the road again. Thank you so much for your attention and organization.

The best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car! Had routine service. Arrived earlier than scheduled and was allowed to get service. Agent at front was welcoming and thorough. Service resource Robin was professional, friendly, and listened to my concerns. I expected a longer time waiting so I requested a loaner but did not need one. (Arrived 7:45 out by 9:15) Tip: Get there early. Great first experience with in-person Longo Lexus service. Also if you are eligible try pick-up service. Appreciate the services they offer.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Check--in by a competent individual was a breeze. My service consultant, Mann Wong, is exceptional. He sees to every detail and that each one goes smoothly. The ease of obtaining the loan car was a plus for me. The attendants were professional, kind, and patient. The loan car was immaculate. The process to return / drop off the loan car was painless. And I left with a fully serviced CLEAN /WASHED vehicle and a diet coke!

Great place with nicest ambiance I ever saw at any car dealership. Only complain I have is pre purchase verification needs to be more detailed when something is charged $190. I was checking the the entire process through the window for 3 hours. The car was on the lift but the mechanic was taking his own sweet time. More over when I asked him if he has checked LX 470’s hydraulic suspension, he told me he forgot and he would do it at the time of delivery. Braking system pump was not checked even. No road test. As a first time Lexus customer I was expecting a lot from a leading dealership like Longo !Update 08/26:The concerns were taken care by the great team of Longo. They did a fabulous job this time with the detailed inspection. Longo kept my delivered my vehicle for a day and delivered with a detailed report.

Service is exceptional, at first I was skeptical cuz the one who was assigned as my service consultant before the name Jennifer Nam already had been promoted to another department, she is superb, very honest, and accommodating in short, clarified everything that I should know about my baby Lexie ( LEXUS ).I prayed that I will have the same service adviser qualities, cuz as a lady driver has limited knowledge about cars. I ordered a replacement car key for my GS350 over the phone.The service person informed me of the cost and to come by the dealer to have the key programmed and picked up.I went to the dealer today to program and pick up my new key. The service person did not inform me that there is a wait or I would have made an appointment.I came to the dealer around 12:45PM. I was told to wait for a service technician to come assist me. I waited until 2PM until someone was able to help me. Jacqueline helped me and I told her why I was there for a new key. She told me everything should be done and my car would be ready by 3PM.The time gets to 2:45 PM and I check in with the front desk for a status update. I receive a new time of 4PM.I have scheduled medical procedures based on the given time of 3PM. This is terrible because I have medical staff waiting for me.I was given a rental car and I went to the procedure and came back.Instead of going home, I had to go back to the dealer and wait for my car.My car finished and I finally got my car with my key after 4 hours. My interior leather was also scratched.This dealership doesn’t provide accurate completion times and damages your car.Response to owner:The estimate I was given included the headlight adjustment.

Anthony Nguyen had excellent reviews and I decided to email him and then, show up that same day. He and Ray Huang, his trainee, took care of me. Both Ray and Anthony were helpful, professional, and clearly know what they are doing. My car was in for a wheel repair and it was delivered as promised. The 2 ☆ comes from the way my vehicle was delivered to me. It was filthy. It looked like it sat outside for several days and a dust storm hit it. I went straight to the carwash and took care of it myself. Lack of acknowledgement while waiting for the car to be brought to me.I hope next time is better than this or bye bye Lexus

I recently dropped off my Lexus RX 450h for 54k mile service and had an excellent experience. Originally had a rental car assigned to me but unfortunately they ran out of cars. My service agent was Robin Ho…He was kind enough to get me an Uber ride back to my home. When my vehicle was ready he was able to arrange an Uber ride back to the Longo Lexus!

I have been a Lexus car owner since 1998. Mr. Ho, was more than just a service consultant. He listened not only to why I brought my car in but listened to my concerns about the current costs as well as gave guidance on future maintenance cost and strategies to use to both benefit me financially as well as keep my car in great shape as we( my car and I) both age. He actually showed me some safety tips that I would have only known if I had read the car manual from cover to cover…..but who does that??? He was patient, did not try to hard sell additional services, very respectful and genuine. Not very many people like this especially at his age. I realize I shouldn’t be sharing “My” service consultants name as this may mean long appointment wait times with my next 5K maintenance but we must give kudos when the opportunity presents itself. Thank you Mr. Robin Ho. You made driving in my car feel a lot safer.

This was a recall service appointment. Flatbed pickup and delivery was an awesome experience! Juan Rivera, the driver, was perfectly on time from pick up to delivery and very pleasant and professional Jennifer in the Service Department customer service was delightful to speak with. She called after my car was at the dealership to offer my second free service during the recall correction. No impact to schedule and I didnt need to make a second appointment in a few months. Service advisor Man Wong was awesome. He was honest about the wait time--long because of many people bringing in cars, and also understaffed. But he was accurate and car was ready when he said it would be. He noted overpayment on previous service and initiated refund. I took my car for a 50k maintenance on Saturday, paid early so i could avoid the delay because i was taking my wife for our anniversary dinner (Monday) but instead my car would not start because one of the valets forgot to turn the car off so i had to wait for the loaner and the paperwork to have it checked again. Tuesday morning i did not get a call from the rep. I had to initiate the call and get the status. I have been here before and i had excellent service. My wife even bought a car here. What happened to the great customer service that is synonymous with the Lexus brand?

Gabriel walked us through the car and colors we were interested in, listened to what we wanted and needed, then let us lay out our options and gave us ample time to decide. The service was awesome. They are very professional and courteous. I had a 10 am appt. They offer a loaner car or one can wait at the lounge which has snacks and drinks. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that I expected to pull in at 10 am and not wait in line behind several cars. Overall very good. Waiting line was long at reception booth until the service manager came out to direct the long waiting line. After that processing to proceed the service was smooth. After completion, handover the paperwork to the front staff to retrieve vehicle and this front staff, named Jammal, noticed that my vehicle was not washed. He took initiative to wash my vehicle in a speckless manner. Well deserved recognition.

I dropped off my car for service before 7 am. At 7 am the associates went car to car gathering only the information necessary for start of paperwork. I went inside and saw an associate within 5 minutes. A few papers to sign and I was taken home via Uber. Everything was done quick, with my car maintenance being complete within minutes of the estimated time I was told.pick up was only a few minutes. I was very pleased with the service and the minimum paperwork required.

My experiance at Longo Lexus from the moment I walked in was very poor. They were not willing to accomadate my medical condition and seemed to descrimimate against me from the start. I explained my circumstances to them and they did not care. Victor Reyes treated me very poorly and with such attitude, he made me feel like I was not worthy to buy a car from him. After my discomfort and coming back the next day I asked to work with another salesman. Victor would never answer any of my questions I had about the car and would send in some new employee with a training badge to help me but he hardly new any answers to any of my questions, constantly asking others for help or saying he would have to look it up, and still come back empty handed.After 2 long days of inspecting the car, test drives, and running numbers with the finance department I finally made my purchase.Then at the very end of it all when I walked out to my brand new 2021 ES 350 FSport sitting under the night lights I noticed the whole car was scratched. Everywhere. From the hood to the doors to the back bumper the whole car had swirl scratch marks. Its as if whoever washed the car grabbed a dirty towel out of their beach bag and starting wiping down the car with it. At this point it was past closing time on a Sunday and I was exhausted. I told the sales guy and the manager this is unacceptable. Its not a new car anymore. Its a damaged car I said. And he said best he could do is try and get the car polished and waxed at the service department. I dont have much faith with those working back there much like I do with the competentcy I have for the rest of their staff at this point given my interactions and time spent there this past week. Ive had in my opinion one of the worst car buying experiences a person could ever have buying a new car and it saddens me this happened at Longo Lexus, given their reputation.At this point I still have to comeback another day to inspect the damages and decide if I want to keep the car but with a 40min drive and given my prior interactions with this dealer, Im tempted to never come back and to tell my bank to put a hold on my 20k down payment check and take my business elsewhere. The words inadequate and disappointment are the first 2 words that come to mind when I think of this place.

Ah if only that could translate twtds service & repairs. Seems even here one either has to know or even better, ask for something that came with your service such as a clean car when picked up. Well their are still other service dealers and happy we still have choices. Otherwise uneventful and I figure they wont run out of patrons anytime soon. Thanks for the loner glad that still is available.I still like this dealer and those who work so hard here. Your much appreciated.

Longo Lexus has the best service advisors - everyone from the staff in the front, inside at the counter, and every service advisor I’ve worked with in the past were all great. Ive worked with Rene Reynoso several times and he kept me posted throughout the process on the status of my vehicle - he’s simply awesome and so nice. It was even done way ahead of schedule. Their waiting area is always clean and comfortable as well.

When I picked up my vehicle they had removed my all weather driver’s side floor mat and left in the trunk. I didn’t even notice until I went to grocery store later in the day and was loading the trunk. I had re-install it myself. No big deal but highly inconvenient since I had to do it to my room for my groceries. Also, I asked for a complementary car wash and was assured the car would be washed after the oil change was performed. Not so much. Picked up the car in the same condition. Rather than complain, I just left. I figured if I was paying $240 for an oil change I would get better service than I did. I guess not. Well, they did provide a loaner car which was on the positive side.

Where can I even start, LONGO IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! This is not my amateur opinion either, Ive been with them for at least 12 years and every encounter with them has been extremely pleasant whether it be service or sales. First of all the facility is enormous and very welcoming not to mention extremely clean and sparkling. I am so firm in my belief that if longo was in charge of government we would have world peace. There are sooo many workers here, they all have very specific jobs and look like they genuinely like what they do. Its a great atmosphere with every amenity you can want. Lexus has courtesy cars, but longo in general has an on site enterprise that they work with to get you in a courtesy rental if you need one. If you want to hang out and look around they usually have open car models with non accosting sales people very happy to help. Theres an on site starbucks and subway if youre hungry or thirsty, and if you want to go run errands they also have a desk that arranges free rides. I feel very at home at longo, like theyre my family! Longo forever!!!
