Every vehicle I have owned has been a Jeep. But, now, I am done with the brand PERMANENTLY.When I bought my 2020 Gladiator off the showroom floor, the sales rep and the manager knew next to nothing about the vehicle. There werent even any fact sheets or brochures to answer my questions.When I tried to custom order a Gladiator, they wouldnt provide a loaner vehicle until it could be sent to the dealership (as I had just been in an accident and insurance only covered my rental for so long).So, when negotiating the deal for their showroom model instead, they wouldnt honor the Affiliate Rewards certificate I had with me (which would have guaranteed the vehicle at 1% below MSRP, no negotiating required).Then, when I had trouble with my steering damper (a little over a year after purchasing the vehicle), it was an act of congress to get it fixed. The only Saving Grace Chrysler and Trotter had in the experience was the rep in Trotters parts department, Casey. He made me feel like someone cared if I were about to die in a car crash due to a faulty part (the exact opposite of how the Chrysler customer service rep who was handling my case made me feel).Then, a ray of light at the end of the tunnel. Casey got my part in earlier than expected (original estimate for repairs: ~ 2 months); and, Trotter service department got my Gladiator back to me a little over a couple of weeks after dropping it off.In conclusion, I do not recommend the new Gladiator, Chrysler Customer Service, or Trotters sales staff.The only positive recommendations would be towards Trotters parts department (particularly their parts rep, Casey); and, their service department for its relatively quick, thorough, friendly handling of my vehicle.

Quick oil change. I was the third in line. It still didnt take long to be serviced. Staff is friendly.

Great Customer Service! Friendly Staff! & Awesome Service Dept. Number one Dealership in Southern Arkansas!!!!

My A/C went out on a Saturday morning in 100 degree weather 300 miles from home. We searched online for mechanics in the area and came across Trotter Nissan. We called and got Jo in the service department. She was amazing! They were about to close, but she said they would stay late if we let them know we were coming. They found that my car needed a compressor and relay switch. They had to order the parts and it would be Tuesday before they could work on the car. We decided to get it fixed in El Dorado, but the rental car agency was closed. Jo spoke with a manager and was able to get us a loaner car. The repairs were not cheap, but the were done correctly. The service was the best I’ve ever experienced in a dealership service department. Maybe the best I’ve ever had. Jo was excellent and went above and beyond her job duties. The Mechanic Jesse was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I usually leave a service department feeling like I’ve been had. Not with Jo, Jessie & Trotter Nissan!!

Nice and helpful

When I first started bringing my auto to Trotter for my oil/filter changes the visit was pleasant but not warming. I’ve now been there 2-3 times since Marcus Gill has been there and my visits have been shorter, pleasant and warming! Marcus smiles and talks to you, makes you feel welcome!! People like Marcus and the lady working with him on April 26 afternoon are the kind of people you need dealing with the public in your service area. Rod was great in the process of my trying to purchase a new vehicle. He just couldnt meet the price I needed it. As far as service it was great too. Only problem is someone backed into my car while my car was there.

Very fast and friendly! Jo was amazing and answered every question we had. She even took care of getting me a rental reservation, so I didn’t have the hassle of doing it all myself. We will definitely be back if we ever need our vehicles worked on again.

Got a truck and it only lasted four months before the motor went out they told me to bring it back and make a deal and Im still getting the runaround they have the truck up there on the lot now but brought a cosigner still no truck they trying to prove me for a Dodge London to when I want to pick up they said I was only approved for a 2003 at that time when I got the Dodge 2003 now all of a sudden Im approved for a 2019 Dodge London to only thing Im trying to do is keep creditacceptance straight and get a good decent truck to make it to work I would love to do business with Trotter if they can keep the end of the deal I went and talked to him yesterday they told me that they buy credit was accepted I was approved now they just waiting to get me a truck so now Im sitting back and see how this turns out hopefully Charter will do better than what theyve been putting out

Quincey Lawrence at Trotter Nissan has done everything to make my buying experience a great one. After six months, he still checks on how everything is going with my new vehicle and answers any questions that I may have. It has been a pleasure working with him and all the staff at Trotter. I cannot say much positive things about our local Trotter Nissian dealer. My experience with the service deparment has to been the greatest until recently. The new service manager Jo has been great. She will call the customer back and not leave them in limbo.

The staff at trotter are always helpful to work with me and picking up and returning or vehicles from work. Always helpful at answering questions about any problems we have.

Not very happy. As a matter of fact if I could give 0 stars I would. when You buy a car here they are your best friends but as soon as your warranty goes out they no longer know your name. I have a 2017 JEEP Cherokee that I pay $600 a month for, and it is already having problems. When I called service they said it would cost me 125.00 just to see what is wrong with it. It has less than 50,000 miles. They need to learn a thing about customer service! I have a practically brand new jeep that doesnt run very well. Go somewhere else you will thank me later!!

Had an issue with my brakes squealing and grinding. Shouldn’t have taken it to the Dealership, but wasn’t sure what it was... won’t get into details, but luckily my husband knows cars and showed me what to look for because after my SECOND trip they still weren’t right and ended up having to get a second technician to verify the rotors werent done correctly and had to be replaced- for free..not a great experience..
