Al (service manager) got me and my truck out of a jam and treated me like a friend. He was so helpful on the phone that I had my truck towed 30 miles for him to work on it. Had never met him before. Didn’t buy my truck from there. I will definitely be going back because of Al. This was the type of help from a dealership you always want but never get.

This place and the employees are amazing! My first car buying from a dealership and my experience was good 👍🏾! They wasnt going to let me leave without something. We was there till 9pm trying to make it work and they did!!! Sylvia , Jeremy and Ralph are the best!! I can say they had plenty of patience... they were nice and made me feel comfortable. Good stock of new vehicles, several pre-owned vehicles today.I needed to visit the service dept for info on servicing my GM auto. I had to wait in line to talk to service rep today. Id enjoy a place to sit in the counter area for longer wait to see reps.

I wasnt planning to buy a new car when I pulled into Teague Ford last Saturday. I had been considering a used Ford Fusion for a while and have cruised their lot a few times just looking. This is my 2nd vehicle from Teague Ford Lincoln. The first was a Navigator several years ago and although I changed over to a new Expedition, I couldnt be happier. I would not recommend this dealership. I drove almost three hours to look at a vehicle. Asked a very specific question about the car on the way and was told yes the car did have it. Got there to look at it and the first thing I noticed was that it did not have what they said it did. Had they told me it did not have it I would have never driven all that way to look at it. I let them go ahead and run the numbers since I had driven so far and they low balled me on the trade in (I got $2000 more the next business day when I actually did a trade). I was told I had a few paint chips that significantly lowered the value yet when I asked about the huge scrape of paint down the side of the car I was looking to buy they said it was not a big deal. Which is it??? I guess I learned my lesson about driving out of my way to go visit a small town dealership.

I have visited my local Lincoln Dealership in El Dorado Arkansas many times and own my 4th Lincoln. However my latest experience has been quite challenging and have had a need to return my MKX for follow up adjustments. I was given a loner after the 2nd week, but today am back in waiting room. Usually Ive experienced more courteous and satisfying service. Will update hopefully with more satisfying results.

I worked so hard on trying to get the best deal possible on this car that I forgot to give it a once over until after my daughter and husband drove it off the lot. I can tell the front bumper on driver side has had damage and can see where Ford tried to fix it with some kind of glue; and now it has popped out. The detailing job on this vehicle was horrible and I am not sure they did anything but vacuum it out. My daughter and I spent three hours on it the next day and I was glad that we could clean it up better. I like the sales person Cai, but I wish he would have informed me of the damages to the car and checked the detailing of the car; because he did drive it to fill it up with gas. I did not ride in car as we left car lot, my husband did. So, I am disappointed about the dishonesty of the car and how haphazardly they could hand over a vehicle looking like it did. It wasnt even buffed. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.
