We have an annual termite inspection. Hernan, our technician, was thorough and reviewed things he found. Did an excellent job.

Julio is super friendly. We had black widows, false widows, and ants. Showed up first thing in the morning and of course our house was in complete disarray. Our dog was vomiting and the cat was just....being a cat. We planned to be able to leave as soon as he arrived but the animals had other plans.He was able to do the outside and was soooo understanding about our animal situation. Julio didnt look frustrated and wasnt rude about it. Lloyds is great and I highly encourage anyone to work with them! Whatever they use keeps the bugs at bay for about 3 months at a time, so if youre like us....its worth the money to buy the ultimate I dont want any of evidence of bug activity package.

Your tech Armando is very professional and detailed when it comes to his work. Very helpful, the regular maintenance has prevented bug problems for the most part. They even gave me some ant baits when I mentioned some ants were inside the house.

Mikes service was top notch. He is super knowledgeable and we really loved all the ant trivia he shared. All the techs that have been to my home have always been courteous, respectful and easy to work with so I dont have any complaints but its easy see why Mike is in a supervisor role. Their customer portal is great, it tracks all communication and I get to see a picture of the representative that will be coming to my home, which is a nice safety feature. They also provide a text/email confirmation of their visit, including a call when they are nearby. They really have thought of everything! Im very pleased with Lloyd Pest Control.

Junior provided our service for this particular mouse issue and he did an amazing job by giving us followup phone calls, coming by to remove mice when we called and just being the most polite, thoughtful and thorough service provider we have experienced. But this service is simply a carryover from the typical way he performs his services for us with our regularly scheduled insecticide spraying. Steve did my termite inspection. At first I was impressed with him and thought he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Unfortunately I did not end up using Lloyd’s because he added a charge of $900 days after we agreed on a price. He claimed he found subterranean termites under the house. The other company that inspected my home said there were none and that I was being falsely charge. I was shocked & disappointed by Steve and cancelled the work with him. My realtor told me upfront not to use Lloyd’s because they often do that. I didn’t want to believe it. Wow! What a scam! I’m so glad I went with “The Termite Inspector” instead. They were fair and did not take advantage of me.

I have been with Lloyd’s Pest Control since prior to 1976. I have always used them for ants, spiders etc in 2 different homes. Then came roof rats and in my attic. When this occurred they took quick action to eliminate the rats and to close up any possible openings they may have been coming in thru..

Fumigation company DID NOT comply to covid standards. Did NOT wear mask when entering home. Roof Tile pieces on floor and company NEVER called me back to discuss my issues.
