My experience was FIRST CLASS in every way, from the prompt return phone call, showing up at the scheduled time for the estimate appointment and the date and time for the actual work. The price was VERY competitive and to my surprise the actual invoice was less than the estimate. I received their name as a referral from a friend and can honestly recommend them. It is refreshing to do business with someone who keeps all their commitments and does quality work. If you need termite work give them a try, they did a good job for me. Believe me I am very critical, I had my own business for over 30 years and understand what good service is.

Very efficient. Friendly staff at the office. Guy who sprays always calls ahead a few days in advance as I am on a quarterly spray schedule. Poison they use has been VERY effective for the past 18 months. We used to have a major brown widow problem, but I havent seen one since Algon started spraying. Good company.

The service guy was rude, we still have bugs, and when I called the office to address the issues I was told I would be given a call back and still haven’t heard back. I called the office once again and they were rude, sighed, and said “are you serious”. Horrible, I do not recomend to ANYONE
