Galaxy Computer Services is one of the best places to go to, if not the best one, is when I need professional maintenance or a specific program that I need to install in my personal or office computer to complete the work required of me.I have been dealing with Galaxy Computer Services since 2012 when it was in the old location, and I am still deal with them until now as long as I find the correct and professional help, friendly great customer service and the appropriate and competitive prices for the services provided by them.I give them 5 stars for such great service I receive every visit I make.

Gentleman was professional, personable, patient and polite. All I needed was a little help and had a few questions. He gave me his attention, made me feel welcome and gladly helped me. He offered to keep my computer, as he was involved in other work and couldnt get to mine at the moment. I chose to tackle the minor job myself, and when I offered to pay him for his time, work and advice, he wouldnt hear of it. He didnt say goodbye as he headed back to his work. He stayed present in our engagement, giving me his full attention until I got all the way out the door. He told me no problem at all brother..anytime, waved and wished me the best rest of my day.Its the small things that tell you about a person. He will be getting all of my business in the future.

Highly recommend this shop. You can tell they really take their time with your machine to fix it. Brought my computer in that wouldnt even boot to the bios, Marzin figured out it was a RAM issue and got it to boot and work like normal.

I called too many places all of them they giving me hard time except this place in El Cajon City on Main Street avocado he is the only one told me come over I took my computer there I told him doesnt work he said leave it here for couple days or you can come back tomorrow so I wait a couple days and went by him he told me its done no one can fix it so I went to buy another one and go by him to transfer all that information to the new one he did it and he even give me the hard drive for my protect information files and stuff he was really gentle and friendly and he charged me only said he was he was amazing with a lot of details telling me about the computer and help me out how to shut her up he deserved five star
