Stopped in for inspection of my charging port on an iPhone XS. Took a look, provided two quotes on if it needed just cleaning or if it needed replacement. Went to work, cleaned it and in 10 to 15 minutes, got it back to fine working order at a more than fair price. Professional, polite, efficient and in a very clean environment while I waited. Total 5-star experience!! Thanks !!

Came in to repair my screen which was starting to fade to black, screen touch did not work and phone would press buttons on its own. Less then 30 minutes later Alan was able to repair another lady’s phone and then mine! Alan was very efficient and friendly to talk to making the time pass by quicker. My iphone 7 is now fully functional and I really couldn’t have ask for more!

This place is nothing short of amazing! Came in just to get a phone repaired, the sales associate showed me the exact problem with the phone and didn’t try to get me to waste my money. Wound up getting several issues with my phone fixed and the phone looks brand new! If you need ANYTHING done on your iPhone this is the place to come, hands down!!!!! I took my Galaxy S20 in today for a new screen protector. Allen installed a new one for me while I waited and really took the time to make sure it was done correctly. I appreciated the attention to detail and his kindness.My phone has the fingerprint sensor in the middle of the screen and the tempered glass protector that he used didnt have that obnoxious circle in the middle. My fingerprint still reads and the screen protector looks flawless.You can tell that Allen takes pride in his work and as a company that they really value their customers. I will definitely be back for anything else that I need for my phones in the future.

Our go to place when our kids and 90 pound puppy repeatedly break our cell phone screens! Allen, the owner, is absolutely awesome. Great customer service. Had my iPhone 7 screen replaced here, but had to come back because the camera stopped working. He fixed the camera free of charge as it was a result of the screen replacement (accidentally unplugged). I have referred multiple people here and all of them have had a great experience, so I know it’s a standard of service instead of a fluke.

Came in because I had a piece of my charging cable stuck inside my iPhone 11’s charging port. They offered to remove it for free, which took 3 seconds to remove. I also purchased a case from them, which looks very nice. Very friendly and quick service!

I stopped by isquad repair in El Cajon last night after being told by Best Buy Geek Squad that my IPhone 7 was not repairable and my old 6S Plus was not worth fixing. They said because they could not run a diagnostic that they could not tell what was wrong. I stopped by isquad after a recommendation from a family member and I could not have been more pleased. I walked in and was greeted by a technician. I was assured that my phones were worth salvaging. After 20 minutes, both of my devices were repaired on the spot and look brand new. My kids were so happy. They were courteous, professional, and fairly priced. So glad I stopped by there. Would definitely use them again for a future repair.

Sunday are usually my day offs and luckily Isquad repair are opened Monday - Sunday which is always very convenient for me as I take care all of my errands on Sunday. Broke my iPhone screen and called in on Sunday to get done and had to drop off my phone because they didnt have the screen in stock at that time but I was able to pick it up by the end of the day and couldnt be happier. Thank you guys for getting me in and out quick. Theres different types of screen you can choose from I got the premium screen which is priced at a very competitive price because I couldnt afford the original one. But this screens absolutely rocks and has no issues its been a week and no problems at all. Family owned and operated which means they care about their Customers and most important they are hard workers.

My daughter broke the screen to her iPad and was throwing a complete 2 year old style temper tantrum. I was referred to iSquad by a friend of mine and I am glad he did so! I walked in with no appointment and Allen greeted me. He told me that he had all the parts in stock and would be as good as new by the afternoon. Sure enough, Allen called me and told the iPad was ready. He even offered me a case so my kids dont break it again. He fixed it much faster then the other guys and MUCH cheaper then them as well. So my wifes ipad ended up with a cracked screen unusable pieces of glass were coming off. I called told gentleman about my broken screen on 6th gen ipad, said he would take care of it. Walked In at 4:40pm on Saturday said it would take 30min came back at 5:10pm done looked brand new like nothing happened. We all look for someone thats good at what they do when it comes to services and this guy is a specialist.

I called several locations regarding my broken iPad Pro screen. After this iPad fix, I feel like I made a good choice selecting iSquad El Cajon. The screen had to be shipped but in total the fix was very quick, using the broken screen while I waited.I will return if any future accidents occurs. These guys fixed my iPhone X (10) it would stay on the apple loop and Apple said I need a new phone... Alan said no its your sensor flex cable it got moisture he fixed it in 15 mins and the phone powered on!!! Amazing! I thought I lost all my data will be back ur the man!

John at Santee and Francis at El Cajon we’re both very helpful. E went to the Santee store to get my daughter’s back glass on an iPhone XS Max. They didn’t have the part in Santee so John called Francis at El Cajon to make sure they had the part and gave him our name so he was expecting us. They were both friendly and professional and very helpful. It was much less expensive than I expected to pay. He replaced it in less than the 40 minutes he told me it would take! Thank you both for a great experience!
