Great weekend live load, Sawyer you the man good clerk

I came here 3 times and spent 3-9hrs. Its a waste of time! This is how things work out here. First of all, don’t bother coming here 30 minutes before your appointment. Chech in at the guard shack and make sure you slide your tandem & turn off your truck. You need a PU number that starts with 310 and once you checked in, the guard shack will tell you which building to go to. Drive to the building & once you checked in at the office, you will be given a dock number so back in & drop your trailer, disconnect and leave the building cuz you arent allowed to wait in the premises. they will tell you to go to flying J to wait till your trailer is ready! The whole process takes minimum 3 hours.

No trucker come here … waiting time 10 hour to 15 hours

This place is not for the truck driver, Appt @ 900am check in 8:30 done unloading after 6 hours @ 2:26 pm, and the guys at guard shack act like he is the owner of the company, wish I could give them zero star.

It was a blessed day for me, read the reviews, second guessed about the load, decided to try my luck and I was loaded within 1hr. Gods good.

They don’t deserve even 0 star spent my whole day parked across the street waiting their call nobody cares ,no restroom no overnight

I wish I could give this place zero stars !Every time I come to this place is something ! From taking 12 hours to load me when I show up in time, to loading damaged goods in between than gets refused at receiver to most recent one yesterday where they loaded me in a good timely manner I have to give them that. My appt was at 1 am this morning in Vandalia OH. Guess what ? Load was never put in system by their planning team and they refused it. So now I am still stuck with it until I guess they figure it out and add it. There is no $ from now on that will get me to haul out of that place going forward. If the address shiws 3049-3101 westway in Edwardsville IL stay away from it. You will only bring headache to your load! And as far the Guard Shack they are something else. Miserable around the clock ! I think spending too much time in such small space is getting to them !

I wish there was an option for 0 star. Appt. at 10:30 a.m. checked in at 10:00 a.m they finished at 12:30 a.m. the following day. They spend 14 hrs. loading a trailer. Ask for more money when coming to this location.

One star because I have no choice.Stay a way from this location drivers.My driver arrived at the place 10:00 am for pick up appt 10:30 am and now is 16:45 He is still waiting for a phone call at the trucks stop down the street.Dont waste your time on this place.My company will never do loading or unloading at this place ever again.

This is my first review writing about some company, there should be an options for 0 star! this kind of experience didn’t have! Just truckers try to stay away from this place, unless you wanna do 34h !Picking up live load. Came on my appointment time at 3:00pm, left at 6am next morning! They called me to pick up the trailer at 4;40am but I had to wait for a green light, after 45 min waiting for green light, I went to the office , I guess they forgot to give me a green light! But even after that I still waited another 30 min for a light, still nothing, after 3 time finally I got green light! Missed my delivery appointment! Good to know, to never come back in this company for any money again! They have so many rules, you would feel like you are in the best company ever! This is not the way how truckers would be treated, so just try to save your time and avoid this place! People who works here are really nice, that’s all!

This place truckers are treated like garbage, they enjoy dealing with attitude and in very bad shape, they sure have union because they behave like they dont need to take care of their position because they cant throw them away

Negative stars if I could give them. My appointment was at 1530-1600, but someone changed it to 0300 the next day and didn’t tell me. I dropped my trailer and told to call at 0400 and it should be ready.I called at 0400 and given an excuse, and told it’ll take 2-3hrs to load. Seriously? You all are that slow to load?!Called back at 0600, and now all I’m getting is voicemail. And the number the guard shack gives you doesn’t take calls. I had to dig for a valid phone number.

Truckers stay away, apt at 15.30(on time) now 8.00 of the next day still not loaded, place is a joke...

Appt was at 1300 for live load. Arrived and checked in at 1220. I was told 2 to 3 hrs for load. You have to drop your trailer then Bobtail 2 bldgs away and wait....and wait...and wait..at 2140 they called me for my trailer. I finished my break and left. Dont go here unless you are doing a drop and hook.

Drop and hook. Scaled it was 31300 on drives and 34970 on tandems. Rework took 4 hours before they even started. Total 6 hours 15 minutes, then went to rescale at the J. Guess what I find, the exact same weights, no change was made. These people have no idea how to load a trailer!

Update 7/13/17 tried to pick up from this hell hole 1 last time. Driver got there 15:15 appointment is 15:30. Right now is 4:30 am next day he is still there. Load is supposed to be short run only 115 miles away. Of course he did not make it on time to the receiver since appointment was set for 23:00 on 7/12. And by the way they got really strickt about you arriving early. You not suppose to check in more than 15 min before you appointment time. If you are there 30 min early they will simply turn you around. But there alway line of trucks ahead of you. So good luck getting to the window on time but not too early!!!previos post from 2 month agoDriver been there live loading for over six hours appointment was 10:30 he get there at 10. He got out after 17:00. My advice try to have your full hours before showing up for live load or just stay to get your full 10 break and leave after. Highly inefficient place. Guys at the window is nice and polite that is the only reason for 1 stars

FORMER WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEE REVIEW: I came here via prologistix after getting the axe by Amazons temp service (integrity staffing) after the holidays.Shifts were 12 hours in a 3 on 2 off schedule IF you didnt have overtime... which was an inevitability; chances are you ended up working 60-72 hours/week regularly.Case picking is definitely demanding work; our trainer mentioned he lost easily 30 pounds since he started there. LMS numbers are most likely near impossible to exceed when case picking BUT if one exceeds 100%, they get paid an additional 10 cents an hour with each percentile above 100% up to 150%. Potential for up to a $5/hour bonus on top of $11.50-12/hour regular pay. I give this particular function 2 stars due to the high physical demandsReach truck/sit-down operators (whether replen or loading trucks) definitely seem significantly more content with their jobs than me & most of the other case pickers; knew this one lady from Amazon who preferred this place over them...Work environment is definitely a strict one. Like rolling a stop sign & having your safety glasses (entire warehouse has plentiful hazmats, sooo...) off for even a second to wipe the sweat away are POTENTIAL ON-SPOT WALK-OUT violations alone. However I never even once witnessed or even heard of a fight/brawl breaking out the entire time I was here (I hear this is a problem at surrounding warehouses) but, for obvious reasons (at least on nights), most employees seemed grumpy or just simply burned out.All in all, it was very demanding (Compared to Amazon) BUT it can be significantly worse. If you have a problem with any of the above, I probably wouldnt even think of applying!
