The Barber Shop is a very welcoming environment. I felt right at home here. The hair cut was tremendous, I explained a general idea of what I was looking for and it was performed to perfection. And I dont know about you, but getting a straight shave on my neck is one of the best experiences. It comes with a hair cut - amazing. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a barbershop.

This place was a little difficult to find, but the ladies were very nice. Very professional and friendly, and she did a great job on my hair. She was open to suggestions with how I wanted it and listened to what I had to say about how my hair reacts to different things. The only downside is that this place is cash only, but they are willing to work with you as a new customer. They are very fairly priced. I paid about as much as I would anywhere else. The straight razor shave on my neck hairs was an added bonus.

If you are looking for a REAL barber shop, this is the place. Very friendly and welcoming to new customers. The customer service I received today was well above par for society. This goes beyond our would you like fries with that customer service we accept as a society. Stop in and meet some real women that know how to treat a customer and make you look dapper at the same time. This is no chain, so that means this is a lifestyle and not just a paycheck for them. I WILL BE BACK!!

Best barber in town! I moved away a year ago and still plan haircuts around my trips back to Edwardsville so I can get it done by Danielle or Nancy! Highly recommend

Nancy and Danielle are two people who truly enjoy their job. My husband goes there as well as our son and my 90 year old grandpa. Nancy and Danielle greet us by name each time we enter their doors. Not only are they exceptional at their profession, they are very giving to our community by donating hair services to local non-for-profit organizations. Keep up the good work, girls!

Thank you to The Barber Shop! I am extremely pleased with every haircut I have received from them. Before I found this place I was caught in the Great Clips/Fantastic Sams hit or miss routine. It is great getting your haircut at a place that is friendly and professional. Finally a place where I do not have to worry about what my hair will look like when they are done. I could not be happier. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!
