Since the great staff all left super cuts the service has went down hill. They don’t take appointments in advance. So when you call the minute they open they are already booked up for the day. There is only one person working in there now and she is very rude on the phone. No professionalism whatsoever. I asked about how they can be booked up when they first open if they don’t take appointments in advance. The lady hung up on me. Bad service. I’m not sure what the owner is doing to run off stylists because she ran off the best stylists ever. Looks like I will find someone else . Don’t go there ever!

The last several times i have been there the door was locked. Last Saturday i knocked on the door at 2:15 pm, no one answered the door and no one was working at any of the chairs. What gives!!

Used App to book appointment, which is super hard because there seems to be only one lady working at any given time. Finally got appointment, showed up 15 minutes early and checked in via app. Door says they will call and see her with another customer so I wait. 45 minutes later I finally call and ask if my check in had worked. Lady has attitude with me for missing my appointment, even though I have been parked outside the door for the last 45 minutes. What good is the App if they dont use it, and how is it my fault if I am following the signs you put up? Rude, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time.

I now have seen Kelly twice and she has messed up my hair both times. Also my appointment was 30 minutes later than it originally was. I would not recommend going there or at least seeing Kelly.

I used to get my hair cut here and at first they were really nice and I had no trouble getting an appointment. The last two times I tried to get my hair cut, I was turned away and they werent very nice. Could be that the person I spoke with was having a bad day both times, but still.. I went across the street to fantastic Sams and was helped immediately and the haircut was cheaper.

Very friendly and welcoming. Good haircut for a good price. Walk ins usually dont have a long wait.

Wow, I walk in to get a haircut at just after noon and am turned away until 4:30pm. At one time meaning about 2 weeks ago I would recommend you to anyone. I won’t be back. You lost a customer today.

My son and I have been going to Tracie for 12 years now. She is amazing! Always takes time to listen to her clients. My son is super picky about his hair and Tracie is his go to girl! She is awesome with cutting thick curly hair! I would recommend her to anyone!!

What is the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait???? We went in and tried to get a haircut, were told two people in front, would be 20 or so minutes. We got an appointment to come back. We arrived for our appointment and were informed that now there are people waiting and we would have to wait...... Not really good considering we made an appointment and were back at that given time. Usually pretty good, but not today.

Been going here for 7 or 8 years. Love it. Super friendly. Always the same staff. Fair priced. Get your hair cut there.

Ive been very nervous about finding a salon since moving to Edwardsville. But I am so happy I took a chance on Supercuts! Corinne was amazing. It was like she could read my mind. Her ideas were wonderful and she listened to everything I asked for. Looking forward to going back!

We go here for my sons haircut... 16 years old. Rachel does a great job. The bad reviews about this place are very old. I assume they cleaned up their act, because we really like this place for haircuts.

Very good with my 2 year old lil boy. He wasnt having the whole lets sit still thing & they handled it so well.

Good place for a haircut. I like that they have details of my preferences in their computer systems so that I can get a consistent cut, regardless of the stylist.

Never been so disappointed in my life. It took almost 6 hours to get highlights and low lights that Im not happy with it all. The most Ive ever paid and when calling back and asking them to fix it they told me it would cost me another $40.

The haircut looks great except for the fact that its not what I asked for. Now Im stuck with styling it the way that I never wanted
