This has become my go to quick stop for essential things I need for dinner, a craft or just for fun things like snacks or kids books. Their selection is pretty big and I love the convenience of it being located a few miles from my job and home.The addition of a self check out station is also a HUGE plus!

There is a clearance sale going on. I found Huggies diapers for $3.82 and had coupons for $2 off! I paid $1.82 for each pack of diapers! It was awesome! The cashier was so happy for me!

The store was clean and organized which is unusual for a dollar general, but I went into store, I believe was manager didnt say hi or ask if I needed help there was another employee not a word out of either one,I walked by them a few times, customer service would be nice.

I love DG esp when the coupons are worth going to the store to buy. Although some coupons dont come off and we battle w cashiers who want to give us the discount when we have to come bk im getting full price. Gas and time are expensive. Dont penalize the employees its your system that screws up. All in all this DG was what I like...rummaging thru the products like im at a yard sale but only new. Ill keep going and hate big box stores.

I love all the dollar stores except the one on waterloo...... The girl was so busy flirting with my husband and when he wouldnt engage she accused him of stealing things they found somewhere he had set them down..... They had the nerve to say he passed the things off to me..... I dumped my purse out for her little rude self..... But Ill never ever shop there again..... I live in oak tree..... And I am not having to clerk at the dollar store...... They need to mind there manners..... Or go learn some..... If u hate your self or your job that much get another one or go to church..... Get some help..... Dont take it out on the rest of the world...... How dare u

Just pulled up to the store with three other people it’s 8pm says they close at 9PM but yet the store is shut down

The store clerk was cursing and talking bad about the store on hefner and western. Calling the employee names. Privileged people. All I could do was shake my head.

Ive never been into this location. They are well stocked on lots of useful and interesting items. People are nice Ill go back.

Every time we come here the employees are so kind and caring and i can get everything i need.

This location had a really great wide variety of different things than the other stores in town have. I went for the clearance sale and while other customers had savaged through everything it was still cleaner than I thought it would be. The manager was out on the floor getting things back together as fast as possible. Both of the employees were really nice and super helpful when I needed assistance. This was my first time in that store, but I will definitely be going back!

I Always get more than expected, I have been surprised at everything they do have! Always a smoking face to greet me.

No one wearing mask, employees or visitors, no hand sanitizer at entrance or exit. This concerns me. Store is well stocked.

Edit: Lots of management changes in the past and unhelpful and just horrible employees initially led me to leave a lower rating but in the last year or so, new manager and better employees and nicer attitudes have made a BIG difference with the quality of the shopping experience.

Kinda dirty and isles were narrow and crowded as well because stocking. It was a Monday night. I did find a few good things I liked for great price.

I was surprised by the many different items in the store. Especially, common cleaning supplies. They have snacks galore. Though I don’t recommend buying chips, cracks sodas all of mine were stale and old. Clean place nicely organized and helpful workers.

Walked into this Dollar General and there was two employees in the front chitter chatting . No one acknowledge me or greeted me when I walked in. Poor customer service!

Its a Dollar Store! But, they have quite a good selection and I can always find an unusual snack. Love their plastic boxes!

Its a tight squeeze to get anywhere in there but you get what you need. Staff is friendly! Would be soooo much better if they would get automatic doors. Its hard to push a cart in and out of the entrance. So if you have a wheelchair or need to push one around or in and out of the building, it will be very difficult.

This is good Dollar General! Always have what I’m looking for and the staff is attentive and friendly.

Clean store, nice employee s and service was all great until this evening. At 8:40pm after a long work day Dollar General was the last place I wanted to be. I know they are fixing to close and Im looking for simple things. Was followed around by employee bothered about what time I had left, pestering to help me find what I needed... And to the point I dropped all my things and left. He was more worried about us leaving then really helping us!

This store has quite of bit of items. Somewhat disorganized but still a good place to go to grab batteries and such.

This is one of the cleanest DG I’ve been in. The staff is amazing.

I just took my ill 12 week old 3.5 lb puppy to the vet which is about 200 yards from the Dollar General in Deer Creek Oklahoma.(3737 NW 178th Edmond Ok.) There was absolutely no one in the store except 2 associates and myself. I had my TINY dog in my arms and was yelled at by BRIAN and told I had to leave the store because it is illegal to bring my pet into the store. There is nothing near to where this store is located or where I live, so I would have to drive 15-20 min to get to somewhere else to get her the canned dog food that I needed. I advised him I was aware of the policy and even asked him to go grab the dog food I needed and I would put my pet in car for 2 minutes and check out. I just purchased a $110,000 Range Rover and was worried she was going to throw up or use the bathroom in my car so I could not leave her out there for very long. He told me he was not going to do that.  I worried retail forever so I know what it is like to be on the other end of an upset customer so I always treat people that work retail with respect because I have been there so the last thing I would want to do is ruin someones day that my have to work bell to bell. I calmly asked for the district manager name and number because he was very rude. He cursed me and told me to look it up myself. That of course flipped a switch inside of me then it turned to us both yelling at each other and us BOTH cursing. I know everyone has policies but I also know what accommodating your customers means, I was a retail manager for 15 years so I know exactly what it look like to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This was the nicest and cleanest Dollar General I had ever been too! I just need one closer to me in Edmond, Ok near memorial and penn or western please!

It’s a dollar store. Place is cramped. There seems to be no organization. Frustrating to shop there but you are going for the cheap prices for a quick item.

Congratulations to Brian who didnt allow someone with a sick vomiting dog in the store. Niki Miller you dont want your sick animal to vomit in your $110,000 Range Rover MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE DOGS FOOD AT THE VET, seems funny you dont want the dog to vomit in your expensive car, but your dogs food comes from Dollar General AND you want the dog to vomit in the store instead of in your expensive car. You are really backwards. Not to mention it IS ILLEGAL unless it is a service animal. What is to prevent someone from bringing their sick pet ferret in to the store (It would not be bigger than your dog). My last point... I suffer from severe panic attacks in public that are set off by dogs, my fear of a dog doesnt take consideration as far as to whether the animal is a 50 lb animal or a 3.5 rat terrier. And, maybe when you went in the store those where the only people in the store, however, had I walked in the store and seen your animal I would have been leaving in an ambulance, all because your car is too precious, your common sense is lacking and you like to break the law, thats okay I would have sued you and owned your $110,000 car for the mental harassment you caused me.
