I filled out an online schedule to get my wheels rotated & balance. Once processed I received an email stating someone from the location I selected would contact me within 24hours to confirm my appointment. Its now been 6 days and still no contact. I ended up just going elsewhere. SMH

Excellent people, knowledge, and service!!!!! This was my first experience with AAA, and it could not have been better. First, Pamela was wonderful and very knowledgeable about all the different AAA program. Then the Car/Battery Specialist that came out to help with the car (Sorry, Im totally blanking on his name), he was the Absolute Best person for the job! He was very nice, professional, and obviously a senior-level specialist who was extremely knowledgeable. From looking at the battery, I never wouldve believed it was still good, but somehow after he worked his magic, it worked and looked great! Both Pamela and him made for the perfect first AAA experience. Im 110% sold on AAA for life! Thank You!

Im so glad this shop opened up close to home. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in to the time I left. They have great perks for members and have set a higher bar for an auto repair experience. The manager and assistant manager were so great and did everything possible to make sure I paid a fair price and knew what I was getting. You can see your car at all times from the lounge, so you can see it being worked on and I really appreciated that along with the wifi so I could get work done while it was being repaired. I also very much appreciated their friendly and helpful attitudes. This is the only place Im taking my car in the future.

First experience with AAA and will be back! It was only a simple flat tire fix, but they got me right in and got it done on a Saturday. Great service!!!

Great car care center, the staff is friendly. I have a membership and enjoy the discounts. Ive found them to be honest and I also like the automatic air pumps you can use to fill your tires, no more checking the air level and hoping its correct.... Until I started going to AAA, I always got mechanics that were trying to scam me. Now, I go in, it gets fixed or oil changed, ect, and Im on my way.

I was very pleased with my visit to AAA. If you have AAA, you should go and see what all you can get from your membership.

Chris was very friendly and made sure they took great care of my 2018 Subaru WRX. I lowered my WRX and they were more than happy to correct the alignment and work on the car. Most places in town hate or refuse to work on modified vehicles. The alignment tech took his time to get everything adjusted just right. The place was also very clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

We took our car in for brakes and an oil change. We got a call less than an hour later informing us that our brakes were in good shape but a caliper was installed incorrectly (by a different shop), and theyd already fixed it for free! Tyler and Justin took great care of us. Well definitely count on AAA Auto for our future service and maintenance.
