I cannot rave about this shop enough!! Tim Hayali and his team are fantastic. From making sure I keep up on regular maintenance, like oil changes (and I need the reminders!!) to giving me accurate estimates on cost and timing when I need something fixed. Like on Tuesday, when I told Tim my car was making a weird popping sound when I turned sometimes. They found and fixed the problem and had me back in my car by the end of the day!! And I could feel the difference right away. This is a crew with high integrity and solid work ethic. I’m so thankful for them!

Took my SUV in for what I thought was going to be a major repair, Tim checked my vehicle, realized it was just a loose voltage cable, tightened it up, and my vehicle is now back on the road, running great! I love coming here! Going to get my car fixed without my parents has been overwhelming in the past as I am a young college student. I have taken my car here twice now, I appreciate the respect and professionalism I received both times. They get straight to the point when explaining what needs to be done and they dont go digging for other issues to rack up the bill. Tim was exceptional and very professional. We had previously received quotes to repair our 2008 Toyota tundra that exceeded $3,000. Tim chose honesty and educated us on how and why the truck was running in limp mode. The cost to repair and buy a part for it was only about $600. He even followed up to make sure that the truck was running okay.

Kyle & Tim have taken car of my Scion IQ since I purchased it. They have charged reasonable prices for service & always have quick turnaround time. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for my car to be serviced. They have never tried to upcharge, which I greatly appreciate. Called in and spoke to Tim (owner). We spoke briefly about my issue regarding the thread on my oil pan, and he wanted me to bring it in to see if he could fix it. The next day I went in, we went over our options and he set proper expectations about what needs to be done. Unlike another shop we went to where the only option was to replace the part but Tim gave me the option of trying to repair it. Short version- Fast! Fair! Polite! Clean! Comfortable!Long version- This was my first time having work done here, but Tim & staff made me feel like family right off the bat. The waiting room was far more comfortable than most auto places- the weather outside was 90+humidity, but I forgot all about that after 30 seconds in the beautifully cooled lobby w fantastically comfortable furnishing. There was cold water in a mini fridge and fancy coffee, places to charge my phone and everything was spotlessly clean. That lobby is my new #living room goals! I would have happily waited another hour or five, discovering all the hi-tech amenities seamlessly incorporated into the decor, but I never had the chance- my car was all done in barely 30 minutes! And I didn’t even have an appointment! The price was exactly what I expected, there was no type of up-sell stuff whatsoever (which really deserves its own paragraph) other women will recognize how rare this is. My car is running great, I’m so glad I found this place. Honestly, I’d rather tow my vehicle 200 miles to have these guys work on it than put up w nonsense and bad vibes of other shops. 100%. 5 stars. Two thumbs up. Can’t recommend this shop enough.

My car was making lots of noise and I had it looked at by another auto shop that was recommended to me. The other shop told me there were major repairs that would need done that would ultimately cost more than the car is worth, as well as several other problems. I brought it to Certified Auto Specialists and they were able to get my car in quickly to look at it and found the source of the noise, which hadnt even made it on the list of problems the other auto shop had diagnosed. The next day my car was being fixed for a very fair price and its up and running again! The customer service was great, they told me what problems were urgent and other problems to keep an eye on in the future, but didnt do anything without my approval first. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic service. I go in to get an oil change not knowing if they had any time to do. Walk in and Tim says sure, we can do it now. So, I’m sitting there and realized I left my credit card at home. I had a great experience with certified auto specialist. Tim went out of his way to ensure I wasnt spending money unnecessarily. He explained everything and made sure I understood the work that would be done on my car. He also followed up a few days later to make sure my car was doing well. If I need more work on my cars in the future this is where I am going.

Great service, Tim had his guys install a front end level and shocks on my old 3/4 ton work truck. Most shops will Not even mess with leaf spring suspensions. I brought him the parts and they did it no problem. He did not even charge me for the extra labor involved with taking out rusty bolts. I’ve had him do a similar project on my wife’s GX470 Lexus. Tim and the team at Certified Auto Specialists are rare find! Ive been to many mechanics over the years in numerous states... this group is one of my favorite. We had taken my Wifes Elantra to numerous mechanics in the past few years because of battery issues. We knew there was a parasitic draw somewhere draining the battery after the car was turned off.. but mechanic after mechanic could never find the issue. Once again, car battery dead for no reason.. so we took it here. It took their specialist, Kyle, a bit more time than usual.. but he sure as heck found it! Their determination and thorough inspections of the vehicles allowed them to see what others couldnt. Car is back and running fine. This is a great group, they are knowledgeable, professional and have fair prices. Ill be back here over and over.. they also did my timing belt on my Honda Pilot for about 15% less than others were quoting me... so even more of a reason to come in!

Found my mechanic. Great team who does honest work for the right price. Navigator was dying on way home during a 15 hr drive. Tim and his team found the problem and gave me a best case number and worst case. They knocked it out and it was the lowest possible fix. That is refreshing.

Hadnt set up an appointment the day before as is standard for most shops- just had called that same day I found the car and was at the dealership in a tight spot not wanting to lose the deal. I was referred to CAS by a friend when I needed a new transmission installed in my truck. I called all around town to get prices and Tim had the best price and the referral going for him. Tim and Kyle were both great. They let me choose the day I wanted to bring in my truck so it worked around my work schedule. The best part is they had my truck done by the day they promised it and it runs great. I would highly recommend this shop for your auto repairs. They definitely have a long term customer in me.

Tim and his guys did a great job on my truck. The heater was not working. I was worried that the heater core would have to be replaced and that is very expensive. One shop I talked to said it could cost $1500+. I dropped my truck off and they fixed it in less than a day at a fraction of what I feared it would cost. Have a Chevrolet HHR that started intermittently putting message on screen- power steering. Made appointment w/dealership & was given a very expensive price quote, but scheduled appt. because of recalls on HHR. I heard about Certified Auto Specialists from a friend. He kept telling me about Tim and how good he was in fixing his cars. I didnt think much of it over the next few months but I needed some work done to my Chrysler 300C. My car was trying to run hot and i thought maybe it was my thermostat but wasnt sure. I decided to let Tim look at it and also my other problem with my front end alignment. Tim diagnosed the problems and fixed it. My car rides really good now and thanks Tim for everything. I had bought a used car from an individual and had no info on the car. Took it in to have tim and his crew look at. Within an 2 hrs they had let me know what was going on And actually showed me where the issues was while it was on the lift. To me thats a big deal as i am a mechanics daughter. Recently, during a warm spell, I had an air conditioning problem with my Grand Marquis LS. Not only was it blowing hot air, but the blower motor was making noises and the fan switch was stuck on high. I took the car by my local Goodyear store and got an estimate that blew me away....and that was just to fix the air conditioning, not the blower motor nor the fan switch. My gut feeling was a cavalier take it or leave it attitude from Goodyear. I heard from a friend that he had used Certified Auto Specialist on North Lincoln Blvd. and had been treated very well. I took the car by there and talked to Tim the owner. My first impression was of a knowledgeable and very courteous guy, with a clean shop, work area, and reception area. Tim explained to me very clearly what was causing the cooling problem, and promised to look into the switch and blower motor also. I made an appointment and dropped the car off a couple of days later, telling Tim to take his time, knowing he was busy. Two days later Tim called and said the car was ready to pick up. I had expected, and was prepared to wait a week or so before the repairs could be made. Not only was Certified Auto Specialist fast, but Tim was able to also fix the fan switch and blower motor at the same time, and was WAY UNDER the quote from my local Goodyear Dealer. To say I was pleasantly surprised was an understatement. The air conditioning is now good as new, and at a very reasonable price I could live with. I found Tim and his knowledgeable mechanics to be fast, fair, very competent, and great guys to know. I am very satisfied with the work, and now have a place that I feel will take good care of any further automotive needs I may have.
