I normally don’t leave reviews but these guys deserve all the praise! I’ve had my car in the shop several times and let me tell you, CBA is consistent. These are some of the kindest, most considerate, helpful and honest people! I cannot say enough about their integrity and the way they run their business….from the courtesy shuttle (available to take you home or to work when leaving your vehicle), to the convenience of communicating through text, to the list of diagnosis and recommendations (including pictures of the problem areas!) sent with no high pressure sales. They came to my home when my car wouldn’t start to attempt to jump it, called a tow truck for me and have even picked me up in their personal vehicle. These guys seriously go above and beyond…professional, excellent customer service, caring and quality work. I’m a FAN, and ever so grateful. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I started to go to Christian Brothers after a dealership told me a long list of items were in need of immediate replacement on my truck. Christian Brothers looked at all the items and advised there was minimal wear on most items and just keep and eye on them for future repair. That was a year ago and I just had some of the items replaced yesterday. They have been honest and great to work with. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Im gonna give a Honest review here. It couldve been 5 stars if my auto warranty wouldve helped me out (endurance auto warranty) I recommend that u dont get them. Anyway when the warranty people wouldnt cover what I thought they should cover CBA pulled through and referred me to a finance company called snap on and that helped tremendously! And I even got a shuttle ride back to my vehicle when they got done test driving it. Ill be going back Here in the near future.

I had a great experience! My car went in on Thursday, I was told the mechanic was out for a medical emergency then was told my car wouldnt be ready until Monday next week. To give them time to order parts.On Friday I got several text saying that my cars parts came in and that a mechanic was working on them around 8-9 am. Then that my car was done and ready for pick up by 5 pm on Friday. They were fast and efficient. The gentleman that I had spoken to was the same through the whole process, very kind, and great at explaining exactly what was wrong with my car. And had pictures on the diagnostic ( for people like me who dont know much about my engine, oil pan cracks and a worn out coolent reservoir). I would say amazing over all service. I would go back again 💯.

Had them do a trip inspection and oil change. I really like the ability to correspond via text, and the final reporting was excellent. It even included pictures where they made sense. Its good to know where all of my systems stand in terms of wear and tear and need of repair. I recommend this service, and the CBA in Edmond on Santa Fe did a great job!

Another repair shop that charges you for an estimate. I dont trust mechanics I was just at Pep Boys and they tried to charge me $25 and didnt even do the job so I refuse to pay. They tried to tell me things were good that werent and things that were good were bad. I see no reason to pay someone for an opinion when theyre already out to take advantage of me. Its even worse for my daughter and Christian Brothers is typical for the cheat

Christian Brothers was very professional and polite. Dale and Weston greeted me by name every time I walked in. They explained all processes and kept me updated via text and email on my vehicle. They did not try to overwhelm me with auto terms. They did not have any rentals but they do offer to drive you home and pick you up in their CB Shuttle. I would definitely use them again and from here on out. I would recommend you all to give them a shot.

Had to have my cars radiator replaced, coolant flushed, and oil changed. Staff was kind, informative, and very helpful. Repairs took only one day to complete and the work was quickly and thoroughly done. Keeping in touch via text on the progress of the repairs was a big plus. So far, there have been no new issues with my car after about a week from when it was repaired. Having the warranty is also a comfort. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing something checked out or fixed on their vehicle.

Came in w/ the initial issue of a broken blower motor controller and was able to get an appointment as soon as can be expected given that I arrived on a Friday morning. I appreciated the photographs included in the vehicle inspection, and being able to text is a nice feature of CBA’s communications.Re- professionalism: I did not feel dismissed or condescended to when I explained my issue and what I had done in an attempt to mitigate it myself, which can happen when a woman walks into a mechanics shop.Re- price: sure CBA might be a bit more expensive than other shops but given the care that the technicians put into their reports and explaining the recommended repairs combined with excellent customer service overall-personally- I don’t see it as a major deterrent in the future.

This was my first time going to CB automotive. I had my oil changed, transmission flushed/changed and brake fluid changed/flushed. The customer service was excellent and they didn’t try to tell me I needed a bunch of unnecessary work done like the dealer did. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately after having my car looked at here my left headlight went out between bringing it in and getting it back. I also had something replaced to make my airbag light go off and fix the heated seats, and after a few days it was back to the original state. If you could reach and and have these issues fixed that would be great, thanks!🙂

My engine ate itself after only 73k miles, but thank goodness it was covered by warranty. The warranty company contracted with Christian Brothers for the replacement, and I could not have been happier. CB kept in touch with me by texting me daily updates on what the most current status was. Very happy with the service I received and highly recommend for vehicle service needs!

Love supporting locally owned businesses that do a great job for a great price. Getting an oil change at the local dealership would have cost me almost double. Plus they even changed my key fob battery at no charge (again dealer would have charged me at least $15). It is the little things like this that don’t go unnoticed.

Im going to give CBA of Edmond a four instead of a three because of their excellent communication. My car was veering to one side, so I had them replace the parts of my suspension that I had damaged: two tie rods plus a rack and pinion. The rack and pinion came up to $600 and the tie rods were each a hundred and change; total part costs were $900. I think the examination of my car was about $200, and the labor was $1100. The full total was about $2250.I perform most of my own repairs, but I knew I wouldnt be able to replace a power steering/suspension part with the tools available to me. I think I could have found the parts for less than half, but I know mechanics stick with their preferred vendors. The price for labor was pretty steep, but the Rack and Pinion is a pretty serious part replacement. I appreciate the work performed on my vehicle, and I will recommend CBA to others who are looking for a mechanic, but I will certainly warn them of the price point.

I always forget to review my visits. I think its because Ive always had a superb experience and have come to expect it from Christian Brothers. Im on my own and car repairs are scary. I can honestly say I have never been afraid of going to Christian Brothers since 5 minutes into my first visit. They are fair, thorough, and always make me feel I am safe to take my vehicle on the road. They are like having a car expert in my own family. They are like family!! They always have a way for me to get to and from their business, always start on time, and always estimate their work accurately both time wise and cost wise. I took my car for the first time to Christian Brothers for a second opinion. Even though CB’s evaluation was similar to my original quote, they were more thorough & had accurate information. Not “we think it’s such & such but won’t know until we’re in there”. This response was from a dealership. I was informed by texts of the progress therefore I never once had to call & ask the status of my repairs. This customer was impressed! I’m extremely happy & appreciative of the entire experience! They were really professional and did fix my issue at hand. However I found out after the fact that they over charged me. They charged $390 for labor on my vehicle. As a college student if I had known to ask around and quote prices before hand I would have. However I did not know that and ended up paying $1086 to fix my window.

They offered me a courtesy vehicle as well.I recommended my mother here, and her experience was also great. When you walk into the main building it is clean, warm, and pleasant. If you are taking your vehicle anywhere else to be serviced you are making a huge mistake. Just recently moved to the Edmond area and Christian brothers has been a godsend for our family. Have now taken two cars to Christian brothers for maintenance in the last 2 months and have walked away both times extremely impressed with both the customer service and quality of work. They even drove to my house to help jumpstart my wife’s car! You won’t find that type of customer service anywhere.. Not only that but they take pictures of the issues with your car and take the time to show you and explain each issue in detail. Can not recommend this place enough and will never be taking my vehicles anywhere else.

I found a screw in my passenger back tire and it was going flat quickly. I was turned away by two other businesses. I drove by Christian Brothers and they got my car in right away. My daughter and I had the best chats with the gentlemen in the front desk. Its definitely a family oriented place. Highly recommend!

I set up an appointment online to repair my liquid return line, describing that my ac lines were damaged. Upon arriving, I explained that my liquid return line was blowing all liquid refrigerant at the firewall, where I had damaged it while replacing it. Both the counter person and a technician took the details. After a thorough inspection, an employee called me, telling me the connection and line were checked (tech couldnt tighten the [stripped] bolt any more) and were good but I needed a compressor (already knew it wasnt turning). He stated he couldnt completely check the issue with the system untill replacement. I agree to the compressor cost and tell him to recheck the lines, but with no current income due to covid, I have nothing left. They call me the next day, telling me I need to pay an extra $300 to replace the seal and bolt that I originally told them I needed fixed. The manager agreed to waive charges (after I explained I have no more money to pay them with and just wanted my car back) and after a short time, I pick up my fixed car. I drove 2 blocks toward my house and a cloud of vapor or smoke blows out around my hood. I take it back (fees waived) and when I pick it up again, the counter/courtesy van employee tells me it was my seal that I installed at the firewall. But it had just been replaced, right? What was checked in the first place? I dont even know if I put a seal in and only noticed after I stripped the allen bolt. So what was checked? Visual inspection only? How exactly did they check my exact description of the exact problem I needed fixed? I understand the A/C system. I didnt need to get an estimate for shocks (have them), faulty battery (brand new, its the line from the battery in the bumper to the connection in the engine compartment, check there next time), dash light diagnosis (passenger airbag connection under the seat, drivetrain sensor, maybe more). Maybe theres some disconnect between the workers and management. I would hope. Not fixing the original problem, having me pay over $1000 for a part that didnt fix my ac return line like I asked, then agreeing to fix the line for free, only to have the seal blow that they replaced, then blame me for the same part the shop manager told me was going to be replaced (which is on the receipt). The other reviews are glowing, which means either it was just a bad couple days for the employees, or maybe the employees are giving reviews. Either way, not a good first-time experience at all. I do want to thank the shop manager for working with me on prices and for agreeing to waive the repairs on the liquid return lines. Only reason why I am giving 3 stars instead of 2.

I used Christian brothers on Dec. 16, 2020 for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. Weston and Zack were the ones I communicated with and All I can say is the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable and efficient with the vehicle I was potentially to purchase. They gave me a full printout with their findings that included the estimate of what it would be to repair a defective part and pictures showing the problem. I was very appreciative of their knowledge and felt much better having someone with more expertise of the mechanics of a vehicle look it over for me. In the end they gave me an all clear on the car except a few very minor cosmetic issues, so I felt good with that and decided to purchase it. This location of Christian brothers is a super great location and I definitely recommend it to anyone needing a pre-purchase vehicle inspection! Thanks a lot guys! :)

That they were helpful with explaining the details of the work performed and keeping in contact every step of the way from the time we dropped off our vehicle. Sent texts to keep us informed of what was going on and sent the detailed estimate of work needed and was able to approve immediately. The dealership quoted me at $500+. So, I went to Christian Brothers. They quoted me at $120 with the possibility of having to do more after they looked at it. I agreed. They charged me $62 when it was all said and done. That’s the most honest mechanic I’ve heard of! Could’ve taken twice that amount and I wouldn’t have thought twice! I’m going to be a long-time customer.

Today I took my MB E550 for a check of the transmission. Brandon drove it around and did a diagnostic on it. He admitted they did not have the tools necessary to check the transmission however the diagnostic didnt show any issues. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH, THEY HAD SO MUCH INTEGRITY HE DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR TAKING A LOOK. I also heard him tell another technician the service they quoted another customer at 50 dollars was going to only cost 36 dollars. I know an honest mechanic is an oxymoron but not at this Christian brothers location. Look no further you have found your new mechanic. Dale, another technician at this location, told us of a reputable mechanic who would be able to handle our request as he was a prior Lexus/MB mechanic. Thank you Brandon and Dale for your integrity!

It was the week after Christmas, my water pump was going out. My usual repair shop, Dwaine’s Automotive on 2nd, was shut down for the week for company vacation I’m guessing. I went to Christian Brothers because of the high rating. They quoted me $1400 for the repair. It seemed very expensive for the repair but I was up against a wall with holiday travel. I agreed to the price. Though it took a day longer than planned, they did get it back to me. I did confront them on the price though and when I stated that I thought the price was high, the front desk guy did one of those insulting cough/laughs at me. Then he denied that he did it in the first place. Unprofessional. I Asked the guy why he thought my question was funny and the manager then came out to outline the logic for the price. Part of the reasoning was the level of education his mechanics have, second was that he was a faith based business and therefore operate to a higher integrity (we are in Edmond, you are more likely to run into a Christian than anything else out there), and last that he has a nicer facility than most that he needs to keep up (I’m not taking his front lobby home and could care less what it looks like). By the way, when Dwaines opened back up I asked them to calculate what I would have paid. They said just under $870 for everything. I should have rented a car for the week and had Dwaine’s Automotive fix my car. I will not make that mistake again.

I cannot recommend Christian Brothers automotive enough....stellar service....I have a 2005 Ford F-150 with a 4.6 liter engine it finally gave up the ghost I Got several bids 6 to be exact I chose Christian Brothers they were extremely competitive with their prices four bids were higher and one that was lower but from past experience with Christian Brothers I knew I was in good hands .... I couldn’t be more happy with my new engine and their customer service is out of sight before you go somewhere else for all your automotive repair and maintenance you must check them out you won’t be disappointed. Car diagnosed and fixed same day. Very fast. Great service. Gave me a courtesy ride to my house, and offered to pick me up after the work was finished. Definitely the best place to go. The only downside is that it can be a little more expensive than some other places, but, personally, I think its worth the quality and service.

They have good customer service but their expertise is still wanting. I took my car there and I was very specific about the problem I wanted them to fix. They did a different expensive repair which used all my extended warranty maximum plus me topping up out of pocket, but the problem was never fixed. I was also charged diagnosis fee of $120 even though they failed to find the real cause of the problem.I have to find another mechanic to do the diagnosis all over again and do the correct repair. Expensive and time consuming, sad!UPDATE- Response to the ownerJesse, you should train your technicians to always strive to do repairs which will solve the customers main problem/concern. Whenever you check a used car, you will always find faults, but not all faults are customers concerns at that time. Solve the customers main itching issue, then the other faults repairs can be suggested later.Even if your technicians are the most qualified in the entire area, they are no any good if they do not focus on solving the customers main issue.Other than doing an expensive repair and the customer still walks away with the exact same problem, it would be good if you advise the customer not to do the repairs at all until he has enough money to do all the suggested repairs which you are sure will solve the problem.

I had some work done on my truck by another shop & it had turned into a big project lasting over a yr. I took it upon myself to get the rest of it done & have the appropriate people work on it. Needed some AC work done & these people are it. Was told to have it there at 8am & got a call before noon that they were done with it. I figured they would have it for a couple of days.

Firstly Id like to mention their courtesy and professionalism is a step above anywhere Ive been to in Edmond, and thats saying something. The maintenance was done in a timely manner and every step they notified me keeping me in the loop. Their was a single issue not involving the maintenance and the manager Evan stepped forward and we were able to resolve it. The shuttle service to and from was phenomenal and I wanted to mention that as a side note and I feel everywhere should be doing this. Not only will I continue to use this auto service I would highly recommend them to friends and family

Expensive and took longer than expected. Was charged $64 for a $22 retail part, almost a 300% markup. Diagnosis cost was high especially since I already alerted them to what the problem was. Simple stop lamp switch replacement. Brought my car in at 8am after calling ahead and wasn’t warned it wouldn’t be finished until following day. I could’ve gotten a lower price and faster service elsewhere.Edit: Thank you, Jesse for the call and your sincerity. I understand your pricing better. I’m leaving the rating the same for this particular experience but I would like to add that I had a great customer service experience. Very impressed!

Definitely the best experience Ive had with a automotive repair shop. Gave me a ride home after dropping off my car. They kept in constant contact with me via text. They didnt take my money and just forget me, they called the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working and was satisfied.Definitely found our new shop.Follow-up: After about about 6 weeks after service, my A.C. wasnt blowing cold again. I called and took it in. They discovered the compressor that was installed was fault and replaced it at no charge to me. Again top notch service and follow up after the repair.

My impression is these guys are honest & straight forward. Brought a vehicle in with 240k+ miles with a vibration in the front end. They performed a diagnostic on the entire vehicle providing a list of items which ultimately would need to be completed on the vehicle. It was a long list however they prioritized for me what really needed to be completed to solve the vibration so I could afford the repair. Ultimately all their recommendations will need to be completed but Im back on the road with money in my bank account.Thanks Christian Brothers for prioritizing my repairs and getting me back on the road.

I knew my A/C was bad (blowing hot air), so I wanted to get it checked out. I took my car to their shop and told them that I suspected that I needed new refrigerant. They said they would give me the full A/C service (which I paid for) and would check the pressures as well as use dye to check for leaks. When I get my car back, the problem is still not fixed despite them giving the all clear. I brought the car back, and they told me that there were issues with the pressure in the A/C system. My question is how was this not noticed on the initial inspection? It seems like I paid for something I did not receive. I will not be returning. Im giving them two stars for not charging me any more money on the second inspection.
