Cathrine was our agent and probably the worst agent Ive ever had. Zero form of communication. My first year as a homeowner she let my policy expire I only found out because I received something in the mail from my company that it expired and that was close to 2 weeks after it expired. I had to be the one to reach out and get it fixed. A professional agent would have never let that happen. Then this year I get a cancelation because of them not being able to inspect my yard when no one came by. No notice from my agent nor attempt to speak to the insurance company to get someone out there to inspect. As an agent communication is a key part of the job and no communication is highly unprofessional. I recommend going elsewhere where an agent actually shows that they care about your business.

So far they have been great to work with. I talked to Darby and she took all our info and said an agent would gate back to us the next day with a quote in an email and I did get a quote from Michelle in an email and we saved almost $200 a year from what the good hands people quoted us. In all fairness though we could not get any smaller amount than $30,000 content from good hands and in 423 SQ. Ft. I told them there was no way we needed that much content insurance. We got $15000 content thru Premier. Thank you to the folks at Premier Insurance.
