You can only reach them if youre calling for a new quote, otherwise they dont seem to care as youre just funneled into their voicemail at any time of day. I called in to their office at least a dozen times on behalf of someone switching out of their agency to me and they were easily the rudest office Ive ever dealt with. Id recommend any of my competitors over these guys.

Recently did my car insurance through this agency, they were great and made it really easy to switch!

This place deserves 0 stars!! They have the Worst customer service Ever. The office ladies are rude!! They abruptly cancelled our homeowners insurance policy in the middle of tornado season, for no reason other than it was their fault, however blaming the mortgage company. They used to call us all the time and say “would you like to switch to State Farm” after we already have insurance with them. After we starred up our policy at their Surrey Hills location, we called to come in to talk about our policy and some changes. They said “oh we need to you to come to our Edmond location” apparently their Surrey Hills location is just a “sales office” this agent is the reason we cancelled everything and went elsewhere. We never once got to meet with our agent, never even met with him for the two years we were with them. We have Farmers! And we got everything set up with the agent!! He went out of his way to even meet with us at night because of our schedule!! Customer service at Farmers is next to none. I regret giving business to Kirk Fuqua and State Farm!! Stay away from this place!!

Ive never had any problems with my policy until I switched to this location. They told me the car I added to the policy in November 2016 didnt get insured until June 2017. They had me believing that I had insurance on both of my vehicles. They also made huge changes to my policy without consulting me. When I brought it to their attention they kept giving me the run away. They kept telling me that the portion that I paid for their mess up would get credited back. But kept telling me I would have to pay the new balance in order to get it. STATE FARM IS GREAT. BUT NOT THIS LOCATION

If you want the no hassle, straight to the point, with no strings attached insurance company, this is the place you need to go... no headaches, no shopping, no worries, they far exceeded my expectations with the payment three times lower than I was figuring on putting out... After reading the reviews , I gave Kirk Fuqua a chance. I had no problems until i asked for my cars to be removed from my policy. My representative not only closed the policy on my cars, but removed my homeowners insurance. For two weeks, I thought I had coverage and didnt. A mistake that big is unforgivable. I tried to switch agencies but for some odd reason, I couldnt shake these folks. My only option was to go to another insurance company, which I did.

I would trust Kirk with anything and everything insurance related. Call his office to experience FIVE STAR service, they truly take every measure possible to keep your rates low. Thorough and efficient.

They did not cover my rental car damage because one of their staff cancelled my policy even I mention them about my rental car damage. They were not ready to fix it even claim department said it can be fixed. Please don’t trust what they say. First, they told me they will cover my rental car damage and later they denied. Their reception is the worst. She said she updated note about my rental car damage and later they told me there was no note about it and they did not even know about the rental car damage. I was with them for four years but not anymore.

I have never been able to discuss an issue without being made to feel like what I think is not relevant. I was also offended by the reminder I was sent. It was aggressive and rude and it was sent 4 times in one day. I was only one day late. Plus they dont pay attention to their clients or their accounts. One star is one star to many. Im finding another agent to handle my accounts.

Ive never had SO MANY price hikes in my entire life..... The only reason I transferred State Farm agents was because the one I was with since I was 16 retired. Literally a price hike about every 3 months. Guess Im leaving State Farm.

Friendly staff; however, my rates never stay the same, every month they just keep going up and up and up. Ive had many conversations about it and they have lots of excuses but honestly I dont care I would like to know what my bill is going to be every month not wonder how many dollars more its going to be. I noticed how in another review you said youd like to sit down and discuss, Ive done this and basically youre constantly cutting back your coverages on a constant basis to keep your bill the same next thing I know I wont hardly have insurance. Disappointed

Front office ladies were rude and laughed at me when I called back in response to my CV. Glad I dodged a bullet. If thats how you treat people you are interested in hiring, I wonder how you treat your customers.

This five stars are for the agents over there who are really excellent in doing their jobs. By jobs i mean to rip off people.
