Her enthusiasm, kind spirit, and tenacity is impressive. She has worked diligently, and continually for my family, always taking my call with an upbeat attitude. Insurance is not a fun expense. She has definitely made the experience easier, and far more entertaining. She has been a joy to work with during this phase of purchasing a home, life, and car insurance.

This is by FAR the most Incompetent group of people that I have ever done business with!! First off they call me and give me a good quote so I switch companies to save with them. Not even having them for a month, they raise my rates substantially! I asked if I could pay them my homeowners insurance myself rather them going through my escrow and they say that I can and it is no problem at all. They lose my check!! I get so upset about them raising my rate after getting me to switch over, that I call around and USAA blew them out of the water rate wise so I only had this state farm office for about a month and a half. I asked them to cancel my home owners immediately but keep my auto until the end of the billing cycle since I had already paid for it anyway. I ask for a refund on my homeowners and this is when they discover that they lost my check. They have no idea on what to do and they refused to give me my money back even though THEY lost my check! After my auto cancelled, they continued to bill me for it. I called them and informed them that I was not going to pay because I no longer have a policy with them and they confirmed that it is cancelled and they do not expect me to pay. However, I still keep getting billed from them. Then just yesterday (2 and a half months after I cancelled my policy), Jennifer Lowder herself called me trying to collect payment on my auto insurance that I cancelled back in early June. What do these people not get!?! I swear they have their head so far up their butts that they cannot get anything right!! I finally had to call my bank and have them put a stop payment on that cashier’s check so I could get my money back as this was the only way that I was going to get my money back because Jennifer Lowder sure was not going to refund me my money that THEY lost! Be AWARE of this office as they will screw you over and raise your rates after they hook you in! I advise you to stay clear!! I have never dealt with an office that had this many imbeciles in it!

Dishonest on quotes, Customer Service Skills need to be addressed regarding returning phone calls in a timely manner. Addressing concerns and or questions in a timely manner. I was Not told everything upon signing up and for a week , I called requesting a return call regarding my account and changes needed and never got a response and Unauthorized money was pulled from my account. Very Disappointed and Employees are not Professional, I cannot even post without clicking a star which is Not deserved.
