He didnt look at us as another policy - He actually took the time to understand our needs! Its important to us to have a face and a name and Brandon is all that and more. The depth of knowledge, responsiveness and level of customer service is second to none with these guys. I was able to move my car insurance over, getting a better rate and better coverage. Unfortunately, I couldnt move my home insurance as of yet...however...even though they dont have my policy yet, I called on them to get advice on how to handle a recent claim...all because I just dont trust the agent of my existing policy. Brads deep knowledge of the industry and his willingness to help me with a policy that he doesnt even have illustrates his commitment to ME, not the industry. I trust Brad and Brandon fully and cant recommend them more highly.

If I could give this agency 10 stars I would. I was in a car accident earlier this year. After calling the police, my next phone call was to my agent for tips on what to do. What I did not expect was for my agent to show up to my accident to ensure that everything was done properly and then stay with me until I left the scene as well. To go even further, I received multiple checking in calls to see how I was doing, and a follow up call from to the other insurance company to make sure they were moving forward with my claim. Brandon and Brad are the real deal! The culture of caring for their clients permeates everything that they do. I recommend them to everyone I meet.
