This store lost my Covid-19 test and then lied about having scanned the shipping label. My Vault at-home Covid-19 test (which comes with an envelope and pre-attached UPS shipping label) was dropped-off at this store on 8/30/2021. On 8/31/2021 I called the store and was assured the test had been picked-up. When it still hadnt been delivered to the lab by 9/01/2021, I called again and was assured the test had been picked-up. The owner Judy was evasive and repeatedly lied during our conversation on 9/01/2021. It turns out the store never bothered to scan the shipping label so they dont actually know whether my test was picked-up or where my test is now. I ended-up having to take a new test. Instead of apologizing this store had another staff member call and harass me for making a complaint with UPS and then blamed Vault for creating the shipping label. I was repeatedly told the store is just a drop-off site for Vault and they are not responsible for what happens to Covid-19 tests that are properly submitted to the store. Do not trust this store with your valuables. They absolutely do not care about customer service.

I hadnt needed anything notarized in years, but found that they have employees who can do it at this location. Super easy, quick and affordable. $5 for one quick signature and stamp, which I thought was very reasonable. Great, friendly service here as well!Tip: call ahead to ensure that theres an employee on duty who is a notary public.

Thankfully this is not my local UPS center. Extremely rude service. If a customer is uncertain on a return it is your job as an employee to HELP the customer understand how get a problem as they called it taken care of. Not look at someone with a deer in headlights.

Great people running this store. We ordered a large package, and we were given two options, pay $50 to have it shipped to our doorstep or get it free at a UPS Store. So we chose our nearest store in Edina. Turns out that the store charges a fee for accepting/receiving large packages, thereby not making if free delivery. We were a bit surprised, and irritated, naturally. We also learned from the manager and/or owner that the company shipping the product wasnt supposed to ship this to his store, it was supposed to go to the nearest regional center, and that this happens to him periodically. He was irritated, as well, companies should not be shipping these large boxes to him and misleading customers to believe they are getting it for free. It was still a $40 savings for us, so we really didnt have grounds to complain about the $10 fee, as the manager and/or owner could have refused the package outright and sent it back to the company that shipped it. But he didnt want us to get screwed by the malfeasance of the shipper, so he did not charge us for handling our oversized package. And he even wheeled it out to our vehicle. You dont get customer service like that from a lot of businesses these days. The manager and/or owner took a photo of the shipping companys details, to let them know they were unfair to both us and him. We sent an email also, as we were misled about the free delivery we were supposed to receive.Next time I need help from a UPS store, and I live/work near a few of them, Im going to Centennial Lakes.

This location is superior to other locations in the area. The staff was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable! Exceeded my expectations for UPS. There are a few other locations near by I recommend this one every time! It’s worth the few minutes of extra driving vs. waiting in another location for inferior service.

This store is so convenient and efficient. If you need to ship, pack, or print they have the expertise to make it happen. They also have safe and secure mailbox services. I also love that they have a Notary when I need one.

DeAndrell came through 100% on shipping these fragile family heirlooms from Minnesota to Colorado. He was friendly, efficient, and thorough. I was so, so, so happy to see my great-grandmothers items arrive earlier than expected and totally unscathed. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!

Returned an item from Amazon and was told I need packaging even though the item was secured in its own packaging. I picked the cheapest envelope and was then told I need a bobble wrap to keep clothing, CLOTHES! protected in transit. Reporting to Amazon as well

This is a long story but Ill try to be concise. I sent an item through this store a week before Christmas. It was a gift for someone really special, my father. The package included pictures, two ornaments, and a cologne (that cost over $130). I disclosed to the store owner that there is a liquid in the package. He did his own inspection, repackaged the box with extra bubble wrap and charged for the extra packaging items. Since it was a time sensitive delivery I was ok paying over $50 (including insurance) to get it there on time. The package was sent back to me the next week with a note refused by receiver. The receiver never refused the package but according to UPS refused by receiver does not literally mean what it says;it could mean various things such as receiving store or driver wanting to send the package back because of a damaged item. I received the package back and when I opened it the cologne was missing. The box and the entire package was intact, no signs of damage or leakage. After filing a claim for the missing item, the claim was denied citing inadequate packaging because it was packed by a customer. What does that mean?! What does inadequate packaging have to do with a missing item? No one can explain. To this date, I have no idea what happened to my package. I cant get any details or explanation on the investigation of the claim. For almost a month now, Ive been calling UPS, UPS Retail Corporate, the store and all I hear is one pointing me to the other and no resolution. I finally got the Retail Corporate to appeal the claim but UPS wont talk to me because I am the third party and whatever I need to say needs to be communicated by the store. The store wont return my calls, or do their due diligence in representing their customer or explaining to me what really happened. Long story short, I paid the UPS store to rob me, not only charging premium price but also losing a valuable item. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this UPS store or UPS in general to anyone. They are very nice when they are taking your money but once you encounter a problem they are quick to point fingers and treat you like an idiot. At this point its not even about the money I lost, its about the poor customer service Ive experienced and dont wish for anyone to go through what Ive been through.

If you hate lost packages, I recommend this UPS store. I live in GA and received a package from this store. After I missed the last delivery, I made a single phone call and rerouted the package back to GA. Did I mention that the package arrived early? Exceptional and attentive customer service.

At this time i dont even want to give a single star but there is no other option left .. worst experience I ever had at this particular store. For 10 inch tape they want you to buy a whole tape roll and if you want them to put 10 inch tape, they will charge 50 cents.

Dont Use International ShippingI had a good and bad experience with this UPS store in Edina. I came in after work to ship what amounted to 20 sheets of paper to Qatar. There was one person in the store and to be fair, it was busy. The gentleman that was working was obviously new but tried very hard to be helpful. He was the good part of the good/bad experience as he tried to help, going so far as to call another employee for advice while we spent an hour trying to figure out how to get my envelope shipped. The bad was that after an hour, we still had not worked it out. I ended up going to an actual UPS location where it took me less than 10 minutes to ship my envelope.
