Sylvia is absolutely THE BEST!!! Budget Truck Rental cancelled my truck just a couple of days before my move and left me COMPLETELY hanging. (will NEVER use them again!) Sylvia not only found me another truck immediately, but also got them to throw some free miles in, since I had to pick it up further away! She also took the time to call me back personally to let me know so I wouldnt stress!!! She is living proof that there are still some great people in this old weary world! She deserves a raise, Uhaul!!! This company gets my business from here on out!
