I consider myself a clean/tidy person to begin with, so I’m very impressed at the work done by this team to bring my home to the next level of clean, all while I was at work. So much time saved!

I can’t comment on terms of hiring these people for your homes BUT I can comment from an employee aspect. Do NOT work here. I took a job here and after one day decided it wasn’t for me. I messaged the manager Olga to explain that I appreciate the opportunity but it’s not for me and I won’t be returning. I was then told that due to me not giving a two weeks that she is docking my pay down to minimum wage (illegal). I asked several times where it stated in the policy that this was policy and got no answer, went through the handbook and it says nothing about it, I also asked her to verify what hours I worked because I was not shown how to clock in or out and she refused to tell me until I told her I’d be getting an attorney involved, I was finally given an answer and it’s not even the correct amount of hours that I worked. I spoke with the dept of labor as well as an attorney who both confirmed that what she did is in fact illegal and I will be taking the proper steps to have it resolved. I tried calling Friday to speak with the owner and my number was blocked. No shocker there.I also expressed my concerns for some things that went on and things I witnessed and again the manager Olga just wanted to place the blame on myself and not her employees who had been there for years. She shows no responsibility and will not hold her employees accountable for their actions.If the manager is being so open about docking pay and unaccounted hours then who knows what goes on behind closed doors.

Our team is not only meticulous in their cleaning, but are always so friendly. I believe they actually care about us and how we are doing. We have used them for many years and are very happy. Have no intention of changing companies. Just wondering, where is Sarah? We miss her.

The cleaners do a great job. There has been some turn around and I feel like some minor spots are missed like dusting but overall I am pleased with the work they do.

Cleaning Authority does a great job, and if they do miss something every once in a long while, they are committed to fixing it. They usually have two friendly team-members so it is done in a couple of hours, and periodically a manager will inspect their work. Thank you, Cleaning Authority!

The Cleaning Authority were heros during this crazy time. We needed a deep clean for spring. They were prompt, courteous and were thorough in their work. I would highly recommend them!

On their 2nd service, the group missed the master shower. I called to report and was very understanding these things happen however the local person (possibly the owner, Olga) argued with me that they wouldn’t miss something but would return on the following business day (Monday). I came home from work on Monday and they had not been there, so I called the mainline and spoke to the corporate phone desk to learn that I was not on the schedule to be cleaned on Monday. On Tuesday, the local person called and said “there was an emergency which is why they never came”. If there was an emergency, a phone call to say they needed to delay would have been very professional. I then learned on this same visit the cleaners left the front door fully open while they loaded supplies in the car and my dog got out. They did not attempt to catch him, they just let him run and a neighbor grabbed him and put him back in the house (the door was still open). I did not get a phone call letting me know what happened and according to my neighbor there was not any concern to remedy the situation.I am appalled by the lack of communication, customer service and attention to what maters to the customer.

The Cleaning Authority handled our move-out and move-in cleans, easing our stress and saving us SO much time. Leaving our first home spotless for the new owners felt great, and it was priceless to be greeted by freshly cleaned appliances, cabinets and perfect carpet patterns in our new home.They now clean for us twice a month, and those are VERY happy days :). The rotation they follow gives the whole house a thorough clean in addition to a deep clean (appliances, baseboards, etc.) that goes above and beyond what Id ever get around to. I also appreciate the use of green products thatre safe for my family and environmentally friendly.Would recommend The Cleaning Authority in a heartbeat. Theyre lifesavers!

We love coming home after the team has been by! Team #6 does a great job with Irais & most recently Hector & Zahara. Francesca & Isabel we’re excellent as well. We appreciate the additional family time their service gives us.

They remade my bed. I don’t like that

Just canceled service with these guys. We have been very displeased and today was a breaking point.Not uncommon for them to arrive way past their scheduled window and we have never gotten a courtesy phone call. They have cleaned our house well in the past, however, VERY inconsistent. Today no one showed up and we waited 4 hours past the scheduled time. The owner just called and informed us that no on will be coming today and they wont be able to fit us in until our following scheduled time. This business has a very high employee turnover rate, I assume that they pay their employees poorly. Over all bad experience, they have lost a long term customer.** Wouldve quit them long ago but its a pain in the butt to figure out another service.Peace.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! Cleaning person stole my wedding ring and diamond earrings, over $20,000 in valuables. Spoke to owner (who NEVER CALLED ME after the incident), he said his employee didn’t know how much it cost when she stole it... like that matters!! I was one of several people who were robbed on the same day. No accountability. FIND A DIFFERENT CLEANING SERVICE!!!!

Terrible experience. Apologize for the long note here, but its worth reading. Cleaning Authority (EP) cleaned our house twice. The first time was the deep clean for $193 (after tax). The cleaners broke our bedroom lamp (without telling us--we had to find it ourselves) and the cleaning was not a satisfactory clean for a standard clean let alone a deep clean.We spoke to management; she mentioned shed send a group out to reclean our 1000 sq ft space.We were charged a deep cleaning fee for the reclean. Two deep cleans are apart of the up-front contract, however, thats two satisfactory deep cleans. We should not have been charged for the make-up cleaning. The reclean was also not satisfactory. The manager showed up for part of this cleaning to verify the lamp was actually broken and then left. The areas we identified from the first clean were ignored again.I struggled to reach the manager again; when I finally did, I cancelled service and asked for my second payment back. I was denied. She told me over and over they would reclean our house. My wife and I gave them two opportunities and they failed both times. I do not wish for them to come back and still seek reimbursement of our second deep clean charge of $193.00.We were reimbursed for our lamp but were told their system doesnt allow cleaning reimbursements. I sell software for a living--thats simply not true. If they were able to generate a reimbursement for a lamp they can reimburse us for an unreasonable cleaning charge.I told the management gal (not naming her here) that I would turn to social media if she didnt satisfy my request (which Ive never done) or put me in contact with ownership. She said she would put me in contact with the owners of the EP office (twice)--Ive still not heard back---its been over a month.Do not use their service. This is not a local company--they are based in MD and your service calls will all be routed through their MD office first. Its extremely difficult to share a conversation with someone in MN who can actually do anything for you besides recleaning--which is inadequate at best.

I received an advertising flyer info the mail. I called to ask for pricing for a full house clean on Aug 29, 2017. I was set up to get an estimate this Thursday. I got a call 1 hour late saying that they need to cancel my appt because they do not have the staff to clean a full house and they are booked out until September.Why do they send out a flyer and then turn down a bid and potential customer?

I had been looking for a a regular service for our large home and had some specific quality requirements due to family health issues. They have a well-thought out cleaning program, we’re flexible, thorough and efficient. My picky family would rate it 7-8/10, which translates to a 10/10 in our world. We’ll be seeing them every two weeks.
