Did an excellent job on cleaning the carpet in our home with two large dogs and lots of foot traffic! Carpets look like new. Excited to learn they also do house cleaning. This cleaning company was very responsive, great costumer service, and flexible with last minute changes. I did find a few areas that were missed during the cleaning and asked why they weren’t down. I was told it had been done but it very obviously hadn’t. They said they would send someone out to touch up what wasn’t up to par but I declined. Overall it was a good experience and great costumer service. Just need a bit more attention to detail. I would recommend.

I was so excited to finally hire a cleaner for my home--had been wanting to so for a long time. Coordinated the scope of work with a pleasant scheduler, who gave a thorough rundown of what to expect for the work performed, pricing, time frame, etc. When the cleaners arrived, they worked 2 hours less than what was scheduled and did a poor job on the general cleaning. We also hired a professional to clean and polish the floors, but the person scheduled for that specific job failed to show up. The cleaners also failed to clean any of the windows despite us paying extra. Left behind some of their cleaning supplies, which ultimately left residue all of the house. In the end, I ended up having to reclean the house.The worst part of the entire experience wasnt the poor work, but rather the awful customer service. When I calmly explained my experience with Aaron, he immediately became agitated and blamed it on me and the scheduler--totally unprofessional. He refused to make it right unless I coughed up additional money for them to come back and redo the work. On his second communication via text, he randomly theatened to send my invoice to collections. Yikes. Buyer beware.

They tackled an area of the living room my dogs kept marking due to traces of the dogs that lived here previously. They pretreated the heavily soiled areas and the room immediately seemed fresher! The carpet looked amazing and fresh! Aaron explained the possibility of the treatment causing the stain to seep beyond the area it was and that if that were to happen they would return and take care of it. Unfortunately, the stain did seep into the main area of the living room. They returned the next day. Aaron treated the areas and they scrubbed and extracted the area again. I knew it was unlikely that area would be 100% stain free afterwards, so I was very pleased with the results the day before. I expected them to focus on the small area where the old stains seeped and spread to, but they gave that entire area a lot time and attention.We will definitely call on them again for a move out clean!

Turnover cleaning has great reviews. We had used them previously with solid results. Our most recent experience however was quite poor. I feel it is important for our experience to be shared. I think it is also fair to point out it may have been a one-time bad luck on the cleaning, but the way the issue was resolved left my wife and I frustrated.We used turnover cleaning most recently to clean a property we were moving out of and having tenants moving in.When my wife came home from work Friday she immediately called me. There were visible dirt and dust bunnies on the floor. There was a lot of missed items from the checklist we had looked at. We took some photos of the missed items. My wife and I had a lot going on, but our next reaction was to get to work and finish cleaning/moving. We had promised the tenants they could move in the next morning. We spent several hours together cleaning floors, dusting, and doing what we felt were the most obvious missed items.To their credit, the upstairs bathroom was cleaned well and most of the kitchen was cleaned well. The kitchen is not large and they did not clean any of the fridge (we had requested they ignore the inside).We were shocked and frustrated when we received the bill. The bill was for 7.25 hours and included window sill cleaning and oven cleaning. While I did direct the window and oven cleaning, and the oven cleaning was done well. The windows were not cleaned and so many more items were missed.I am not a cleaning expert, but for what was cleaned well, I suspect at the most one person spent 2-3 hours cleaning.On Monday we sent an email with photos. Erica responded and agreed that it did not look good and that she could send someone new out immediately to fix it. However at this point we had already cleaned and move the tenants in. After talking with her I felt guilty and like I had done something wrong by not calling her immediately upon seeing how much was missed. I am not sure if this was fair, I felt I gave them an opportunity to clean the first time and when it wasnt I needed to get it done and I had deadlines, but first instinct was not to call the people who had not done the work.We were offered 15% off the work, but we felt were were not being heard or understood. We felt a faction of that amount of work was done. While talking with Erica and feeling guilty about not reaching out at the time of the incident we reached an agreement with her to provide a 25% discount. We had expected to pay for a cleaning and we are sympathetic to small businesses. I was not happy with the arrangement I still felt the quality and quantity of work done was not close to 75%, also as a basic person I was not really prepared to have a drawn out negotiation and wanted to move on.However, we never received an updated invoice and I did not follow up because I still felt frustrated with the gap from the price were going to be paying and how much was felt like being done. Several months later Erica followed up to ask why we had not paid. I told her it was because we had not gotten the price we agreed on. I was blamed for not reaching back out sooner and correcting for the discount. Maybe that is my fault.In the end I agreed and paid for 40% discount off the work. Still feels like a significant gap between the work that was done. But I didnt feel like arguing for a larger discount. The money wasnt important. I did not like feeling guilty or bad fighting for what was poor quality work. Even if it was a one-time bad experience by an employee (which happens) we were not happy with the follow up and wont use them again.**Update: The owner responded claiming I did not have pictures. I had not attached pictures to the initial post because I was not trying to shame the company. The attached photos were AFTER the whole property was cleaned. (I have more) Additionally, we did clean the property ourselves, because we had tenants moving in the next morning at 8AM and we came home from work at 5PM!

Turnover Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my home. I have a little dog and teenage kids who have been rough on the same carpet for 15 years. I waited a few days to see if the stains would lift from the pad (all I was hoping for that if they lifted, theyd be lighter). I was pleasantly surprised they have not and the carpet looks fantastic. All I wanted was one more year out of the carpet and I think I may have gotten that and more. Feels and looks clean. Extremely pleased!

I was very upfront that the house needed a deep clean after mice had ransacked the kitchen and that I had nearly 1400sqft of wood floors that needed to be swept and mopped. Given the condition as well as the size of the home, I hired a cleaning company because this house needs 3 people minimum to clean. My main concern was the floors which DIDNT END UP GETTING MOPPED AT ALL1 lady showed up to clean with a swifter and asked me for a broom as well as used my Lysol cleaning spray and some Meyers dish soapI am mostly annoyed and disappointed with how they dumped this job on 1 person, after discussing how large of a project it will be. I was told by them it will take 2 people at least 3 hours. It’s unfortunate because the cleaner who was improperly prepared for this job by her management team will most likely take the hit for the unacceptable service she struggled to preform. This 100% lies on the owner and management team’s neglect to equip their employees properly and set them up for success.... I am disappointed with the scheduling and management of this company. What we agreed and talked about over the phone was obviously not taken seriously. They did not prepare their employee for such a large job not properly equip her with the team or tools to do a thorough job.

Prompt response to my messages, ability to adjust scheduling to fit my needs, arrived on time, when I saw the price of my bill- I almost cried. This company could have charged me triple for the 1st time deep cleaning they did on my home, I have been charged more, repeatedly, by multiple cleaning services, who did half the job. If you are looking for outstanding quality, at a price well worth it- CALL THESE GUYS!

Turnover Cleaning has done a lot of cleaning for my property management company over the last few years.I would give them 4.5 stars if it were an option because there have been a handful of issues (which is to be expected over the amount of work theyve done for us) but I have always appreciated the way that Erica has come though and fixed any issues and takes it personallyI would recommend Turnover, and to be upfront and honest with them if they dont meet your expectations entirely, because they will do something about it which really sets them apart from others.
