Very pleased with the work. My carpets were extraordinarily stained after my tenants moved out. I knew it would be an intense job to return them anywhere near normal. They know the business, and Id say a greatest strength is setting the customers expectations. From price (very fair) to process to results, they explain it all thoroughly, and also provides all the customers options should there be any unclear issues. I was very comfortable working with them. Theyre transparent, hardworking, and honest. Lastly, my carpets are vastly improved, and most of it is as good as new.

Terrible. First of all, they came to my home an hr later then what was scheduled over the phone. Technician was very nice and friendly but was a poor job overall. It did absolutely nothing. Especially for a steam cleaning and their deep clean package. I rented out a carpet washer and did a better job at removing stains and smelled better. Save your money and do it yourself. Lesson learned.

I have used this company three times to clean my carpets and theyve been great every time. They arrive on time, are quick and efficient and do a terrific job. Service technician was friendly but the actual cleaning of our carpets was terrible. I spent 40 minutes after he left spot treating and using a hand held carpet cleaner to get all the spots that were still present. Highly disappointed that I did a better job than their equipment. Also my husband had called and asked for cost was told a quote and then when the technician arrived was informed that the quote didn’t include shampooing the carpet. I’m sorry but if we call for a quote on carpet cleaning what do they think we are asking for? Anyway nothing against the service technician, but the cleaning was horrible. Do not waste your money as a hand held will do a better job.

All of these reviews are bogus. They won’t answer my phone call after we told them we weren’t happy. They also refused to give me any of the owners information. They left so much water on the carpet I have to rent a cleaner to suck up some water or they will be ruined. Then they said they come back out and never showed. We will be going after our money back. And we have witnesses and pictures. Please buyer beware if you don’t want your carpets ruined, Choose a different company. Thank God our car company got our money back from these horrible people and scam artist

The cleaners were very efficient and thorough in our carpet cleaning. Needed an immediate appointment as we were expecting some guests home and our carpet needed extensive cleaning. The spots on the carpet appear to be gone and the room was left smelling clean. Would use Crystal Clear Carpet again for any future cleanings based on my experience.

I cant give a more than 3 stars because I was not happy with the tip that they requested with their billing of the service. Ive never seen a contractor request a tip for their service before. I paid the tip but was not very happy about it. After thinking about it later it really bothered me. Ive paid hundreds of contractors over the years and Ive never been asked about a tip for their work. The cost of the service should be the bottom line. The customer may want to include a tip but one should never expect one for a service contract. No request for tips once the job is completed. Not very professional in my view.
