We ordered some spare material. The order (international) was extremely quick delivered. All the items ordered were packaged with care and in a very safe way. The only bad surprise was the FEDEX person at our door: extremely unpolite an d unfelxible (but this is not Vibrant fault!).Vibrant in the future will be one of our preferred suppliers for our Server/IT necessities.

Smooth transaction and very fast shipping. Items well packed. I will be doing more business with them in the future.Only downside was that the heatsinks I purchased were two slightly different designs (they work fine, though) and one had some minor scuffs on the surface that comes into contact with a CPU. The scuffs do not seem to impact performance but I would be hesitant to utilize them in mission-critical servers (I probably wouldnt purchase used equipment in those cases, though).

I ordered a used IBM Power 7 720 server to replace an aging server that we had in house. I worked with James Kelly throughout the process of finding the right server and accessories and he was thorough and prompt in all of his communications. The server we ordered arrived quickly after ordering and without any issues or damage. We ran into an issue getting the server on to IBM maintenance (due to our software vendors missteps) and James worked every angle possible to get us taken care of, liaising directly with the hardware supplier that he had purchased the used server from and with any contact he could. I would HIGHLY recommend Vibrant Technologies to anyone in need of high quality used equipment.

I had an equally lousy sales experience here. The Dell salesperson obviously doesnt care about customers with single line email responses and no care about what your needs are. I went to another local company and was treated well and found great prices and service. Vibrant appears to have lost the good reputation they once had in the cities, and lost a potential customer in the mean time.

It was nice to deal with the vibrant. Even there were some difficulties arouse in processing the order and shipment, but still, I personally appreciate the way, the company settled the issues with the promise that they will accommodate us in future orders. Highly recommended to have a business with them

The only thing is that it was expensive for me, for I will be taxed at 98% tax informed price. Hard not pay the fees, but know that the money paid in fees vain for a corrupt bunch of shameless here in Brazil.
