This company is a scam! I have had to involve the local police to retrieve my computer after paying for the repair service IN FULL and waiting two months for the computer to be returned. Do not use ProvisionTec and do not trust the fake 5 star reviews that are posted here.

I sent a broken hard drive which I subsequently had returned securely packaged. The info I had recovered was securely sent to me by post on a data stick in full and in perfect condition at a very affordable price
