I had 3 dresses altered there and the results are always perfect at the 1st fitting. Mrs Bien - the tailor there is highly skilled & friendly. Definitely recommend!

Was a great experience with a 5-minute fitting adjustment with a less than a day turn around.

The workers are very nice and helpful. Very accommodating and will try to rush my alterations when requested. Also they were honest in what can or can’t be done for the item which I appreciated.

Had the best experience with the manager there. She really went above and beyond to help alter my shirt, even after the initial alternations were done, she added an extra stitch as the garment was still too big. Quick service too!

They are truly wonderful! They left my uniform fitting amazingly. This is the place you go for any type of alternations you need.

I walked in. Im assuming the person sitting on her butt on the phone was the employee there. I wanted to see if they could repair a small hole in a hiking backpack. She never stood up, I barely walked in the store and after her seeing the backpack she gave me a hand gesture and said no no. Without even looking at what I wanted work on, never even took the phone away from her ear. Rude woman. I wouldnt give them my money.

Gave them a week to stitch on elbow patches, I had to bring my own fabric and they still didn’t sew half the patch on. Had to bring back and they tried to tell me they need 3 days to redo it. $40 for some sloppy stitching a Fast food cashier could have done better. My $300 jacket has empty stitch holes up the arm where I can only guess Helen Keller was writing an essay. The patches aren’t even in the same place on each arm. I wouldn’t consider going to this place if it was the last seamstress in MN.

I brought a dress in to be tailored this morning and received excellent service! The seamstress was welcoming and professional. She completed the dress within 30 minutes and did a beautiful job! The dress was perfect!

Ahhh! My favorite pair of pants ripped.. Must find a place to get it patched up! I yelped a couple places, but ended up deciding upon this one cause I wanted to shop while they work on my pants. I brought my favorite pair of pants in to inquire the cost to patch up small rip near the groin area. They told me, just $5 dollars + tax will do the job. Initially they were going to charge me $6 because I was going to use a credit card, but I pulled out my cash instead.The place seems to be owned by a group of Asians. They seemed Vietnamese, but Im not 100% sure. They are very nice and friendly. I asked them how long itll take, they told me really quick. I was like Ok thanks, Ill be back in about an hour, she replied back saying no no no, 30 minutes itll be done. I left happily and came back after shopping for an hour.Nice and convenient place for sewing and alterations. Check them out if youre in the area!

We needed to get my husband’s tux pants loosened and we’re getting bounced around by Men’s Wearhouse due to backups from homecoming orders. We decided to check this place out, the lady took the pants and fixed the problem in 10 min. I’m certain we saved a lot of money too by choosing her. Very positive experience.

You won’t know you will need it until you badly do. Fast service and overpriced. I guess it’s one of those things that you don’t have many options.

Terrible customer service. The moment I entered the shop the experience was bad. The manager was texting on her phone and told me I needed to hold on, as she continued texting. I brought two flower girl dresses in to be altered (shortening the straps) and it was not done the day I was told it would be ready. I went there a couple hours after I was originally told I could pick up and was told Id have to come back the following day because neither dress had been started. I did not receive a call letting me know they were behind. Because of their delay, I had to go back in the day before my wedding and pick up the dresses. Way more stress than it was worth and they charge way too much for a simple alteration. Im not sure how a place like this stays in business.

Great patchwork on my two custom hats, 45minute turn around time and they also tailored wifes yoga pants very well. Idk why the complaints but some people will.never be happy, they will do all my and dogs custom.work from now on.
