Our long time route-driver Chris is the best at customer service... from getting back to us and answering questions directly via text or cell phone call to helping with finding an item to making adjustments to pick up or drop off to accommodate our vacations or business trips, he has been one of the best things about Pilgrim!

Chris is amazing. He always shows up on time and easy to get hold of! Very no-nonsense service. I will strongly recommend.

They take care of me like I am someone important. Every staff member knows my name. I even go in instead of using delivery because the staff is so friendly.

I’ve been coming to Pilgrim in Eden Prairie for many years. The folks working there are friendly and helpful. Patricia and Ana do a great job, They are both always friendly and provide excellent service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my laundry and dry cleaning needs because of them!

Door to door service is great, don’t think I can go back to picking up and dropping off.

Convenient parking, good hours, pretty quick service on turnaround. Shirts have always come back as expected, pants all but once, suits 2 redos. Redo is a nice service.4.5 Stars. Prices are middle of the road. They offer alterations. Good place.

Pilgrim Cleaners does not follow their word. I agreed with the driver, Joe (a very nice guy) for a 1 day turn around on pick up and delivery. We spend $300 to $400 a month on dry cleaning. This worked well for three to four months.Then one day a manager calls and just overturns my service level agreement.I am done with Pilgrim cleaners. Your customers come first. You seem to have forgotten that.

This rating is subject to change pending the outcome of my pending situation... Dropped off 10 articles of clothing as a 1st time customer on Jun 1st. Returned on Jun 9th to pick up the aforementioned 10 articles of clothing. Left with only 6 out of the 10 articles of clothing because 4 pieces are M.I.A.I will say that the 6 pieces I picked up looked very nice and that the lady who helped me was extremely helpful and apologetic.However, I am quite taken aback by this whole ordeal. To leave this establishment with a very uneasy feeling that 4 relatively expensive and irreplaceable dresses are missing is not acceptable and quite unexpected as a 1st time customer. ****UPDATE: My 4 articles were found and I was contacted on the next business day to pick them up. Apparently my order was separated and the 4 dresses were placed on some other truck.

Always a positive experience! Everybody is friendly and very helpful! And fast! And, I like the email reminders that my order is ready with pricing. I moved to Chaska but continue to use the EP cleaners.

Hate their customers. Treat me like I should feel privileged to be standing in their store. Permanently mark clothing items. Now I cant wear any shirts untucked because theyve written on them in permanent ink. Dont reliably turn around the clothes in the time promised. (Only reason I kept going was the need for 24 hour turn around). Ruin dry cleaning items like suits. Other than that theyve been wonderful.

New to the area, came in with my Wife and we were quoted $17 when we dropped off our items. Was charged $27.50 at pick-up and told our coupon wouldnt work and quoted different rates for our shirts and pants.

Took a jacket to get it repaired

The store is clean and tidy. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly
