Returned to this location for the umpteenth time as Rachel is the absolute best! Great haircut every time, scalp massage that almost puts you to sleep and a great attitude bring me back repeatedly. I also appreciate the strict adherence to covid protocols and requiring a mask be worn. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Just got my haircut with Rachel. You couldnt ask for better stylist. Pays attention to what you want, is professional, curtious, and takes the time to make it right and makes sure you get the haircut you want. I recommend the MVP package and its what I get EVERYTIME. There is a reason she usually has an extensive wait. BECAUSE SHES AMAZING! Rachel is my go to, but dont worry because Allison or anyone else there can give you a GREAT haircut! Definitely recommended.

Got a terrible hair cut. The lady just rushed through without much attention to details. You get what you pay for. My hair looked uneven on all sides so I asked her if she can trim down little bit on top and sides so as to make it look symmetrical, that she said its just what your natural hair is. You are all set to go! Even though with that attitude I felt like she was doing me a favor for a haircut, nonetheless I still tipped her out of my courtesy. mistake!So many red flags, first this location has NOT allowed online check-in. No body even bothers to pick up phone call. Also during check-in, when the lady at counter (unfortunately my hairdresser too) asked Hello is there anybody here with THIS NAME, I knew I had made a mistake coming here but hey who does not make mistakes. But not again, I am taking my business somewhere else. Aloha!

I used to be a Great Clips kind of guy, but then I discovered Sport Clips. Been going here now for several years and I love their great staff and friendly personalized service. The fact that I can get my haircut, shampooed with a hot towel on my face, and a massage if I choose are the main reasons I love this place. Plus, veterans get a very nice discount. Definitely recommend this place.

The ability to check in on line to secure your spot in the virtual line is great but it means ridiculously long wait times if you are a walk in. The haircuts are okay for kids. The folks cutting hair are nice but they are stylists attempting barber style cuts. The results are mixed at best. If you are not in a hurry and can wait 1 hr or more as a walk in and you don’t mind a so-so haircut for more than $20 than this is your place. If you want something other than a quick run over your head with various clipper guards than try somewhere else. This is basically an assembly line for clipper cuts.

Twice now there has been more than an hour wait with 2 people actually there. If you expect to get a hair cut in a reasonable amount of time after showing up, go somewhere else. I think you can check in remotely, which probably explains this. That sounds like a cool feature, but if I cant show up and get a hair cut in a reasonable amount of time, Ill take my business elsewhere.EDIT: Moved to 4 starts because the owner replied, and because they do do a good job. If you have the time to wait or check in online.

I get consistently great haircuts here! No complaints. The online checkin is smooth and always saves me time. I suggest avoiding during busy times and check the app to guarantee you wont be waiting long.

I have had trouble getting my style right with stylists from other sports clips. However I [hope Im correct in remembering her name] Kat (she had tattoos) was able to nail it! She was confident making happen what I was hoping for. The only reason Im leaving 4 stars is because this location seems prone to having waits over half an hour and sport clips pricing is a little on the high side.

Second time there, early on a weekday. Three stylists, two customers sitting and I am still told an hour wait. Appears they have adapted on line reservations now. Which means people can cut line and force other customers to endure long waits mostly because Sport Clips appear not to staff properly. Same happened last month but I waited. This time I walked out. Went Fantastic Sam’s on Hennepin Town Road. Walked in waited 5 min. Free coffee. Good haircut and was out 30 minutes from walking through door. Sport Clips is telling me by making me wait over an hour for a haircut is they don’t care about walk-ins. They changed their business model to appointments without adjusting labor to handle the walk ins trade. So If you tend to walk in, keep walking somewhere else, Sport Clips is not for you.

We were turned away bc this business requires 18 month old toddlers to wear a mask. First of all show me a toddler that will wear a mask and second, 18 month olds DO NOT transmit the virus.

I have gone all over Minnesota to get my hair cut at different sport clips and I need to say that Rachel from Eden Prairie was so caring, friendly, QUICK, and professional. She made the normal process of just getting a hair cut much more enjoyable. I was extremely impressed and I will definitely be back to see her!

Really great service. This was in the middle of a snow storm that had closed schools, so it was busier than expected. and the staff was overworked, perhaps, but so pleasant and professional. I love this place.

Everything was great except the atmosphere. The blonde curly haired woman was yelling at the one orange haired woman (who ended up giving me an awesome haircut) and then after that was over I could still overhear the blonde talking ill of the other woman to her coworker.

Went in to get my one-year-old haircut like I do all the time, they turned him away because he’s not wearing a mask. Children under two do not have to wear facemasks. The staff that was there at the time were very rude and very stupid

2 hour wait to get in a chair to find out that there isn’t a single person on staff that can do a flat top. No apologies or explanations, just called the next customer...cmon people

My first experience with Sport Clips was in Chaska. I was very pleased. My total satisfaction extends to this location as well. It may cost slightly more than similar establishments but well worth it.

Sorry but it feels like some of the stylists in this place are doing community service ordered by court. First exp was not good for 21$ I will go somewhere else. Price/quality does not match.

I have been going to this location for over a year. The stylists are great, specifically Allison. Always happy with my haircut. Shorter wait times than other locations I have been to and good discounts.

If you want a crispy top notch fade and top cut. I highly reccomend Cassie I’ve gone to her about 5-6 times now and she’s so consistent and makes it look effortless, very friendly and chill. Definitley a high level stylist for men’s haircuts. Side note: All these people complaing about wait time get the app or make appointment on line and you can select stylist and it tells you when to arrive.

Horrible service and bad hair cut. Had a girl named Nikki and she was rude, unprofessional and abrupt. She should not be working with the public or in any service industry. The other ladies there were not much better as they complained about their jobs while cutting hair and seemed angry to be there. They were also talking negatively about other customers after they left, in front of current customers. BAD!
