I brought my son in for hair cut here. Hair cut was great! The staffs were friendly and look professional. The place was nice and clean. The cost was reasonable price.
The staff here is great! The atmosphere really does make a difference and this seems like a big family, it’s kind of nice. Great cut, will go back as always!

I went in my hair was super long didn’t get a haircut in about a year went in asked to get cleaned up. For reference I had 10 inches of hair now I have 3-4 the lady that cut my hair didn’t try and talk to me and was a little up tight. Really uneven one strand of hair it still 10 inches very noticeable
Serena is probably one of the most talented and professional stylist in Minnesota. My nieces and I love her and cant believe that much talent is there.
She cut my hair completely crooked and was very uneven. I asked for two inches and after fixing it it was about five inches off. I at very upset as I usually get a good hair cut from here and got a very poor one today

While I believe most of the stylists are talented I have had 2 of my last 4 appointments fall through. The first appointment apparently someone was ill or so I was told at any rate and while I’m not sure how true this is, I can at least understand this although a phone call would have been nice so I could have just rescheduled over the phone. My last appointment I arrived 10 minutes early. I checked in and I waited patiently. About 15 minutes later I was called up to the counter and I was told that “we are so sorry but the last haircut ran long and it would be an hour until I could get my hair done. This would be over an hour after my appointment time. ( I called to make the appointment 2 hours earlier in the day). Now, after waiting with no one bothering to tell me there was an issue I was forced to cancel my appointment. (Not to mention that there multiple stylists working and no one else waiting accept me. Horrible communication. Horrible policies. Horrible service. Thank you very much for waisting my time. 2 years ago I would have said that this is a great place. I’m not sure what has changed but pure waste of time. If you value your time go somewhere else, anywhere else.

I received a perm at this location on Sunday,12-9-19. The absolutely worst perm of my life! I had more curl and body in my hair before she even started than what I did when she finished!! On top of it all, she soaked my shirt and ruined it with perm solution!! Don’t go here!! I wasted almost $80 and now can’t even get it fixed for another 3-4 months!! Very frustrating! I have never complained about any hair places but this is definitely bad!! Doesn’t even deserve ONE star!!

I have been going to Mastercuts/Kylie for the past 13-14 years. Even though I have moved our of EP, I still go there. I love Kylie, I trust her 100%. For the quality of service that is provided I feel the price is above and beyond good.
My stylist there never lets me down, hair color, toned them all even, deep conditioner, trim, flat iron and curl all for unbeatable price! Her results are spectacular and swift!!!
Very worst!! couldn’t had option to give 0 star 1 is very much high. One of the worst saloon I have ever visited. Staff especially my stylist and the manager behavior was rude and they wasted my time and money for doing highlights. Please don’t go and waste your time, very unprofessional and bad attitude.

Its usually all about who you get, but this MC has never let me down. Ive been getting my haircuts here for years and am very pleased witg the staffing, atmosphere and general day to day operations. Highly recommend!
My girlfriend came in the prior day, to ask ahead of time and show the hairstylists the bangs she wanted to receive. She was told it would be a simple cut and had nothing to worry about. We came in today, and the stylist she got told her it wouldnt be a good idea. She also said that the way her hair parted, it would make it too difficult to manage for her. Moral of the story. Dont lie and say it can be done when you have no intentions of making it work.
They treat me right and Ive never had a bad haircut here yet. And the price is very reasonable.

The worst haircut ever! My daughter has thick curly hair and I specifically asked for someone who can cut curly hair. The person spent less than 15 minutes total for shampoo and cut. Its a disaster! I would post pics but dont want to embarrass my daughter. Do not go here.

Lisa squeezed me in. My usual barber in the same mall decided not to open their doors so I went up to MasterCuts. Solid haircut and good conversation.
They have great customer service! I have been going there for the last 10 years to get my hair done. They are so friendly! Such a clean salon.
Overall it was a good experience, however I wish they had a price menu of how much their haircuts are. I would never pay $25 for a haircut again. The eyebrows were done alright. My stylist was not the best one I have had there.
Ive been seeing Lisa for years. She is amazing and always knows what I want and how to successfully execute it. Such a great experience with her anytime Im at the salon.

I went in for a trim and the lady showed me she would cut of 1 inch. She started cutting the back and by the time I could se how much she was cutting off she had been cutting 6 inches. Completely not what I wanted and I was so disappointed with the service I will never go back.
