I was very pleased with Big Rivers Tree Service! They arrived and completed the job more quickly than quoted and the job was done professionally and looks great. I loved how well they cleaned up after themselves and all the tree debris.

Snow dropped a tree on my yard when i was out of town and called Dan and he came out and took care of it!!! Was super easy to get along with and would highly recommend!

Never showed up to remove the tree. Several times he said hed get to it in a week or two and never called or showed up.

Hired them to take down a river birch, brush, and clean up river rock around tree, take down a couple other trees and trim up some maples and take all the dead branches out. I was told it would take a day, maybe 2 at the most. They would work half the day then leave. It took almost 4 full days for them to finish once they actually got to my house, and the guy they have come grind stumps just ground the stump, ripped up couple huge roots, and left a big hole, pile of dirt, and huge roots in my yard! AND the maples still have dead branches falling out of them, and they only trimmed up half of the tree, and at the end they said they did not say the rock was part of the original deal, they also left their 12,000+ lb boom truck parked on my lawn next to my house overnight, and now I have to hire a lawn company to finish taking the rock and fix my lawn along with another tree company to finish the job they where hired to do!! Not to mention they dropped one of the trees right on my flower bed, when it could have easily came down on the other side on grass. After letting the owner know I was displeased with the work he took a couple hundred off the bill thats it. I would look at hiring a different company that actually respects your property and finishes the job.

This was the worst business I have ever had to work with. They came late the first day, didnt have enough men, left the job only a quarter done, left machinery in our yard, cut up the yard picking up the machinery and then dropping it off again(are we a parking lot or what??) and when confronted about it we were offered the job for free. They finally do the job, come chop up the stumps two weeks later (which we hadnt agreed to) leave the mess and then all of the sudden the owner shows up demanding payment (which he had said he would give us free) saying he needs to make payroll. He must have come 3 or 4 times lying to me about conversations he had with my husband and then when I tell him call my husband he says he doesnt have his phone number.🤣 So all these conversations you had with my husband and you dont have his number?? He came again and kept knocking on my door, never coming when my husband was home. I paid him the money because the guy was just freaking me out. Dont take his word on anything.
