Roger and the crew were great to work with. They took down three trees including a monster elm that was probably 50 feet tall and looming over my house. They were very fast. Tree removal isnt cheap but these folks did a great job and made the process very easy.

I have had Aerial Tree service on numerous occasions throughout the years to polish up my landscape. They have always arrived on time as scheduled, and they worked expeditiously. Every time the trees were expertly trimmed and/or removed, as needed. The personnel were professional, conscientious and friendly. The work area was cleaned up neatly after they were done. The charge was very reasonable for all the work. I highly recommend Aerial Tree Service, for their work is SUPERB!!

I have used Aerial Tree Service on four different occasions at two different properties. The jobs all involved tree and brush removal, and were of different sizes. Aerial did quality work on both the simple brush removal and trimming jobs as well as the jobs that required removal of large trees. The price quotes were always competitive and the work was completed quickly and professionally. Aerial also seems to be a nice family business run by good people. I wouldnt hesitate to call Aerial for any kind of tree work.

Roger and his crew showed up exactly when we had agreed and went right to work taking down eight trees for us. Right away Roger made the decision not to drive the truck to the back yard due to the rain that we have had the past week, so they dragged everything by hand to the street to chip and load the wood. Very professional, they made quick work of taking down the trees, hauling and grinding down the stumps. I would recommend Aerial Tree Service if you are looking for tree removal.

They were very professional. Before they started, they put planks down so they wouldnt damage our driveway. The bucket operator wore his safety harness and was careful about dropping the pieces of the tree to prevent damage or injury to anything or anyone below. When they backed the chipper over the front lawn, they made sure the lawn was solid enough to hold the chipper without making indentations. They cleaned up the brush nicely, leaving us the larger pieces for firewood (as we agreed upon beforehand). Prior to their coming, we had gotten a bid from another company that was much, much higher in price than Aerial Tree Service. Not only did Aerial charge less but also they were able to perform the work sooner. Would strongly recommend Aerial again.

After agreeing on a date/time the Aerial Tree Service team arrived to perform the following activities:* remove 2 trees located closely to my house in the backside of the property* grind the stump of the tree not located by underground ac power* after grinding the stump of the tree, clean up and remove all of the grindings mulch/dirt from the removal of the stump* remove all brush from the work site coming off the newly downed trees* leave larger firewood size pieces in manageable 8 or less lengths* trim up/prune a 3rd tree so that the branches do not overhang on my house or the neighbors house* trim a 4th tree so that the branches do not over hang on my patio* clean up the work site when they are finishedThe team promptly began setup of their bucket truck so that they would be able to maneuver between my neighbors house and mine. The bucket operator wore his 5 part safety harness while in the bucket. He quickly moved around the tree being trimmed/pruned, removing limbs in the way and thinning out the tree. He verified that there were no branches hanging over either house.As the bucket operator removed branches the ground crew would load the brush grinder eliminating all of the brush on-site.The team continued the process moving through to the trees to be taken down.The process to take the trees down does not at resemble what it looks like when I take a tree down! I always have to start on the ground and make a angled cut to hopefully drop the tree in the direction of the angle. With the bucket operator able to reach higher than the tops of my trees, he began by trimming branches at the top. After cutting the branches, he would carefully hold them and then position the bucket away from the house and verify a safe landing zone below him. This saves the people below and also my expensive egress window coverings!The 1st tree had most of the branches removed and then the bucket operator began work on the 2nd tree. The second tree needed the bucket truck to be repositioned so they moved a little further into the back of the yard. NOTE: My wife had previously discussed with the neighbor woman that we were having this service performed. It is imperative that you communicate with your neighbors so that as space is precious, there may be a need to encroach on their property.Aerial Tree Service was given permission to drive onto a small amount of the neighbors property. The team is so aware of not wanting to upset your neighbors when this service is being performed that they highly recommend as a customer talking with your neighbors ahead of time so that no misunderstanding arise if a branch should accidently fall on the neighbors property.I will summarize the description of the rest of their service here. The team exceeded all of my expectations in performing the tasks as we agree to. I am satisfied with the work they completed on my property. The team is professional working very safely in our crowded neighborhood space.I would suggest that all tasks are discussed up front and that will allow you to bargain with the owner e.g. ( I wanted all brush cleaned up and wanted to keep all firewood size wood for myself, also one stump was not to be removed so they lowered the price of the initial quote to not charge me for 1 stump removal and also removal of an old brush pile)
