This place is new in town and I went here still thinking it was Tires Plus. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to get my car in right away and the cost was very reasonable. Clean waiting area with refreshments and popcorn. They also have loaner cars or will pick up/ drop off customers while their vehicle is getting fixed. I will definately be coming back. They also have a good warranty on repairs.

I was very nervous when I saw tires plus change into victory. Was happy to hear they still had the same employees, who I’ve built a great relationship with the last several years. The new remodeled inside is very nice and clean. New owners seem very kind as well!

Buyer beware! This apparently is NOT a tires plus corporate store and they will NOT honor any alignment/service/rotation plans. The gentleman who ran the shop said not only are they unwilling to honor any tires plus plans purchased elsewhere, but when I even had the manager of the previous location give him all my plan info for service, he still refused to help. Not only that, but when I offered to email and fax plan info, he said we dont have a fax machine or email. Very shady! Go to a different location - as a company, I love tires plus. As a location, this one is not what it appears to be

Tim was great. I had 2 problems with my truck. 1 he fixed at a very reasonable cost. The second one, he examined my truck, put all the options on the table, with costs, and didnt pressure me to go one way or another. He was very good and very professional. I will be back.

I brought my car in for a radiator flush and it was all good. I drove about 1.5 miles and realized I had no heat at all. It was below zero at the time so I called immediately and was told to come back. I returned to the store and the tech took my car back in the shop. Well for about 10 minutes all I heard was the engine at a full rev then my car was pulled out. He told me it was working just to keep it on recycled air then the hot air from my engine will blow in. Well thats not possible when its below zero so by the time I got home I could literally scrap the inside of my window. I took my car to the another mechanic the next morning and they had to flush my heater core at another $45 charge which should have been part of the radiator flush according to their invoice. Needless to say I will never bring my car there again. I will also make sure no one I know does. They were so RUDE to me when I called that afternoon and when I called the next day and explained that I had to go to a different shop. I hope it was worth $45 to them!!

The worst service I believe I’ve ever got in my life. First we got a oil change from them and after the oil change they did not tell us anything about the car, like if we needed to air up our tires, or if they recommend anything. So no check up, or advice at all.That’s pretty much standard at every car repair place. Then my wife and I went back to Tires Plus to get our transmission fluid flushed, and a leak checked out. The guy said that the leak was in fact our transmission fluid, and suggested that I get a whole new one!!!! $3800 service!He and his coworker seemed to agree adamantly that it was a transmission fluid leak and that it will cost me greatly to have it swapped out.Come to find out that it was not a transmission leak at all, it wound up being a small oil leak. My transmission was in excellent condition after being looked at by a reputable transmission shop in my area. I still had my transmission fluid flushed, and my transmission Computer reset-so it learn my driving patterns. The whole job cost me $260 bucks not $3800.I Feel those guys either wanted to take me and my wife for a expensive ride, or just didn’t want to service my vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Got 4 tires mounted and an “alignment”. Wanted to keep old tires and they tried charging me scrap fee. Then to top it off, they didn’t align my vehicle after charging me for one. Their notes, which they never even tried to explain to me said, “why do you need an alignment????????” Got in vehicle and steering wheel was just where it sat before, completely crooked (anyone who knows left from right could guess that that’s why I needed an alignment other than the fact that I just put 4 brand new tires on). Called and they said, “oh our alignment rack must need calibration.” I’ve worked in a few shops before, this is completely unprofessional and would have been considered not okay. This simply should not be allowed to happen. Cannot trust this place to do the work that was paid for.

My husband and I have 3 cars. Shaun helped us each time with sets of new tires for each car and repairing the lower arm on our mini van. He gave us very honest feedback and assessments of our cars and the tire status. He is honest and reliable! I highly recommend using Tires Plus in Eau Claire and asking for Shaun!

I got two oil changes done here. Both times they put the wrong oil in the truck. They switch back and forth between conventional and synthetic and dump in whatever they have on hand. Even though the prices are fairly decent I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else.

Terrible. After a collision repair by an accredited body shop, it was brought in for an alignment. I got the vehicle back and the steering wheel was off center, along with it not driving straight. I brought it back the next day on my own time, only to get it back with an off center wheel again. After a wasted trip there, I got it into a Ford dealership. Their pre-alignment check revealed 4 different measurements that were out of tolerance!! They were able to get everything with in tolerance, along with getting the steering wheel centered (which shouldnt be that difficult to do). It drives great now. I will never refer anyone to this place.

Had a pretty bait-and-switchy feeling from them recently. Mix that with the already pretty unpleasant persona of the employees I talked with and you end up with the lowest rating possible.So, I began hearing a bit of clicking/creaking mainly when accelerating that seemed to get a bit louder each day. As I had a 3 hour trip upcoming later in the week, and nobody else had availabilities, I called Tires Plus to see if I could get a free car inspection to know if this sound was something I should be concerned about. I also asked to have the brakes checked as they make a bit of a high-pitch sound when coming to a stop.On the day of the appointment, I got there pretty close to noon. I was asked what the issue was and I mentioned the same thing: Im just looking for a free inspection to see if I can get some insight on the creaking sound and to check if theres anything wrong with the brakes. I was told people were out for lunch and Id have to wait about an hour.So, I wait out the hour in the parking lot until people get back. I head inside and mention that Im looking to have the inspection done and the person I spoke with went to grab a second guy. They ask what Id like to do and I gave the same input... I made an appointment for a free inspection and Im trying to find out if the sound I hear from accelerating is a concern and to have the brakes checked. The second guy immediately follows up with Oh, if were going to do any locating of a sound, that falls into diagnostic time and will be $92.50. This was absurd as I already explained my intentions multiple times and now theyre throwing up an insane price point just to start looking into it. If they mentioned that up front, I wouldnt have burned more than an hour of time with them. I told them Im not interested.Instead, I went ATS (another automotive shop). Although I already tried to schedule an appointment with them a few days back, I decided to stop in even for just verbal insight. Instead, they brought out one of the mechanics to sit in the car with me to hear the sound. He said it was likely the sway bar or the tie rod that was binding. He gets out of the car, and lays by the tire to feel for whats making the sound and says its almost certainly the tie rod. He tells me its likely no risk currently but to look into getting it replaced. The time to hear the sound in the car and to feel around for the part was all of probably 6-7 minutes... and I wasnt stuck with a $92.50 bill... amazing!So, dont waste your time or money on Tires Plus. They seem shady and focused on making a premium on fixed fees rather than being a reputable business that makes their money on the services they provide.

My son , who lives in River Falls, experienced a flat tire on the way to Eau Claire on June 2nd. He had new tires installed at Tires Plus in Milwaukee in January of 2019 and purchased a warranty that is supposed to be honored by Tires Plus across the country but the Tires Plus in Eau Claire would not honor the warranty. They said they are not a corporate store and do not need to honor corporate warranties. My feeling is they receive the benefits of corporate advertising and programs but dont take care of the customer. My son needed to drive to Stillwater, MN, with a spare tire to find a store that would honor the warranty. Bad business!

We needed a quick tire repair but were told they couldnt take care of it until the next day. We took the tire to Youngsteds where it was fixed within 15 minutes. Tires Plus has really gone downhill since the new management took over. We will not be returning there again.

Got a flat driving into town from Chicago. Tim and his coworker were very helpful. They saw us last minute (right before closing), informed us of why we got a flat, fixed our flat, and sent us on our way without a hitch. This flat could not have gone better!!! Thank you very much!!!!!!

Was 189 bucks over on estimate for brake job on my elderly father in laws van. I would recommend doing some shoping around if your considering having work done on your car here.

I didnt have a good experience here. They over-charged me just to look at my vehicle. In the end they were just trying to make a quick buck off me and try and up-sell me things I didnt need.

Honest and fast! Also, cheapest I found for brakes, rotors, oil change. Done in less than 3 hours!

Went to get a tire fixed, a tech from the bay had to wait on me, no one at the counter. He told me it would be one, mabe two hours or longer. Would have to wait. Did not have a ride, so went down the street for some outstanding service. Bought tires from Tiresplus and had other services. Will have to rethink about going back. They didnt seam to care.

Can we add more STARS?Tires Plus is Amazing!!!! I have been going to them for years. Shaun, Tim and the rest of the crew have been so helpful for me and my family. We have four small children, so their waiting room is a blessing with stuff for our children to do. And they always have fresh coffee!!!! And with four small children, I need my coffee!It was superb and even remarkable to me, being a female, that they had tires available in their lobby for me to see, in person, touch them, the groovey things, and holes and for them to explain even how they go on our three vehicle.... It is funny, since I do not know about this stuff. And they have even had women work there! Isnt that awesome? I thought so? A woman who does this kind of thing? I didnt know there were. So I was thinking, being a strong woman, that that was pretty fabulous that they would employ women there! I am glad women are starting to show up in masculine positions.They explained EVERYTHING to me, and my husband, and even showed our son a few things about cars! Which he loved and still talks about. These guys are great! I love their service sooo very much! How ever I did move away from the area, and if I visit my family in Eau Claire, I wait on my oil change to go to TP. Its that important to me to have great service and the men, and women, are very helpful, nice and outgoing. They go above and beyond in my book.You do not find service like that anywhere these days!So hats off to them.My husband also loves them. He does know quite a bit about mechanics, but he is just so busy, he doesnt have the time to do it, and he has a busy job being a doctor, and volunteer firefighter, that he cannot do mechanic stuff on his array of vehicles anymore, so we went there for all the years, and they serviced a lot of vehicles for us, and my husband simply checked it over after and was super impressed, every time... Oh I think one time he noticed the radio was turned off or something? Just trying to think if he ever complained about it... no I dont think so. He said that once they even had fresh pastries and of course, the fresh coffee... Why did we have to move? LolAnd when we visit, they are like family, and we have to stop in and say HI!. And get work done.And I love how homey it does feel there. They have very nice old antique pictures of cars on the walls, that sadly and gladly, remind me of my grandpa and grandma! And those are some pretty awesome memories of that red car my grandpa had... I dont know what it was, but it was beautiful and fun.So, it is a great place all around! And I love it there and would recommend them to anyone!And if you need my number for my recommendation, I will leave it with Shaun and you can simply call him for it.Have a wonderful day!Make sure to do flushes, winterize, get new tires, and alignment of tires with there machine that I could see through the window of the guys working on my vehicle. Quick service, have used several times

Ive been going to Tires Plus for almost everything on two different vehicles for the last 10 years. Weve had consistently great customer service.

Went in with a tire going low to see if it needed a patch or was just a temporary condition, they wanted to charge me $5 just to put the air in! They wont get my business.

2 hours for oil change, I pull in from out state with company fleet vehicle. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE arhat wants your business
