Hands down, the best, and most honest place in town. I usually work on my own vechiles, but this is the place I go when we need it. Professional, fair priced, and - most importantly- they are trustworthy. A rare commodity in vehicle services. This is the only place around that I recomend using. Will continue to come back in the future.

Tire pressure light came on and sure enough I check and I can hear the air coming out of my tire. I drove to the closest mechanic, which was Birch Street Auto and so happy I did. I had 3 kids with me in the middle of the day and they stopped what they were doing to patch my tire. Took about 15 minutes and I was on my way like nothing happened. Nice guys too. Thank you!

I called and asked if they had an available appointment/time to fix the issue with my vehicle. The person on the phone assured me that yes, they could see my car today. I got to the shop... and they told me they couldnt see my car until next wednesday (nearly a week later). I dont appreciate liars.The entire location is also plastered with anti-reproductive rights stickers and honestly just a whole bunch of cringey gross political opinions covering every possible surface. If you like that sort of thing, fine I guess, but I prefer to do business with people living in the modern age.

Honestly, the best garage I have been to in Eau Claire. First time being there I dropped off my car before they were even open. Had them run a diagnostics test, they drove it around and looked under the car. They gave me some estimates on what they think needed and did not need to be fixed. They did not charge me for the diagnostics test. So I walked out of their not paying anything. If youre in the Chippewa Valley and are looking for a garage, I would 100% recommend Birch Street Auto Care. Rick (the manager) was super helpful as was the rest of the staff.

Hands down the best experience Ive had with a mechanic. Im relatively new to the area and without a trusted mechanic. I recently bought a used car (from a different dealer) and on the second drive, the car started lurching forward and failing to accelerate. Panicked, I pulled off to a Kwik Trip, researched the issue, and decided I needed to find a nearby mechanic.Knowing I was in a bind, I was afraid of being taken advantage of and up-charged for the urgency, but luckily, I found Birch Street Auto .8 miles away. Rick got me in immediately, ran the codes, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, replaced the censor, and I was back on the road 2 hours later. For an incredibly reasonable price.As I told Rick, he made the experience WAY better than it could have been. Beyond grateful I stumbled upon them. I live 30 minutes away but will go out of my way to use Birch Street if I need work done in the future.

I had my check engine light come on while driving across the country. I stopped by Birch Street Auto and Rich took a look right away. Checked the code and my fluids and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Super nice guy and thorough. I highly recommend!

New to town and not sure where to go for an oil change and a diagnostic on the Check Engine Light. Stopped in early in the AM - even before they were open. Very friendly and accommodating. Car was fixed before noon and bill was super reasonable. Will definitely return!

I am VERY pleased with Birch Street Auto Care! I called them on a Friday afternoon when the fuel pump quit on my 2002 Ford F150. They arranged for a tow from the grocery store parking lot where my truck was stuck and they had it at the shop within 45 minutes of my call - maybe less. They checked it on Friday afternoon, ordered the parts, and had the job finished on Monday (they’re closed on Sunday). Excellent work at a reasonable price. I won’t hesitate to recommend Birch Street Auto Care!

One of them must be really short because my seat was up as far as it would go. :-) have to give them crap a little because they have an awesome sense of humor. Super easy to work with, friendly, helpful and I was able to make an appointment fast and they checked it first to see what all needed to be done. Labor prices were fair or better than most.

I had an unexpected problem with the car, we called numerous places to get in, and couldnt get appt till Monday.....called Birch Street Auto and they got us in right away!! Also they went above and beyond by finding the problem and fixing it enough until the part is in tomorrow, at no cost!! We have a family and cant be stranded without a car!! It was a great experience!! Also we are a Christian family and love Jesus too!!#JESUS

Ive been going to Birch Street Auto Care for years for everything from basic oil changes to full repairs. Ive also sent a few friends there as well. They are a very friendly, great group of guys and they always go above and beyond to take care of you and get you back on the road. They always explain things to you and also let you know what may need replacing/repairing in the future...but they never try to talk you into doing it now, as if your car will explode if it isnt done now, like other shops will. Plus, theyre fun to just shoot the breeze with while they are working on your car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great bunch of guys there at Birch St Auto. Ive been taking my cars there for the last couple years, and they really went the extra mile for me. They didnt try to upsell me on repairs that I didnt need, but only did the necessary things to get my car up and running again. But they did let me know what could use repair down the road. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received, and I plan on going back there again and again.
