My experience in you store May 31(4pm) was Awesome π. Sorry dont remember the young ladies name( that why I mentioned time and date) that help me but she was the only person on the floor. She answered all my questions adequately, and was very pleasant! If raises are to be given out she definitely deserves one. Awesome customer service π

I just made this google account to show a special employee some recognition. He has done something so special for my mother that goes beyond words themselves, my mother is unable to speak shes deaf, shes been going to this att&t for sometime now to pay her direct tv and phone bill. She has become so used to writing everything done in a note pad and giving to the reps she never bothered to even notice them until now. She noticed JOHN Sanchez at the end December and quickly grew a liking to him cause he noticed her disability to speak but yet spoke to her and asked her simple questions about her day. On Thursday my mother came home crying, shocked to see her like this i asked what has happened. She quickly explained that john has learned sign language to simply interact with her and other customers that could not. This gave her so much happiness to know someone has taken out there time to learn a new language a new way of communication just for them.As a daughter I thank you JOHN SanchezFor making my mother feel special and welcome at your store youβll forever have our business and our support.
I was quite pleased with the speed and quality of my service. I had hoped my plan and phone would be a little cheaper and you didnβt have to pay extra for 5G, but that isnβt the fault of the staff.Unfortunately they told me that it would no longer be an AT&T Store come December. That mall is dying so I can understand why.

The guy we worked with was really cool and straight forward. He recommended the best value phone case (did not try to upsell me) which turned out to be my favorite.He also volunteered to put on the tempered screen protector on as well and did a great job. Awesome experience.
Had to wait a long time. There were others working in the back but didnt come out for a long. So it was 2 separate people waiting and one person who was buying all sorts of stuff. The guy helping me with my phone went very fast (I felt to get rid of me) to show me how my voicemail rents. I am not techie to figure it out. You would think he would of had some patience.
How can you go into a phone store to get a phone case the sales rep looks at your phone checks what kind you have and they still give you the wrong one . It was terrible

The staff here is bar non! I am a First Net customer and Samsung really screwed me over giving me an UNLOCKED phone on a trade in and telling me it works fine on First Net. Well it does not. Not only did I not have visual voice mail, internet was spotty and many dropped calls. Now thanks to the staff at this store I have a perfectly working first net phone!

Absolutely risky business.Im SERIOUSLY considering finding another carrier. AT&T is the pits.Tin cans and strings work much better.AT&T has cost me in the neighborhood of $250 dollars in travel fares.And has Consistently lied to me. Apple did the tests , and its not the phone. Its the lousy unprofessional AT&T people.No need to show any of these liars ANY respect.UPDATE: March 13 2018 , Apple is stumped and the issues still exist. AT&T is some of the worst LIARS Iβve ever dealt with.I call them as I see them.
Worst customer support ever , like seriously paying almost a 100$ for my line and the person is telling me i should have max 1.5mbps 4g lte speed. Ridiculous

Bad. Avoid an all cost. Staff helpful when buying a phone, but NOT when canceling service in store. Forget about calling 800 number as they hang up on you when asking their name. Total disappointment . Go with another compny

Lazy and Rude Much?When I had my Galaxy S4, the instructed me to go to the nearest AT&T store because my phone was 4 updates behind and they couldnt seem to do it over the phone (This was when you could call for 24/7 over the phone support. Now they have restricted hours which is so stupid.) I walked in there and kindly asked if someone could look at my phone. There was only two guys working and one of them was busy actually assisting another customer. The other guys was sitting on a designer swivel chair, spinning in circles. I told him why I was sent here and asked him if he would be able to help me update my phone to the at the time, latest version, the 5.0 Lollipop. He makes me go in to my phone settings instead of doing it himself, then looks at it and tosses my $800 dollar phone on the counter and says, Thats the latest version youre gonna get. Appauled at his rude response, I said Well, I spoke to a representive with AT&T last night and they said my phone is able to be updated. Can you please just look at it? He replied I dont why they told you that. Thats the lastest your gonna get. So basically they just sent you over here for nothing. I walked over to the counter where he tossed my Galaxy S4 to retrieve it, and walked out of there furious. There was no reason for him to toss my expensive phone like that. That was digustingly rude, and disrepectful. I didnt do anything buy ask for help, and in return I recieved crudy customer assistance. I ended up paying my dues to get out of my contract early and left AT&T the following year. I beyond done with their overpriced monthy bills, and seeing the physcially people that represented them was just as worse. Save yourself a lot of anger, and dont go here. Dont get involved with AT&T in general.
