Visited this location for a ring resizing on a newly purchased ring from JA and a bracelet repair. I was assured by our salesman that the ring resizing would not remove the engraving on the ring. After 2 weeks, I picked up the ring and bracelet. The engraving, serial number, and hallmark were removed on the ring and the inside of the ring has slight scoring. Overall, they lied to me and my fiancé, they wasted my time, and the craftsmanship is nominal. Do not recommend.

Great experience here! I was helped by Ashley (the general manager) and Rebecca. They were amazing! I really hate shopping but needed a wedding band to go with my custom engagement ring. After 4 stores they actually listened to what I was looking for. I went in for one kind of ring but after hearing my taste, they recommended a ring I never would have looked for but went perfect with my ring and was exactly in my budget. Im blown away by the time, kindness, and genuine service I received. Thank you for making shopping actually enjoyable and fun, and for helping me find my wedding band!!

My wife went to get her ring cleaned and no one helped her. She stood in the store for 10 minutes and no one came to help her. Several employees walked past her and not one stopped to help her. Dont want to play the race card, but a man walked in of the same race and he just stood in the center of the room and no one dint not even acknowledge him either. My wife ends up leaving without getting her ring cleaned. The one person who usually helps us is no longer there, so not going to this location anymore.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE. I bought an engagement ring and was told I could set up an account to get 0% financing for 18 months. At the end of the 18 months I had a couple hundred dollars left on the account, which I though was set up to be paid in full, and was charged accrued interest of $2,200. When I contacted customer service they told me they would not do anything about it. When I called the store, they said they get these complaints all the time and Jared never does anything about it. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Najat is the best! We purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from her and I highly recommend her all the time. one of the nicest things about shopping here is that all of the staff members are very attentive, always offer you a drink, and thoroughly explain your repairs or something youre interested in purchasing. I love buying my jewelry here!

Just awful - brought my watch in to get the battery replaced - they said they had to send it out. TWO months later I get a call that the watch is broken and it would be over $300 to fix it. I told them to forget it, knowing it was just the battery. Took TWO ADDITIONAL months to get it back to the store....took it to a small boutique jeweler - the battery was replaced in 15 minutes and cost $25....Jared is terrible.

Outstanding customer service.I deal with Suzanne T. who has 40 years experience.She found a chip in one of my setting diamonds when doing a routine cleaning of my ring and gotn it in and back to me on the promised date all fixed and cleaned to brilliant perfection.

Someone got me a really nice Tissot as a gift here. Sounded like her experience was pleasant. However when we went in the next day to get the watch fitted, the saleswoman said no one there is qualified to fit watches.What???Theres literally diamond scientists in lab coats cutting crystals in the back room, and you cant even take out a link on a wristband? How did you get this job? Anyway, her and her friends were no help at all, she couldnt figure out how to open the box and almost broke it. I asked if she could at least set the correct time on it as a courtesy, and she said Ummm, I mean its a watch, sooooooo...I probably wont be back there. Went across the street to Macys and they got it fitted in three minutes

Asked about having a piece made through LeVian in January and was advised the by the associate, Marie Elaine, that there was a process with her reaching out to LeVian to have that done. This was on January 26th. I followed up with her for weeks and finally emailed LeVian customer service as Marie kept insisting I come to the store for the LeVian event to find something similar and never provided any updates on the specific request I asked for. When I spoke to LeVian customer service on the phone today, they advised there wasnt anything on their end from the Monmouth Jared store, or for the specific piece I was inquiring about - meaning that for WEEKS this sales associate strung me along and her only concern was getting me to come in for an event. Our last conversation on Monday 2/18 she went so far as to say that LeVian told her they couldnt do what I wanted, so I should just come to the event and find something else. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE doesnt even accurately sum this up. Further, the LeVian rep that I talked to said that what I was requesting was very easy to do, she just needs the form from a store! Will NEVER shop at this Jared again. Lying manipulative sales associates just looking to make sales commission from higher priced events instead of looking out for the customers interests. Unbelievable.

They completely ignored me then when I finally did get helped I felt rushed. I went back again after purchasing my ring had it sized again I felt like I was bothering them. They told me a certain time it would be done of course it wasnt, when I did get to pick it up it fit the exact same way!

I will NEVER buy from Jared’s again. A stone in my engagement ring has fallen out twice. The same stone. They charge exorbitant prices. The fault clearly lies with the setting. Poor treatment of customers and poor customer service. Take your money elsewhere!!!

Poor experience. Watch out for the diamond grading system they utilize. GSI. When I got my ring appraised after I purchased one that was supposedly near flawless according to the given specs, two separate jewelers said that the specs were not accurate at all and the value was around 9000 less than I spent. Returned immediately to inquire and the saleswoman claimed that the two the appraisals were subjective and that they stand by their wonderful grading system. I returned the entire ring and it took almost two months to receive a full refund due to being connived into opening a line of credit for a large discount. I paid off the entire card right away and only opened the card for the 30% discount offered. Well, the card was a joke, they tried as hard as they could to refund me as slow as possible. Be careful, demand GIA. Also dont be fooled by the great price of they offer and Do Not open a Jareds card, they receive commission from it and care little about you.

Not all Jareds are the same; its really the staff that matter.I got my wifes engagement ring, wedding ring, and wedding jewelry at this particular location.Their jewelry costs a bit more, but the quality is outstanding and the lifetime warranties/redipping/polishing/resizing work is all included as long as you get your jewelry inspected every 6 months. If you lose/damage your gemstones, theyll replace them as long as you got them there with the warranty!About a year into our engagement, during an inspection, the consultant found a hairline fracture down the side of a smaller diamond on the ring and replaced it on the spot.They redipped the ring after our engagement for free, and did incredible restorative work on a family heirloom of mine; my grandfathers ring. The ring wasnt anything crazy, but it meant a lot to me, so they polished it, resized it (it had been cut off of his finger after a car accident and was not repolished/rejoined.They even redipped it in rhodium so itd have its old color.Thanks to Jareds, our wedding was a success for us, and we love our jewelry.They will absolutely have my business for years to come. Im actually having my wife keep all of her Jareds-purchased jewelry together so it can all be inspected at once.
